All State Paving

The bid responded well and in a timely manner to our RFP.. The work was well organized, scheduled, and completed to be convenient for the residents of all seven homes on the drive. Management was professional, pleasant, and responsive. The crew worked well together and respected our community. The completed job was excellent and met the expectations set out in the RFP.

Adam contacted me within minutes of my requesting an estimate and was there on time for that. He warned me that I had contacted him at a busy time of year, but when I signed the contract, he had me scheduled within two weeks. They did the work today. The driveway looks brand new. They fixed a lot of the drainage issues, too. Great job at a fair price!

All State Paving did a good job and addressed all our concerns. They were very responsive to providing estimates on various alternatives and were open about the trades for each approach. They were able to schedule the work around our needs and finished the work in a little more than a day. I have already recommended them to others.

Very well. One of the most professional experiences I've ever had. The entire job was complete in 2 days. They broke out the old, broken up asphalt, did site prep and repaved. The new driveway looks great.

There was no charge for the estimate. He told me exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. My observation's were that he followed through exactly the way he said he was going to do it. I ended up using them a couple of weeks later.

They explained in detail how the driveway was going to be laid because it is an uphill driveway, and it enters into a garage. They explained to me how they had to tear up all of the driveway at the top because when they re-pave it, the driveway and the entrance to the garage had to be on the same level. They couldn't pave over the old driveway at the garage door. However, further down they could do that. They elevated the driveway about an inch and a half which was good. They did a neat job. They cleaned up after themselves. There was a slight problem, but it was not my problem, it was the county's problem. They had just paved our road past the house, so when they brought the machine's in, they kind of left tracks. It was no big deal. I guess over a period of time it will just wear out. I had no problems whatsoever. It has nothing to do with my driveway or in front of my house. It was further up the road where they staged all of their equipment before they started. There was a little bit of a delay from the time I contacted them to the time they actually started the work. They charged the agreed price. The day they arrived, they introduced themselves and went to work, and that was it. It was a reasonable price. They had several big pieces of equipment; rollers and things of that nature. They had five supervisors. They were here about four hours. The quality was good. It looks fine and professional. It enhances the house itself.

They wanted to add more stuff than just covering the drive way. It was going to cost me a lot of money that I didn't have. I don't remember the amount, but it was a lot of money. Overall, I didn't find them professional at all. If you put a coupon and their starting other work than they say, then they add other stuff defeats the purpose of what the coupon entails. My husband sealed the driveway last year. My husbands gone, he left me with the driveway. I said to the guy when you seal it. Can you somehow make sure that, that it doesn't allow water to go into the garage? He went into all of this other stuff like this and that, and you can fix all of this and it would cost this. I go I don't have that kind of money. All wanted was the garage sealed asked a question. Either you can do it or you can't. He said I can't, and that was it. I never got a callback from him to set it up. I never got a call back to see if I was going with him, nothing. I will say if you mailed me an estimate, one of the things I found out is my husband, was withholding mail from me. I didn't get any estimates, which I thought was funny. He could've intercepted them and threw them in the trash.

Crew arrived right on time and were efficient, courteous and respectful of areas abbutting their work area. I have already given Adam' s business card to friends who need their driveway replaced. Very positive experience!j

Arrived on time for estimate, promptly submitted estimate via email. Arrived a half an hour late for the job (but still within the general timeframe given). Apologized and finished the work in one day.

Excellent - all done by hand and included extra sand for the uphill portion as we live on a hillside.

All-State did an excellent job. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and they worked hard and finished the job quickly. The driveway looks great --- and they actually ended up charging me $100 less than we'd agreed on after the owner came up with a better solution to a small part of the job. I've already recommended to two friends.

I apologize to the owner -Adam- for this tardy review. The work was done a year ago and well life gets in the way. Since I have never had my driveway done in the past I have nothing to compare the work too. What I do have to compare All State to is other contractors. Adam was everything you could hope for in a contractor. On initial contact he was prompt with an estimate and fair. We decided to go with All State but because of a hang up with a permit, bad weather, family issues, and such the project didn't get completed for over 6 months. During that time Adam stayed in touch with me to find out the progress of our permits and to make sure he kept a space on his schedule for us. The driveway which is 200x 12 with a parking pad required removal of old asphalt, grading, and laying of the new asphalt. Done in one day. All in time for our daughter's wedding. And the price didn't change. Again Adam's friendliness and professionalism make this a no brained A+ review. The quality of the work will endure.

Smoothly. Arrived on time and worked till the project completed. Cleaned up and filled in around the edges with dirt for grass seeding.

The result was fantastic. Adam Joseph was honest, punctual and supervised his crew the entire time. I would hire All State again. It has been nine months and our driveway looks great.

It was real fine. They did a good job. They have to still come out when things thaw out & do a sealing job on the top of the new asphalt. I wasn't here when it happened but I got here just after they finished. I think 3 or 4 people came to complete the work. It took them a day to complete it. They left the area spotless. They were able to merge the new paving with the existing pavement in areas that we weren't paving, they managed to match that perfectly so that there were no bumps & no change in the grade from the finished part to the unfinished.

After procuring multiple bids, Allstate Paving was the most thorough and reasonable for the work to be performed. Despite scheduling at the end of the paving season, Adam kept me up to date on when they would be able to perform the work and took advantage of the early warm up. The expanded area meshes right in with the existing repaved area looks great. They even ran the invisible fence wire through conduit under the driveway, something the other companies did not even suggest or consider. I would highly recommend Allstate for you paving needs.

Adam was very responsive and did a great job. Initially there was a misunderstanding, but Adam did everything to resolve it quickly.
