I was asked by a general contractor after the job was completed for AA’s number because the contractor said it was very good work and wanted to use AA himself. True story.

Steven and his team were very professional, didn't use any high pressure sales tactics (like some of my other estimates tried), showed up on time, and completed the work in a very timely fashion. Given the opportunity, I would most definitely hire them again.

They were professional and timely, but they were also my highest bid. I hired them for their guarantees on the work and their sales rep was very good in that I never felt pushed, he showed me exactly what they would be doing and spoke to me as an intelligent human, not condescending. The guys doing the installation were courteous and workers, they didn't dawdle about or goof off, and it was hard work ripping out my basement floor and digging through all the underlying rock to make their trench. And they did it all in 3 and half days.

The workers completed the job as explained by S. Younkers and we are pleased with the completed project. I would recommend this company.

Mr. Younger identified my basement leak problem quickly. He communicated in a courteous manner. His crew was on time and completed the work as described. Personally I think the charge was excessive, but I really needed this problem fixed, and AA Waterproofing performed as expected. (Hopefully .... I 'll know for sure after the next huge extended rain storm !)

Steve the owner is super professional took the time to explain the project in great detail. Very response. The workers the crew were a great group of guys. They worked fast and hard to get the job done. From quote to completion was only 8 days. They did 3 days of actual construction.

The AA Waterproofing crew was efficient, finishing a day before we anticipated that they would be done. Very polite and professional. Used drop cloths to try to keep the steps as clean as possible.
