Description of Work: Day or Night annual clean and service on Harman pellet stove in my basement. The stove was purchased from this company 6 years ago. All work done has been excellent. Annual cleanings and service visits are thorough and detailed. The technician is happy to explain the work and answer any questions. Scheduling with them is easy and they arrive on time. For those considering a wood or pellet stove pruchase, they have a large well stocked showroom with many of the stoves operating. Appears to be a well run customer oriented business that we would definitely recommend to others.

Description of Work: we did not use them all I wanted was for someone to come out and give me an estimate on gas fire in my existing hearth they would only come out if I committed to the initial service for over 300.00. I will say they were very nice on the phone but could not help once I told them I only needed an estimate. |

Description of Work: They provided an estimate for installation of a high efficiency wood burning fireplace. We went with a second bidder who had a slightly lower price. But given my experience in dealing with Day or Night, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Description of Work: Maintenance on two gas log fireplaces. Had never had service on the fireplaces since installed in 1995 and 2005. Fireplace and gas logs were cleaned, and information shared on how to light and turn off pilot light on a fireplace installed when house as built, in 1995.

Description of Work: We had 3 gas fireplaces ddserviced. Jerry was very professional, kowledgeable, and courteous. He worked efficiently and neatly. We had problems with 2/3 fireplaces. He diagnosed and repairedh. We ordered a new remote, which he will bring to synch with the fireplace. Jerry is the owner. I highly recommend him for your service needs. Great company !
