Description of Work: I like when you find a professional company. They did every thing right. Came for the estimine on time. Came to put the new roof on time and completed job and cleaned area on time. All the gentlemen were very professional introducing there self and asking if I had any questions. I just can't say what a great company they were.

Description of Work: I would highly recommend Roof Right. Doug came out exactly when he said he would to give the estimate. Since we have a slate roof, Doug used a ladder to scale the perimeter of the house and take a look at the state of the roof without breaking any of the fragile and brittle slate. Using his phone, he took pictures of the broken and missing pieces and was therefore able to show me exactly what needed to be done right on the spot. His estimate was the most reasonable of the three I received. Also, none of the other contractors took photos or explained to me in as great of detail about what we needed to have repaired. The work was finished quickly and without any problem. Doug even called me after the job was complete to inform me that he would be charging me $200 less than the initial estimate. That kind of honesty is unheard of these days! (Reason being: he didn't have to use as many slate pieces as he originally thought he might.) Also- and this may seem trivial but made an impression on me- anytime I called Roof Right (to schedule the work, make a payment, etc.) the people I spoke with were extremely polite, professional, and friendly. Thanks to Doug and everyone at RoofRight!

Description of Work: a repair person did come out on the day he was supposed to. he said we'd need a new roof in a few years but for now it could be repaired. we discussed it and decided to go with the repair. It took a couple of days for him to call back with the price and when my husband told him we wanted it done, he said he'd let the company know. We never heard from them. My husband called the repair guy back and asked him why we'd never heard from the company and he seemed surprised and said he'd tell them again. they never did call. Another company came out the day after I spoke to them and repaired my roof the same day for 1/4 of the price quoted to me. He did say that the roofer who'd been up there before was correct that we are going to need a new roof in a few years but for now it's repaired.

Description of Work: - New roof on our free-standing very large garage. Removed the 40% rotted part first. - Repaired 25-30 slates on house roof, Steep 45 degree grade, 30" up.
