Great. Very punctual, professional, organized and cleaned up at the end of each work day to minimize disruption to our daily routine. The crew was very respectful of us and our home.

There was a minor problem, I am being picky probably. They substituted 2x6 rather then 2x8 lumber. They didn't do exactly what they said. It wasn't intentional and it does the job so its okay. The work took about six hours. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves.

Great. Had the lights installed one day, and the ceiling repair work done another. They were flexible in scheduling, and came on the days it was best for me. 5 recessed lights installed in just under 2 hours. Ceiling repair and painting took most of one day. Taped everything, repaired the drywall, primed and then painted. Looks great. Put cost as a "B" only because things could/should always be cheaper. But the price was fair. I got one slightly lower estimate, but did not like how they proposed doing the work as much.

I can not speak more positively about the whole experience of working with clarksville construction. I had 5 contractors bid out the project to build bookshelves, and add a ton of wood-work / molding and paint several areas of my home. Our project was very unique and needed a veteran contractor that could think through possible hiccups that may be encountered. From the initial meeting with Rob through the project manager meetings with Gilmer and the team, I could tell I was in good hands. The work was outstanding, the price was way better than I expected for such a large professional contractor and I will be using them for our kitchen in a few months. They always answered my call, conducted the work on time even though we had them change a few things mid way (due to our fault) and I trusted them in my home alone.

Went very well. Workers showed up on time when expected and were very nice and friendly. They went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible with all the work going on as we were living there.

They were professional and courteous the whole time. They worked around some of the issues my family and I ran into during the renovation. Overall a pretty

Executed as promised. We ran into issues, which they quickly resolved. Couldn't ask for better service! Quality work performed with state of the equipment, keeping down the cost.

The crew was professional, good and what they do and had a very positive attitude.

The construction team provided a lot of value added during both the design and construction phases. I was very happy with the resultant design of the deck and solid construction of the support structure. The construction team was very good at explaining any issues to me, and coming up with a resolution plan. The job was completed on time. My only (small) complaints were that the team was pulled off to another job in the middle of construction, and that there was some concrete on the lawn after the footers were poured that was not cleaned up. All in all, I was quite happy with the job, and would use this company again.

It went very well. I was concerned about having a team of workers in our house for such an extended period of time - but they were very nice, very courteous and respectful. I had a very clear idea of what I wanted to pull off in the bathroom - and we got very close to the picture in my head. We worked with a designer they have on their team as a consultant - I wish she had been a touch point throughout the entire process (not just at the beginning) as I was picking my selections. Clarksville was happy to order anything I sent their way - but I wanted someone with a design eye to push back and question my decisions to make sure I was thinking everything through. We are thoroughly enjoying our new spaces and feel like we received quality workmanship.

I contacted CCS to ask if they would like to bid our bath project making them aware that all bath materials were purchased(sinks, tile, lights, faucets ect). Kevin came to our home and we had a proposal within the week. Although the quote was high, we were hopeful the completed project would be worth the cost. I can now say yes, it was worth the cost. Edgar and Chris gutted the baths, and returned after tile work to install vanities, faucets, lights, ect. Edgar is very professional, he knows his job well and communicates through out the project. They arrived on time and worked late if needed. They covered my hardwood floors daily and cleaned every evening. Tile was installed by Paul, his craftsmanship is excellent and he was willing to work on Saturday to keep the project on schedule.Tom, our project manager came to my home on two occasions to inspect the work and asked if I had any concerns or questions. Megan who is very pleasant contacted me by email and phone to introduce herself, she was very helpful when making decisions on the tile layout by sending pics of options. CCS has a great website for communicating with all on your project and providing a calendar of when they will be onsite. Lastly, they don't send someone to your home for a check. They send an invoice by email and ask that you mail it to their office, this was a first for me and very much appreciated. Personally, I will not hesitate to hire CCS for any future projects!

