Clawson Chem Dry

I continue to be very happy with the cleaning and service that I receive from Clawson. The scheduling is easy and staff is friendly, and my carpets always look amazing after they are cleaned. I have a carpeted rental property that tends to be mistreated by tenants. I always wonder if the horrific dirt stains will come out, and they always do and look great. Clawson's onsite staff is very professional. They do offer additional services and I typically decline and there are never any hard feelings and they remain pleasant and happy to do the work. I will continue to use Clawson for all of my carpet cleaning needs.

Excellent! He was on time, did a thorough assessment, and explained my options well. He worked quickly and thoroughly, and left everything very neat. My carpet looks amazing. I needed to keep the price down and he helped me do that. I bought some pet odor remover in addition to their other fine carpet products. This is my 4th experience with Clawson Chem Dry and I think they are an excellent shop.

As in the past, the provider was very professional and did an excellent job. He moved furniture and other items and engaged us when necessary. He also alerted us to a wasp nest outside and some pet urine stains (that luckily were only in the pet room). Although the equipment he used had to be connected to his truck, he kept the door closed as much as possible. I would use this company again.

They did a great job! The gentleman was very professional and explained everything to me. I'm also a big fan of the carpet stain remover they sell.
