Description of Work: We had purchased a roof inspection Angie's List deal for $59, knowing we needed some work done. The provider that came out was courteous and punctual. They applied the $59 deal to the work we had done. They did a nice job, and cleaned up after themselves well.

Description of Work: I bought the voucher from Roof Right for pipe collar repair and an inspection. They pointed out some issues in the inspection that should be repaired (I was missing a whole corner of shingles! As well as some other things I didn't know). They got an estimate to me quickly and were resonablely priced. They came to complete the work about a week later. They were wonderful to work with through te phone and email and always prompt with replies. I would absolutely use them again!

Description of Work: The person that did the service was on time and pleasant. He went right to work and fixed our leak. The only thing was that we agreed to have him do the preventative maintenance that he recommended for collars around our other pipes and it cost more than the $75 we originally paid. The additional work only took him a few minutes and he charged us $225 more ($75 times three more pipes). Note, I would only hire a professional to do any roof work but I was not expecting to pay that much based on the original Big Deal.

Description of Work: As far as I know this was contracted for over two years ago. The gutter cleaning provider told me his truck had broken down and he would provide the service in the future. To the best of my knowledge the service was never provided but I was charged and automatically paid for it. I contacted Angie's list about this to no satisfaction.
