Description of Work: Roof Right repaired my slate roof 2 years ago, and did a great job. This time, we had some hiccups: the person I had originally been contacted by did not follow through, which was annoying. To be fair, a recent storm meant that they had greater than normal volume of work. Once I began dealing with another employee, everything went very smoothly, which is why they received an "A" in punctuality. | |The crew that they sent out inspected the roof, explained the issues, and made temporary repairs, which worked until they could get me a price on the work to be done. | |When the estimator came out, he was very thorough: he went up onto the roof for an inspection, showed me photos of the problem areas/proposed areas for scope of work, explained the pricing (broken down into logical segments - not just an "overall" price), answered all my questions, and told me when Roof Right would be expected to perform the work. | |All in all, other than the fact that it took over 3 months from my initial call, I am very pleased with the outcome up to this point, and have confidence that the work will be well done, as it was the last time I used the company.
