Would recommend highly
Description of Work: Called Linda because we were looking at a new roof on a home we had purchased - they did not have an appointment time available in the two days we had requested. It was at the end of the week with a holiday weekend approaching. Linda said she would check the schedule and try to re-arrange it to fit an estimate in for us. She called back in 15 minutes saying she would have an estimator come by I the time we had requested. Although we did not use Roof Right, I know a well run, professional company. Linda is very polite, professional and wonderful to deal with - we would recommend Roof Right without hesitation. Thank you Linda for your prompt and caring attention

Description of Work: I intended to buy two big deals through Roof Right LLC to perform repairs on my roof. The deal I am canceling was for shingle repair. It turns out that we only have 1-2 shingles missing on our garage roof. My husband is willing and able to perform this repair himself. I spoke with both Sean and Colleen through scheduling the other repairs on our roof. They were very polite and understanding about our needs, despite us not being a 'big ticket' customer. Sean even offered to have his guys inspect for minor shingle repairs to give us more out of the deal, if I was unable to get the purchase reversed. I don't usually get this level of customer service for small jobs, so Roof Right LLC has won me over. I will definitely be keeping their information on file for future repairs!
