Description of Work: I used Roof Right's shingle blow off deal and was pleasantly surprised by the expedience in addressing my roof problem. Although originally scheduled for roughly 10 days out, they ended up doing the work the next day. They were very fast and did a good job. Only concern was the technician sent me an email regarding additional issues, but I didn't receive it until 2 1/2 hours later and missed my chance to have the additional work completed. I would definitely use them again and ensure the technician has my cell phone number.

Description of Work: I can't think of enough superlatives to describe the work that Roof Right Inc. performed for me yesterday. I had some shingles blow off my roof and selected Roof Right to fix things. I had had the same work done previously by another contractor and chose not to use him again. I went on Angies's List (for the first time) and selected Roof Right because of their reviews and pricing. What a wonderful find. The Roof Right representative arrived on time, introduced himself, assessed what needed to be done and went right to work. He reported that all the shingles that had blown off had been replaced and there was no other issues that needed to be attended to. His sense of professionalism and attention to detail were very evident from the first moment that I met him. I told him why and how I selected Roof Right and he reiterated the company philosophy of customer service and professionalism. I was very pleased with all aspects of my dealing with Roof Right. They will get all of my roofing needs in the future.

Description of Work: I have a flat roof istalled by another company a few years ago after two years I noticed a leak . I contacted the company and they came out and said it wasn't the roof but I needed to have the entry door frame wrapped and insulation applied to the siding and have my drain sprout extended. I had that work donee and seem to do the job but only lasted for a year then same problem appeared again. Called another company and they said that I needed to have the entire roof redone. I wasn't happy about that so I called Roof Right and they said that I only needed wall flashing and pipe collars .Sheduled appoint for 7/7: 30 on 2/14/13. They had not arrived by 8am so I called it seems they had snow in their area and they were worried that we had snow. I assured them that all was clear in Bmore. I was told that that they would call back in 15 minutes and let me know if they were still coming. My husband was the one at home waiting for them and they didn't call so at 10:30 he was on his way to run errands and they did arrive. They did appolize for arriving late because they came from close to the PA line. They did the work, they were professional, did not leave any mess. When they finished they showed my husband what was done. Hopefully they were able to fix the problem, I won't be able to say for sure until after several hard rains. I would recommend them again.

Description of Work: Very prompt and professional. Contracted for estimate for insurance covered roofing replacement. Competitive bid lifetime warranty on their roofing work offered. They were able to complete the job in a very timely fashion. Additional contract extended for gutter replacement on a competitive bid. Only gripe I have is that gutters were subbed out and I wasn't informed beforehand that a subcontractor would be performing the work. None the less, very satisfied and would recommend.

Description of Work: I was so impressed with the professionalism and work done. They replaced the roof and some of the wood under the shingles. They suggested a method of repair that would make the water run from the roof more readily, it works great! They even came back about 2 weeks after completion of the work, and a rain, to make sure everything was good. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and will call upon them again if ever needed.

Description of Work: I took advantage of one of the"Big Deal" promotions to have my gutters cleaned. The cost was $129. The representative said he would be at my father's house at 7:30 AM and showed at 8:15 AM. Since I do not live here I had to rush to keep the appt . time. which he was late at arriving. While on the roof he found that the house need new pipe boots(gaskets); 4 for $50.,and I had him install a new downspout and extend 1 downspout for $250. which I think was on the expensive side but since I do not live at the house and requires 1/2 hour drive one way for me I agreed to it. On one of the downspouts that he worked on he didn't bother to secure it to the house and left it loose.

Description of Work: Very responsive and professional. Did not oversell or attempt to convince me I needed more services than I wanted. Referred me to a sub-contractor for some prep Orkney and were diligent about following up to perform the work I needed done. Very nice to do business with, I would use them again.

Description of Work: I called RoofRight to see what exactly was included in the 17 point roof inspection. Shawn answered my questions, and when I said I would like them to do this, he was willing to set up a time even though I hadn't yet purchesed the coupon(which I did as soon as we hung up). The inspector, Odi, came on time, went up on the roof, into the attic, took many pictures and then explained what he had found. He wrote up two estimates - one for repair of the problems he found and one for a whole roof replacement. He left these with us, and said he would call the next day to see what we had decided. I was impressed by the fact that he provided a repair estimate as well as the whole roof estimate and especially that there was no hard-sell aspect to this.
