It went great.
Description of Work: We needed an estimate for roofing work due to a leak in eth roof that we noticed. The staff was polite on the phone and when others said they were too busy for an estimate, these guys came right out. Their price was good and their explanation of the needed work was clear and easy to understand. The only reason we did not hire them was that they could not d the work for several weeks and we had a leak taht we wanted fixed ASAP.

Description of Work: They performed some roofing work repairs that initially leaked, but appeared to correct itself. The difficulty is I don't believe the work was done by Roof Right but by some outside individual and kept on sending me forms with someone else's name on it. Also since they did not normally do work on flat surface roofs, they said that they would not charge me for the inspection, but I never received the funds back and was advised to go to you directly for the refund. The repair individual cancelled the first appointment but did arrive on time for the second appointment. However, the company failed to advise me that the repair person wasn't coming and I had to call them to confirm the reason that the work was not done as promised. I also had to advise them that the first estimate did not include some work to be performed that was agreed upon and when I received the revised estimate it was increased to reflect this additional work.

Description of Work: This vendor did not service my residential area but notified me immediately when the purchase was made. That impressed me and I was sorry that he was unable to be my contractor. The vendor offered additional assistance in finding a vendor in my area, which I declined. It appears that customer service is right there on top with this vendor.

Description of Work: Replaced flashing. Repaired and replaced shingles lost. Inspected roof. My flashing was gone over a month, so we were shocked to see a birds nest with large babies residing in the area. Rick actually called me with concerns, called the animal control and was talked through how to handle the birds. I can not tell you how impressed I was with his care for animals as great as for my house. HIGH FIVES!!!

Description of Work: Came out for roof inspection as per Angies List deal. Did that well but when he gave me an estimate for replacing the roof, that I agreed with and had another Angies LIst contractor do, I got the feeling that he was trying to "up sell" me by indicting that I should replace four skylights at the same time. Another contractor, who did the roof work, indicated that was unnecessary and that the skylights were of high quality when originally installed and did not need replacement.
