Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's list deal from the contracter for a $75 pipe collar repair. I scheduled a date for the repair and the day of the appointment nobody showed up. I called to confirm the appointment and they told me the roofer had already come out on a different day. I had never even discussed with them the location of the pipe collar that needed repair. We had some back and forth and they rescheduled a day for the following week to come perform the repair. I was not able to be physically present when they came out but I gave a description of the location and issue and sent them photos. After the repair was completed I received no follow up from the company. I called to inquire and they put me in touch with the roofer who explained to me that the pipe collar was not installed correctly and that he couldn't fix it for the $75 deal I purchased through AL. I think if someone pays you for a service you should notify them if you were not able to perform it, not the other way around! Anyway, the roofer said 3 of my pipe collars would need to be reinstalled. I asked for a quote and was told they'd follow up the next day but they never did. I would not use this provider again or recommend them to a friend

Description of Work: Replaced missing and damaged roof shingles. The crew arrived as scheduled and carried out the work in a timely manner. They advised me that the wrong kind of nails had been used on the ridge shingles and advised me that it would be better to replace the whole of the ridge tile section. I asked for a quote for this work and one for a whole new roof. Neither has materialized.

Description of Work: Roof repair - timely, responsive and reasonable. The repair service was done on a section of the roof that cannot be seen without climbing around, which I was not about to do. Instead I relied on pictures provided by Roof Right. All of the mounts for multiple dishes were also removed and the holes patched. Great group of people.

Description of Work: I have just signed a contract to have a new flat roof applied, so my overall rating of A reflects only my interactions with Jason and the Roof Right office staff so far. They have not yet started to work on my roof. After interviewing many, many roofing companies and learning that there are several different types of roofing materials and procedures for flat roofs and also that prices from one roofer to another can differ by 100%, I decided to use Roof Right and hope that I have made the right choice.