Met with contractor to go over my general thoughts for what I wanted to have done. Came out to the house on a couple of occasions, took measurements, and talked over conceptually what I was looking for with me. Had plans drawn up by an architect and came back to the house to show plans and also show samples of deck material and color options. Work was started a couple of weeks after contract was signed. Extremely rainy April and May delayed the original time to completion. Had one issue with the color of the wood that was going to be seen in exposed, vaulted ceiling in the covered/screened in portion (I didn't know the color and a sample of that wood was not shown to me during the initial process). This resulted in additional time and money to hand stain the already installed wood in the ceiling. Foreman in charge of project was very helpful and I was able to communicate with him easily via text Clean up after the job was very good. I did relay to the foreman in charge (to pass along to the other people) that in the future, anything that is going to be seen/exposed in the finished project should be shown as a sample or picture to the consumer, as verbal descriptions of products to the unknowledgeable consumer is often not helpful.

Things started off wonderfully. I met with the owner of the company and he was extremely polite and seemed very trustworthy and he reassured me in every way possible that they would get to work right away and would do a A+ job on my property. Things went great for about a day and a half and then everything fell apart. All the work was delegated to worker B's .... only one of which could speak English and he was not there on most occasions that I happened to stop by. It's kind of hard to make sure things are done right when you can't even speak with the people doing the work. I'm not even really sure what I paid for because half of what I paid for wasn't even done the other half was done in a very unprofessional way . For example the quality of their painting would probably receive a d-minus rating for me most things they did not bother to take off a lot of the door frames Etc they did not even bother to open they only painted from a closed door it was just really shoddy work. As for being left turn key if you only knew. This company says that their number one value is to respect your home these workers in no way respected my home my bathrooms were left and absolute gusting conditions with urine on the floor the walls it was just beyond anything I had seen in a public bathroom. After much hounding and many calls and saying I would reserve my writing until he came and fixed all of the conditions I asked him to I don't think any of these issues would have been addressed. We finally connected he sent someone out he did not come himself and his second hand man was fabulous he could speak English and he told the non-english people what needed to be done and he got it done in 2 days. Which is 2 days longer than it should have been because it was already supposed to have been done correctly as I had already paid in full. I have to say that when they returned they had a whole different attitude and they really took on the job and try to make it really professional. It's just that when you are higher in a ranked company you don't think you should have to keep begging for things and being overcharged for things excetera. Part of me would like to give them perhaps a c or C plus because in the end they did make things right for the most part. However it was extremely stressful to get them to do what the contract stated they needed to do. And their prices were absolutely outrageous for what they were actually doing. My insurance adjuster kept emailing the company asking them to give a more detailed request for their extremely high billing and they were told by the receptionist, "Of course they're not going to match this is a insurance issue so of course we're going to run high." In my opinion the company is using a enormous amount of quote worker bees and there is a lot of miscommunication especially with the language barrier it's almost as if they have too many hands in the pot and not enough direction. I just explain how.... wonderful the second guy in charge was he was very professional kind and even he said a lot of things there were of the quality and he did his best to get everything done and made it look pristine.. So I would like to have a higher rating but it was so stressful and I had to stay on top of everything that it's just not fair to rated any higher than a D. This company needs to sit down and reread their brochure because their core values do not reflect in the work that they perform.

job was done perfectly. work was scheduled about 2 weeks after estimate. men were courteous and respectful. they kept a clean work environment and cleaned up well taking caution to protect our belongings.

They were wonderful. They repaired the damage from the lightening strike. They also made a some repairs that were needed. The room looks better that it has in years. The back deck had been damaged when pieces of the chimney slammed into it. That damage was repaired. The supports under the deck were reinforced. The final work this week was to strip then repaint the deck. It looks terrific.

Kevin was very knowledgeable. I've been in the business for 40 years and know when a contractor knows what they are talking about. After hearing that I had decided to sell the properties Kevin provided a referral for the sales prep work. The referral was to an A rated Angies List contractor, whom I intend to use. Although I did not use Clarksville in this instance I wlll call them first for any future work on my home or properties.

