All State Paving

I received a call from a woman with the company and she said the owner would be in touch with me to schedule an estimate. No one ever called back.

Found a special on Angie's List and then paid a little more due to having a long driveway. They did an excellent job in applying black seal coat. Very thorough. Got all of the edges and did a neat job.

They did an excellent job. He is also the guy who paved my driveway.

It went well. They did a great job. They weren't here very long and did exactly what they were supposed to do.

Wonderful people to work with. Very professional. Price was higher and they would not clear grass from area,they wanted us to do it. Other estimates included this.

Their prices were $500-600 cheaper than the other 3 companies that we called. They showed up on time and did a great job. They told us that they would place the retaining border , for free, if we provided the 8X8's.

They have a great family business. Their mother is extremely helpful and organized on the phone. The son, Adam, personally did a great job.

Adam was prompt in returning my call, and getting out to do an estimate. He listened to my concerns and provided a proposal that exactly met my requirements. The price was reasonable and in-line or better than other estimates I received. He scheduled the work for two weeks out, and then called early in the week to ask if I could move it up one day. I had no problem with that, so the work was done a day earlier than scheduled. His crew of 5 or 6 were friendly and efficient and seemed to work well together as a team. The job took most of one day as they finished up around 3pm. The work area was left clean. The house looks so much better with the new driveway.

Quality seal-coating job completed as scheduled. Professional and good communication about scheduling and estimates. My only disappointment was them not letting me know about the discounts available to Angie's List customers so I paid full price. I will use them again but be sure to ask about available discounts.

Their work was outstanding. Their price actually was not that high. I was very pleased with all the attention of detail. They did a clean job and didn’t spill it on to my sidewalk. I rate them very highly.

Very professional. We had purchased a coupon, and they called us to schedule it. They were a little "funny" on the phone, i.e left a voicemail without a callback number to confirm. Beyond that, they did everything else correctly, professional, and I would certainly use them again.

Very good service. Adam replied back and provided estimate very promptly. The estimate was very reasonable since I had two other quotes to compare with. I asked him to come back and give me a drawing of the work, for submitting it with HOA approval application. He provided the drawing on timely manner. The work was completed on scheduled date. The crew was also very professional. I would highly recommend the company to anybody who is interested in driveway addition or repair work.

All state paving was prompt to my request to have an estimate done. The owner showed enthusaism for the opportunity and gave me the best price. He was very easy to work with and completed the task beyond my satisfaction. I love that I have room to easily park our cars and now, turn out of my driveway easily.

Bought an Angies List "big deal" for driveway sealing. Sent an email to Adam immediately after purchase and he left a message on my cell phone the next day. We played phone tag for a couple of days, but ultimately got my driveway on the schedule. Adam and a helper showed up on time, laid down tape to protect my sidewalks and quickly knocked out the job. Driveway looks great.

I am very dissatisfied with their service. I purchased a Big Deal through Angie's List for this service. After I purchased the deal I contacted them about the deal and to get it set up. The lady on the phone was very rude and wasn't very helpful. I asked her to have the person who was going to do the work call me back to talk more about what was going to be done. I never received a call. They finally set up an appointment which they didn't show up to. I then came home one day to find a note on my door stating that they couldn't do the work that I wanted. I could not recommend them to anyone.

They arrived on time and did a quality job. I was very pleased.

Replacing our driveway went very well. Our old driveway had huge potholes and was in terrible shape. The new driveway is fantastic. It looks great. The work was completed very quickly and professionally. All State is very easy to work with and very responsive, keeping us informed of when the work would be completed (since paving is weather dependent). We are very pleased with the result.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Adam Josef arrived within the week to examine the job and promptly submitted a proposal. Prior to the installation, he met with a landscaper to ensure the drainage gutter would integrate properly with the landscapers drainage plans. The driveway was installed on schedule. The driveway turned out beautifully and the area left clean and neat.

