All State Paving

This job was on my to do list for a while because the existing drive (25 years old) had sunk and was worn cracked and uneven. This contractor was working on another drive in the neighborhood. After checking their reputation on Angie's List (they proudly highlight a good Angie's List rating on their website) and looking at costs for comparable work, I spoke with Aaron Joseph (one of the family that owns and operates the business), who came over from the job down the street and provided a quote. He was able to answer all my questions and address concerns I had. He was also able to arrange for the work that day, which I much appreciated. The work was completed in about 3 hours by a large and efficient crew with an array of various machines and equipment. It was clear this crew knew their trade and took pride in their work. Mr. Joseph and the crew were highly professional and a pleasure to deal with. The job site was left clean and neat. The driveway came out exactly as expected, looks great, and there have been no problems after 3 weeks of use. Based on my research for new asphalt, I did not have sealer applied because time, sun, and weather are needed to allow the new asphalt to fully cure and because it is not necessary for new asphalt. When it is time to apply sealer, I will likely use this contractor and would recommend them to anyone needing asphalt paving work.

Perfect - looks great; surface is smooth; edges are slanted for a very professional look. (The test will be how the driveway holds up over the winter - I have no reason to believe it will not do well.)

This was an excellent transaction! I appreciate punctualtiy and every aspect of this project was done on time, from the initial estimate, through the completion of the job. I am happy with the results. They came out and checked it out, came out the next time and did the work. It was a painless experince.

The provider arrived at their scheduled time. They let us know when they arrived, and then again when they had completed their work. The work was completed as described, and they did a good job of keeping the coating on the driveway rather than our landscaping. Overall, it was good work at a fair price. So far, it has held up through the various storms of last year. I expect to have to have it recoated next year or the year following.

The work was performed in a professional manner. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone having asphalt paving or sealing done. They are coming back to seal our project in a few weeks.

I received multiple estimates from multiple pavers. Allstate was the most reasonably priced, especially after taking into account their $150 coupon to Angie's List member. After reviewing the favorable ratings for Allstate Paving, the decision was an easy one. Adam, the owner, performed the estimate and also was onsite the entire time during the job. The entire job was done in probably 8 hours. We then, as is usual with asphalt, couldn't park on it for 3 days. Allstate was very efficient and Adam was very knowledgeable and helpful both during the estimate and the installation.

We had 2 estimates from 2 well-liked companies on Angie's list. Both were very comparable. All-state was faster to provide the estimate and it was slightly cheaper. They had 1 day delay for rain, but there was good communication and that kind of stuff can't be avoided. They came the next day after the rain, so that means they aren't scheduling things too tightly, and I liked that. They were able to get it completed in about 3 hours.

They were wonderful. They came on time and did everything they said they would.

I was very impressed with All-State Paving. I've been wanting to replace my gravel based driveway for quite sometime now. As always whenever I'm planning on shelling out my hard earned money on home improvement, I researched several companies. Out of all the companies, I felt All-State Paving and especially the owner, Adam, to be the best fit. Not only did he provide a great explaination of the work to be performed, he also provided options of how to install the driveway. I had thanked him for his time, and discussed the options with my husband. Adam personally followed up with me, and was the one to answer my calls and emails leading up to the install. He was very flexible and worked on my schedule to install. The driveway has exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend using All-State Paving for all your asphalt needs.

Very well. It take a while to set the appt, but they came through.

It worked out ok. It was a reseal of the pavement but it wasn't as think as we would have liked. The weeds started coming back pretty quickly.

Very good. Adam(owner) came out promptly to give me a written estimate and some literature on the company. Project was slightly delayed by my own indecisivness and lack of consecutive dry weather days. Adam kept in contact with me as we dodged rain days to get a date scheduled for the work. On the day of the work, Adam and crew arrived just as scheduled and wasted no time getting started. The crew was very proffesional and didnt mind that my 4 yr old son stood watch and my wife videotaped some of the project. They also took some time out to explain some of the machinery to my son who was very excited. The entire job took less than 7 hours start to finish and everything was cleaned up perfectly! Driveway looks incredible!...cant wait to be able to park on it(72 hour curing period)

Adam came out and gave me an estimate. I had gotten about 5 estimates, and they were the lowest and had the most included in that package. He really listened carefully to what we wanted and was enthusiastic. He was good about following up. We had to delay the project because of the time of year, (weather related) but it worked out fine. They were able to do everything in 3 days. It was well-orchestrated and there was no impact on the traffic in front of my home. There were no mistakes--he had marked where utilities were and coordinated with that. When we put the parking pad in, we noticed visually that it was too small for our needs (even though it was the size we had requested) he was able to add 3' on, right away, just as we requested. He was incredibly fair about the price on that additional work. Also, e had to remove some fencing to be able to lay the pipe that went to the back yard, removing as little as necessary to be able to do the work. The driveway looks great, and helps with drainage problems that we'd been having. The difference is night and day--we are so extremely pleased, as are our neighbors! I would highly recommend Adam and All State Paving!

They cancelled once due to rain. They came later and did the work. No follow-up.

I liked their price and they were fast; they also did my daughter's driveway. They were excellent and I will use them again in the future.

It is still standing up well. When we had issue, he came out right away and corrected it.

They came, they sprayed and patched they left. - about an hour in total. The spray did not fill in the cracks as expected.

We got the quote within 2 days of calling but decided to wait on getting the service done..very professional with competitive pricing. We will definitely hire them once we decide to go forward.