Kevin came out to talk to us and presented us with various possible materials. He explained the pros and cons of each. He was very professional and knowledgable. After some additional research on our own, we decided to go with the Azek. We were very impressed with everyone we encountered at Clarksville Construction, from the office staff, management, and through to the guys doing the hammering. Everyone was pleasant and professional. They cleaned up after themselves every day. They spent time measuring and cutting so that every joint, including the more difficult angles, was perfect. When the door was installed, we noticed that the deadbolt wouldn't turn all the way. The last worker there got back out of his truck and worked on it until it seemed work correctly. Unfortunately, it only worked when the door was closed exactly right. If it didn't turn, you had to open the door and try again. We thought maybe this was the result of wet weather we were having at the time and perhaps the door was swollen. After 2 months of wet and dry, cold and warmer, the situation was getting annoying. I called Clarksville the first day of the blizzard (a Friday) and explained that I thought something was wrong with the lock installation. They were at our house the following Wednesday morning, even though roads were just barely cleared. This time they sent their "handyman." He discovered the door hinge just needed to be screwed in more. The bottom of the door was sticking out a bit and rubbing the frame, causing it to not close correctly. He fixed it and it works fine. I really appreciated their willingness to make everything right. We will call Clarksville for future projects on our house.

They were very responsive, arrived on time and did a great job. I needed warranty work on the floor and someone came promptly and did the repair. I LOVE my bathroom and they were a pleasure to work with. I liked that the workman were employed by Clarksville Construction and were not sub-contractors. The project went smoothly, was finished on time and more than met my expectations.

The wood siding on the house was starting to rot and the windows had long lost the seal. We had previously replaced windows that were worse with another company. This added the challenge of matching the new windows and sliders with the ones recently installed. We also wanted the siding removed first before putting up new siding. Clarksville was the first company we met that was willing to meet our request. Adam was more than happy and patient to work with us as we worked out the details of window matching and the timeline for the siding. His bid was not cheapest we received, but based on previous customers we know personally, and the time and care he spent with us, we knew we would receive superior craftsmanship and professionalism. We were not let down. As we discovered problems, behind the siding, we were immediately informed and worked on an acceptable and affordable solution. Every step of the process was explained in detail and any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed. Even when the suppliers lagged behind, our schedule was accommodated to finish the work. The entire time Adam's team was professional and never rushed any portion of the job. Clarksville Construction is not a company that is just trying to make a quick buck. They take pride in there work and care about the customer, which is very rare to find.

The work was done as promised, on time and within budget. The quality work is excellent. Overall, this company is very reliable and responsive. It was absolute pleasure working with them.

My next door neighbor recommended Clarksville so I gave them a call to get a quote on replacing original 1970, 8-foot sliding glass doors in the den. Adam, the owner, contacted me promptly about scheduling an estimate visit. He arrived on time and emailed me a quote later that day. The project was expensive because (as I understand it) 8-foot doors are no longer standard and I went with Andersen quality in order to match the other two sets of sliding doors. Once I said yes, the office called to arrange the dates and followed up when there was a weather delay. On the scheduled project start date, Gilmer and his team arrived promptly. Throughout the project, he and his other team members were professional and courteous. The installation was completed in one day with the staining and clean up on the second day. It was a very seamless process and, except for having to keep the cats sequestered during the day, it was a very stress-free experience. The new doors look amazing, including the staining, which perfectly matched the other set of sliding doors. All in all, a very excellent service experience from a company I'd highly recommend.

We're thrilled with the finished product -- as we knew we would be because we worked with Adam August and his crew when we remodeled our upstairs bathrooms in 2014. We were so pleased with Adam's work on the bathrooms that we did not even ask for competing bids on the kitchen/family room. For this renovation, Clarksville gutted the family room, including tearing out most of a wall between the family room and kitchen and creating a breakfast counter with the same countertop that we installed in the kitchen; replaced carpeting with hardwood flooring (from Bode) that matches the flooring in the living and dining rooms; relocated the entertainment center equipment to a niche by the fireplace and ran new wiring through the ceiling for our flat screen and wall mounted speakers (with help from Magnolia); installed new recessed lighting to match the lights in the kitchen; contracted with Vertical Connections to install new LVF (luxury vinyl flooring) and granite counters in the kitchen and with Columbia Tile for the new backsplash; installed new sink, faucet, and appliances. We had one small hiccup timeline-wise with running a new gas line into the kitchen for our new stove. Otherwise, all the pieces fell into place on schedule. Adam's crew are professionals who take great pride in their work. They cleaned up the worksite each day to a "tee." We couldn't be happier with the outcome.