Adam provided a prompt and well written estimate. We scheled the job and the crew arrived on time. They all were very efficient and polite. When the resurfacing was done, Adam spoke with me personally with advice regarding how to take care of the new driveway. The area was left clean and tidy. Job well done!

Fantastic!!! Adam, the owner and crew were awesome and a joy to work with. In fact, they did me a huge favor on number of things while they were here. They were also very professional and cleaned up the area. They addressed all of my concerns and I would not hesitate to call them again or refer them to my friends and family. I strongly recommend this company. You will not regret it.

Adam called and scheduled a site visit to learn the scope of the job. We had approximately 250 feet of driveway to repave and another 150' to seal coat. Some of the existing paving needed excavating to remove the deteriorated portions. Adam was very clear and detailed as to what he would do and how long it would take. After we received several quotes, I contacted Adam to let him know we had selected his company (lowest qualified bid) and he scheduled another visit just prior to performing the work so he could paint the limits making sure we were all very clear about what would be done. He and his crew arrived on time and did a great job, cleaned up everything and we now have a great new drive! I would use All-State Paving again.

Our overall experience was excellent. It took a day or two to get the intial callback after leaving a message with the main number. This was reasonable because Adam is obviously busy as they do great work. The estimate was fair relative to others I had recieved. Once I had officially accepted the quote, Adam told me it would be after Easter (about 1.5 weeks from that time) when they could get to me. Again, this was ok with me as I'm sure he's busy based on the work they do. He called the day after Easter and told me they'd be by on Thursday. On Wednesday, he called again to confirm and gave me a time of 0815. The next day, they showed up right around 8. I was very happy with how well he kept me informed and how he stuck to his timetable. He intended to remove the concrete near the garage to ensure proper drainaige, but it turns out it was reinforced with an iron mesh, so their normal tools wouldnt break it up. Adam went to a tool rental place himself and got the jackhammer they needed. i was a little surprised this wasnt part of their normal equipment, but it was impressive how quickly he ran out to make it right. He apoligized it would be a little more than the estimate, but from what I could tell he only charged me for the cost of the rental with no additional fees/overhead/etc. Overall, I thought this was more than fair. The top of the driveway at the garage still has a little hump, so I think maybe they couldve jackammered another foot or so, (I'm no expert, though). It looks like it will still drain ok so I am not that concerned. The rest of the workmanship was excellent. Before they started, I was a little worried about the edges of the driveway. We have a brick retaining wall in front, a raised "curb" in back, and concrete steps off of a patio. The new asphault at all of these areas was nicely sealed and chamfered to the vertical walls. In other words, they didnt just lay the asphault flat up to the edges. Instead, they made sure the edges blended in with the existing features of the yard. It hasnt rained, so I cant comment on the drainage, but it looks really good and I dont see anything that will be a problem. They were done around 1-2 that day, and everything was cleaned up when I got home from work (my parents were there, but I wouldve felt fine leaving Allstate there with no one home). Adam promised to be there the whole time, and was. He texted me during the project with updates which was comforting for such a big job (at least it was a big job to me...for them, I'm sure it was easy). I would highly recommend this company.

All State paving promptly responded to my request for an estimate and performed the work ahead of schedule. They did a great job re-paving my driveway, smoothing out all of the bumps from the original driveway. They also did a great job of making sure the driveway was graded properly in order to keep rain water from running back into my garage and making the driveway meet the sidewalk evenly. They even put in a bump near the garage door in order to draw rain water away from the garage.

Although they arrive a tad later than they anticipated (due to the large amount of response to their advertisement), this was a very professional and friendly experience. Believe I was the last job for the day but they were still very professional and courteous. Wish everyone in the business world was as such. Will definitely refer (I actually did as neighbor passed by) and use again in the future!

Adam was very nice. He arrived on time on the scheduled date. He and his crew completed the job as promised. We are very satisfied with their work. We would hire All State Paving again.
