Mr. Wilkins is *exceptional*; very professional and very meticulous. He works quickly and accurately and actually finished the job before the target date he had estimated. His estimate denoted his cost per day and he was paid at the end of each week, so we paid him for the exact amount of services provided. Never was there a day missed. Everything was handled in an organized, detailed manner. His communication is excellent. From our initial phone conversation, to the clearly defined written estimate and all throughout the job, Mr. Wilkins was prompt, courteous and was totally forthcoming when potential problems arose. We *totally* trust him, and that's so important when you hire a contractor. Wilkins Painting Company, LLC provided us with an A+ experience.
Description of Work: Mr. Wilkins completely revitalized and painted the exterior of our single family home. This included all prep work, priming and the finish coats of the entire exterior, which included the exterior doors, all windows and a car port besides the facades and roof eaves. In addition, he replaced the vent screens in our attic and some other general contracting needs that we wanted done.
