I am a former Marine, who sells, and installs all my work. The only subs I use are my electrician, and plumber. I carry a licence in Md, and Pa. Description of Work: Wertz was the first to reply. We arranged a time for the estimate. He was flexible and I was able to meet on a Saturday. His ideas for windows and sliders were very helpful. But he never replied with an estimate-even after I called him and left a message. What a shame.

Description of Work: I have used Wertz Construction many times over the past several years. I have dealt directly with Mr. Wertz who has always been professional, reliable and very cooperative. The quality of the work has been generally excellent. He and his team have done various projects for me including painting, window repair, ceiling repair, gutter cleaning and replacement. I have always been pleased with the quality of the work and the Wertz team's reliability.

Response from Wertz Construction
When the customer does not pay the balance due on the contract, no other work will be performed, and no other material will be ordered. I give him an F for not paying the remainder of his lights, switches, or picture window. I will never do work for this gentleman again.

HE DOES VERY GOOD WORK. PRICES WERE BETTER THAN COMPETITORS. CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. GOOD PRICES, VERY COMPETITIVE. KEPT TO THEMSELVES AND DID A NICE JOB.
