Description of Work: They cleaned our gutters, secured roof tiles, secured siding, and secured gutters to house. The tech was on time and professional. The issue I have with his company is that the office sends you a zero dollar invoice to confirm your appointment and then the tech comes out on the day of service and quotes repairs. I wouldn't have any issue with splitting this into two appointments-one to evaluate the work necessary and a workup sheet and then another appointment (or more as necessary) to actually perform the work so that we can save up for services.

Description of Work: Fixed two through the roof plumbing vent pipe seals. |Initial task was to replace one vent pipe seal for $75.00, a bargain. Although my other seal was OK, it was as old as the defective seal. The repairman offered to replace it for an additional $50.00. Also a bargain. |The repairman told me that while OK, my roof would soon need replacing. This I already knew. No pressure, just a request to talk to them when the time came.

Description of Work: The initial contact I made was because of a deal on Angie's List. The woman who first spoke to me on the telephone immediately realized that I was asking for something entirely different from what the deal offered. She and I agreed that it was worth a visit to have my roof inspected and see what might be needed. |A gentleman named Tim arrived to check out the roof. He climbed up there and took pictures to show me what was going on. Yes, it was "my" roof and yes, it needed lots of help! Tim worked with me so that I could fully understand what was happening and what was needed- A new roof!! He explained everything carefully and I selected a shingle, agreed on the price and worked out how the entire thing would be paid for. All of the details were handled in this one visit and for the most part (other than the expense) it was painless. |Tim left and within two days I was contacted and a date was set for the new roof. The woman was again helpful as she told me what to expect, how to protect my attic belongs, and making driveway accessible for material delivery. The truck arrived and put lots of material on the roof - one day. Next day, crew arrived and began to remove old and put on new roof. It took an additional day to complete the job- it's a pretty big roof and there were some additions. |The extras were new skylights in the porch roof and a new chimney pipe and ascetically pleasing cover (brick look) for the kitchen roof. Additionally several places in the roof had rotting wood and these pieces were removed and replaced. |During the work, a piece of sculpture fell from an high place in my den. The young man who was supervising the job brought in his ladder and hung the thing back up on the wall for me! Above and beyond what was expected. |Tim kept in touch with me through the job, visited to see that all was well during the work and returned to be sure that I was happy with the experience. |Did I mention that when the job was finished, other than the new roof, one would never have been able to tell that any work had been done? These folks not only hauled away all the mess, they also used a leaf blower to groom my entire yard. No nails, no little black stuff, no old shingles. These folks are in a word Wonderful! If you have to get a new roof (not my idea of a great thing to have to do) please at least call these folks. |They are/were great!

Description of Work: After purchasing this roof repair special, I was promptly contacted to schedule the repair. I scheduled on a specific date and was given a time window of 10am-2pm. I was then contacted the day before the repair and given a more accurate time window, and contacted again on the day of repair when the repair personnel were on their way. I emailed a picture of my current shingles for them to match since my shingles were no longer available. The repairs were done quickly and professionally, without any complaints whatsoever.
