In 1996 Robert’s Lawn and Garden was generated as a sole proprietor owned by Robert Holmes. In 2004 Robert’s Lawn and Garden gained a new owner, Ann Holmes. With new ownership came a name change, Holmes Lawn Care, Inc. We became a Small Corporation, WMBE, DBE, ACDBE, SBE and SBR. Holmes Lawn Care, Inc. is a family owned and operated company. Ann Holmes, President/Owner Robert Holmes, Vice President/Salesman/Operations Manager Kristen Fellers, Office Manager We are a full landscape and lawn maintenance company. We provide services to residential, commercial, county, state and federal properties. Our company was founded and is still based on the belief that our customers’ needs are of the utmost importance. Holmes Lawn Care, Inc. provides customers with an unparalleled level of service and an unsurpassed quality. We provide professional services that include: on-site consultations, landscape designs and installations and grounds maintenance. We offer knowledgeable management staff, comprehensively trained field personnel and expertly trained office staff to handle administrative needs. Holmes Lawn Care has also developed a green initiative program to reduce our company's carbon footprint.

Description of Work: Cleared out several overrun/out of control flower gardens, re-graded the same flower gardens once cleared, reduced the size of one flower garden by installing sod, two small stump removals, removed debris and re-graded area in backyard, planted flowers, shrubs, removed retaining wall, mulched all areas.

They sent out a man in advance to see what had to be done. I've had several estimates, but they gave me the lowest rate. They sent over three men; they loaded the tree, and were quick and efficient. The owner also has an outstanding reputation in the community.

They appear to be dependable. They're here every week and they show up with 2 big lawn mowers. They're here for about 10 minutes, it's a miracle how they finish the job quickly. I don't have any complaints from them. The pricing is reasonable compared to other companies. I just call them when the grass needs mowing and they give me a time for them to come. They show up when they want to show up and leave when they want to leave. You see the guys passing by and they smile and wave at you.
Description of Work: I've been using Robert's Lawn & Garden for the past year. They came out to mow and trim the lawn for me. They also blow the grass clippings off the driveway. I've also used them to mow on my last rental property.

Not good. Would not hire them again.
Description of Work: Lawn care, including cutting and mowing. Many problems. Did not show up for weeks at a time. Made promises to correct the problems and never did so.
