Description of Work: They did a great job. Teams stuck to agreed schedules M-F, arrived/left on time daily. Everyone was trustworthy and respected our home. They took extra care to protect floors and kept site cleaned each day after daily job. Minor issues were resolved timely. Pricing fair based on other estimates. Beth and Megan were a pleasure to speak with for ordering and schedules. Adam, Garth, both Edgurs, the entire plumbing and paint teams were great. I would recommend to others.

Description of Work: Clarksville Construction Inc (hereafter referred to as Clarksville) lived up to its tagline, "We do it all." I was very impressed with their team approach starting with Mr. Adam August (President), who personally surveyed the extensive required work with Rachel Quade (administrative assistant) and Gilmer (crew leader). They took numerous pictures before commencing work (e.g., 61 photos) and additional photos following completion of each stage. In the case of insurance claims, their photos can be extremely helpful. | |Mr. August, Rachel Quade, and Gilmer used a collaborative approach with mutual respect in determining the best approach for each need and documentation of needed communication to other staff members. He worked very hard to provide me with guidance about options with associated costs (recognizing my limited financial resources). Before commencing work, Clarksville provides a detailed contract with payment schedule and amounts. Although Clarksville acknowledged they were not the cheapest contractor, they demonstrated that you got what you paid for--especially quality work and responsiveness. They worked with me to compare payment options (e.g., financing, credit card, cashier's check). Leah, accounts manager, was always willing to provide me an up-to-date account summary. When an item came in under budget, Clarksville immediately notified me of the savings. | |They used a computerized program that allowed me to establish an account with password. Within the program, I was able to sign-off on any "change orders" or make new requests. The system helps to minimize miscommunications. I suggested that an orientation to this program will be welcomed by the computer savvy and non-savvy users. Let me quickly add, Clarksville was willing to accommodate my limited experience with this program--letting me use occasionally "comments," instead of navigating the system (smile). Furthermore Beth, the knowledgeable and friendly receptionist, was willing to relay any requests to field crews. | |Clarksville protected my furniture and clothing by encasing all items with protective plastic. I appreciated that the crews moved everything, saving me this energy expenditure. They promised the majority of work could be finished in two days because Clarksville has teams that specialize in the various services (e.g., drywall, painting, plumbing, remodeling etc.). They coordinated with the flooring company so that Clarksville returned after the flooring company to complete touch-ups. I was invited to inspect the repairs with a team member to ensure my satisfaction. | |During the loss of use of my residence, Clarksville had a staff person cut my grass. They think of everything. When Clarksville informed me that it was sending a cleaning company to my home to eliminate the excessive dust and any leftover disposable trash, I thought I must be dreaming. What a big help. | |Noteworthy is that Clarksville sends out its own customer satisfaction survey to determine what can it do to improve its services. It is clear that everyone strives to ensure customer satisfaction. At the conclusion of each visit, each employee inquires, "Can I do anything else for you today?" No requests were met with irritation. Finally, s/he asks, "Have I met your expectations today?" | |In summary, I would strongly recommend Clarksville Construction, Inc. to anyone. When a new need arises, I will call Clarksville. They do it all! |

Description of Work: Replaced exterior siding & interior walls & painted due to water & termite damage- Also changed gutter to eliminate problem.

Description of Work: Clarksville Construction replaced my front door with dual sidelights, built a portico over the front door, replaced the stoop with a larger brick stoop with a longer curved brick path, replaced the shutters on the house front and painted the trim on the front of the house. They also replaced the single door on the side of the garage. Loved working with Adam and his team. The portico and replacement door look beautiful and the brickwork was incredible. They also had the brick contractor replace a portion of my cement driveway that was sinking. Loved them and have other projects that I will be calling on them to quote.

Description of Work: The gentleman at my home; looked at my bathroom; asked a few questions as to what I'd like to have done; asked about my budget range. I told him what my range was, which was the same as what I told the person I spoke with when arranging this appointment; he informed me that for what I'd like, it would be twice as much. Unless I was willing an able to do that cost, there was know need in further conversation. The entire process took about 15 mins. I paid $99.00 for that. Maybe it's me; maybe I missed something in the 'fine print,' because I was surely looking for more than that. The person I spoke with on the phone could have told me not to waste my money or their time.
