 + -1 moreA while back I needed a fence installed around a vacant lot in Baltimore City to prevent people from dumping. I called Atlantic Fence and they said that they install fences in Baltimore City all the time. They charged me $2,752 to install a 6' high chain link fence, after which I began to receive fine notifications because not only was a permit not pulled for the fence, but chain link fences were not allowed in that historic neighborhood. Since they are the professionals, and they allegedly did a lot of residential work in Baltimore City, they should have advised me that I needed a permit. Fortunately, I was able to avoid the fine, but only because I found a contractor who actually knew about Baltimore City requirements and pulled permits to install a wood fence. The only thing that makes me feel good about this experience is that I have since renovated five properties and they have not gotten a single penny worth of work from those projects.

 + -1 moreATLANTIC FENCE GAVE US A TIMELY ESTIMATE AND WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH OUR HOMEOWNER'S INSURANCE. THEY REPLACED THE DAMAGED SECTION AND REMOVED/HAULED AWAY THE BROKEN SECTION.
Description of Work: A TREE HAD FALLEN ON A SECTION OF OUR FENCE DURING THE RAIN AND WIND STORM. IT NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED.
