Description of Work: Used to come regularly to work on yard and do handy work as needed. Did an excellent job on whatever he did.

 + 2 moreJerry worked at my place about twice a month doing odd jobs and taking care of the lawn. I liked his work and recommended him to two friends. He told me he didn't think one of my friends liked him. Shortly after that, he stopped coming regularly and I had to call him. Finally, he stopped answering my calls and never showed again, leaving me stuck with undone projects and grass to mow. He also did not satisfactorily complete my friends' work either.
Description of Work: He works at my house about twice a month! He does all kinds of stuff!

 + 1 moreJerry cut my grass and weeded my beds weekly. He was reliable, thorough, exceptionally polite and kind. Then, suddenly, he stopped coming and did not answer when I called. I recommended him to two friends. At least one of those jobs was not satisfactorily completed. Jerry's ditching me seemed to be related to someone one of my friends said. I'm just guessing. Jerry won't talk to me.
Description of Work: Edged, weeded, and mulched numerous flower beds. Installed rain gutters and down spouts on garage. Touched up outdoor paint and made several small repairs. Installed two rain barrels. Returned weekly to mow and edge.

Jerry was very trust worthy, since we had to work late we gave him a key and ha called when he arrived and left the property. The basement is nice and fresh and bright. He could have up sold us at anytime but he did not. Honest and hardworking are his traits in that order.We are very pleased.
Description of Work: We had purchased a home that had been vacant with no utilities and closed up for two years. There were dark waves all around the basement walls below ground level. Some of the concrete blocks had started to crumble on the surface. Jerry came in and spent a day with his people scrubbing, scrapping and sweeping all the loose dirt and paint off the walls and rafters. Then he sprayed everything that was effected down and swabbed in the rafters. When dry, they came back and and primed and painted all the walls.

 + 0 moreHe showed up on time, Was very respectful of my wifeand quot;s wishes and so was his helper. He did a great job and once we settle in (read that as after i get done marking up the walls moving things) he will be back to paint the hall, 2nd bath, 2 more bedrooms and pressure wash and paint the basement. He is everything i had hoped for, THANK YOU!!!
Description of Work: Just moved into a home that was vacant for 2 years. Needed to move quickly and he came in and preped livingroom, dining room, 2 bedrooms and finished off a bath with trim. He also made a basement door much more secure.
