From beginning to end Right Roofing was an execptional company to work with. Bob Hickman came out when he said he would to estimate. I had to reschedule 2 times and they were always gracious about it, Bob did a thorough inspection and provided an estimate on the spot. They called me the week prior to let me know when the materials would be delivered and confirmed the install date I requested. Project manager Giovanni Colin came on the installation day to review with me the scope of work to be performed and said the team would be done in one day. Mr Colin came back at 2 pm to follow up on the worker and see if I was happy with the color and service thus far. When the roof was completed the workers went around and picked up all nails and debris that went into the yard and even the garden. That evening I noticed something was left on the roof. I called Giovanni and he told me not to worry he would be back in the morning for an inspection of the work. When he inspected the roof he had a concern near the chimney and had his workers return to fix it. Right Roof went above and beyon when they gave flowers not long to me but my adult daughter. I also received a thank you card a few days later from Bob. I had several estimates and I am so glad I chose Right Roof.

Contractors were on time and worked all day replacing a new roof on our home and side porch. Everyone was very nice and worked very hard. Foreman came throughout the day to check on progress and discussed what needed to be repaired and cost. Workers cleaned up the yard afterwards.

Great service, only way the patch can be noticed is if you know where it is. Also supplied a quote for future work, will most likey use them in the future.

When I called, Giovanni came right out to give me an estimate. The house is being prepared for sale and suggested all the repairs needed to pass a home inspection. The work was scheduled for three days from then. The worker arrived on time and was most pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable . I could not have had a more efficient experience.

They did a good job and gutters were clean and flowed properly when we had a huge snow. Some of the debris landed on a sub roof that was on ground that they didn't blow away. Overall ok and will hire them again next fall if it's the same price.

The process was quick and efficient. They did exactly what they said they were gonna do. No surprises, no additional work. Finally a company that does what it says and lives up to their word.

I had a NEW 30 year roof installed 4 years ago. There was one HUGE leak on the back porch and a small leak on the front porch. This is what I saw at first. Odi Sarabia came out and did a thorough investigation of the roof problems and wrote up an estimate BEFORE he left = he used his laptop in his truck. Then he Explained to me WHY I needed each of the recommended items and he showed me pictures that he'd taken of the roof and it's various problems. He explained to me about WHY the repair was needed and the outcome if I did the repair. I was really impressed with his attention to detail and his knowledge about roofs. I was convinced that, if I used this company, I would not have any more Roof Problems and I was correct. Roof Right is has more than 1 person who will contact you. Odi is the "salesman" with years of experience; Mark is the scheduler, and the men who actually do the work are different from both Odi and Mark. I could ask Odi any question and get an honest answer; I could talk with him about my concerns and hed "smooth the way". As a result, I felt comfortable with the process. The two men, who did the actual work, came for a very long day and did all the repairs to the roof, chimney, and vents. They were polite. As far as I can tell, their work was excellent. Odi came back to collect the final deposit and take more pictures, which he shared with me (explaining what I was looking at in the pictures). My roof does not leak anymore!!!!

Right after I purchased the deal I saw other gutter cleaning deals for half the price. Already purchased it so I waited to hear from the company. Finally called them about 2 weeks after purchasing the deal inquiring on status. They indicated that they had left a message (never received) and had gone out that same morning. There were no incidences to report. All seems to have went well.

The job was done quickly and smoothly. They were there on the days they told us they would be, got the permits required quickly and put up the deck in minimal time. They were courteous to the neighbors and even landscaped under the deck after the build was complete! Awesome job!

It went very well. The initial estimate meeting was one time and the representative knew his stuff. I liked that he came in without a "sales pitch". He was the 3rd company we interviewed, and he asked me what we needed. I had a whole list of questions, and he knew the answers to all of them, had appropriate insurance information with him (and promptly had his insurance company email me verification). I was impressed. The price was competitive for the work we needed done and the size of our roof. Installation was on time, and the team was professional and efficient. Craftsmanship is excellent and yard cleanup was thorough. I would work with this company again and recommend to others. The only area I would suggest for "improvement" is minor. I would have liked to be walked through the review of the job afterwards. I requested this via email, but did not receive a response.

Odi was very kind, patient, and efficient. He worked with me to determine things that should be taken care of right away and also gave me some tips on when to get other things taken care of. He went above and beyond and was awesome!

Went perfectly. I wasn't pressured to replace my roof.

There was a little bit of litter litter in the yard. But over all they cleaned up nicely. Quality of work was great.

We hired this company to inspect a roof and address items that came up as a result of a home inspection. The workers arrived on time- they inspected the roof and found only two shingles that were missing. They replaced the shingles and said the roof was in good condition. A second inspection from the buyers did not provide any issues with the quality of the work perform to replace the missing shingles.

Roof Right was great to deal with. I had a location that was not suitable for my solatube and they only charged for one and gave me a refund on the second bought

"Roof Right" arrived on time and work was completed expeditiously. Two sections of a upper and lower roof were removed because there was no access from the interior, new venting was attached to each vent fan, sheathing replaced, new tar paper installed, vent covers installed, new shingle and zinc strips installed. Trash and debris was removed and work area was checked again to assure that there were no damage to area or missed debris or tools. "Roof Right" workers (estimator and roofers) were timely, courteous, professional and completed the work per the estimate and to our satisfaction.

Outstanding job! They were a little expensive. However, Doug was able to identify the solutions to the problems immediately. In fact, he suggested corrections for problems I was previously told by other gutter replacement people could not be corrected. There was a problem with the office in getting my job scheduled. It appeared they had forgotten about the scheduling as I received no email nor call following the initial estimate as promised. I had to call to make the appointment for the repair. The work was done very quickly and professionally. They cleaned up after themselves. The work is outstanding! Everything was finished before this last round of torrential rain. All problems (leaking roof, water overshooting gutters) were resolved including the ones I was told was related to my roof design (it was actually a gutter problem). Interestingly, the previous gutter replacement was done by another gutter specialist. However, they were the ones who told me there was no solution to the water overshooting the gutters. Roof Right resolved this problem by replacing my gutters with larger gutters. They also redesigned the flow of the gutter water, reducing the number of downspouts needed, redirecting water into appropriate collecting areas, removing downspouts from dangerous areas. Overall, excellent job! Highly recommend Roof Right!

This is the second deal I have purchased from Roof Right and they are awesome. they are very responsive, clearly explain what needs to be done, do not try and turn maintenance into a sales pithch. I highly recommend this Company.

When I purchased the deal we provided a few days and times that worked for us. Roof Right responded within a day with the time they would come and that they would be happy to check the pipe I had asked about. They arrived on the day and time promised and cleaned all the gutters. The pipe turned out to be something left behind on the roof from previous chimney work and Roof Right brought it down for us.

I noticed a small quarter size hole in my roof from inside the attic and immediately dreaded the thought of this repair. I found Roof Right on Angie's List and decided to give them a call. I'm glad I did because I had an excellent experience with Roof Right, they were quick and professional. When I first called I spoke with Sean who took my information and was able to get a repair tech out the same day. Odi came out and thoroughly evaluated the roof overall and the hole that needed the repair. He advised both of the gaskets around the bathroom vents needed to be replaced in addition to the roof repair. The price he quoted me to repair the hole and replace the gaskets was below what I was expecting. Odi went ahead with the repair and while he was here also measured my attic for a quote to add insulation.Overall I am very happy with the service I received.
