Great experience, start to finish. Showed up promptly for estimate, did the work on time, and even susbtituted half round gutters for the same price as K gutters when they unexpectedly got a good deal on the half round. I'll definitely use them again; I'm thinking of having them come out in the spring to do exterior painting on both my rental house and my residence.

If only all home repair experiences were as good as this! The estimator came the day after I called. I felt very comfortable with him. He was not a high-pressure salesman (like so many estimators). I said to go ahead and schedule it. He said it would be done within 2 or 3 working days. The following working day I was away in the morning. When I got home around noon, they had already done it! The quality seems excellent. They included spraying for wasps (which I learned like sagging Fascia boards and had been plaguing me for a long time) and they also cleaned and firmed up the back gutter. It was a great joy, when after a long wait, a few heavy rains came so I could actually enjoy watching the water not fpour over the edge.

Early on a Sunday morning, a tree branch crashed through the roof and ceiling of our master bedroom. Fortunately, no one was hurt, but we needed roofing help ASAP. That is what happened. We called this company at approximately 9:00 AM and in less than one-half hour, one of the managers who lived nearby, arrived and assessed what needed to be done. He arranged for an emergency, temporary repair which was executed before noon that day. We dealt with two well-spoken, knowledgeable, and accommodating Representatives of Roof Right, Gary and Eric. We knew that we had been living on borrowed time before an entire new roof was needed on our home (30+ years) so we decided to go with Roof Right to replace the entire roof, a job which was scheduled and executed within the following week. After the job, our burglar alarm system alerted us to the fact that a skylight had been damaged. This must have happened from vibrations created during the roofing job, but was not really visible except from the inside of the house. Gary and Eric immediately took responsibility for the repair and have made arrangements for a replacement skylight, including rewiring for the burglar alarm. We were extremely impressed by the responsiveness of Roof Right's representatives and by the actual quality of the work. I recommend this company without reservation!

Very well. I recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work. They were honest, professional, punctual and just plain nice guys to boot.

We originally got quotes for gutter cleaning and gutter replacement. Based on our consultation, we decided to replace the gutters. Our chimney also needed several repairs. All of the work was completed as scheduled, and follow up was appropriate.

They were fantastic! They were very professional and punctual. Their estimate matched what they said it would be. They were efficient and did the job well. They could have cleaned up after themselves a little bit better, but did a good job.

It was great, they were excellent, I have used them before, they are very professional and they are very prompt and efficient. They are very clean and they tidy up after themselves.

They gave me a price to replace it that was approximately double all the other estimates I received. They were prompt and professional.

The service was good. He was a little late and I don't think they called which wasn't a big deal, but it may have been if I had somewhere to be that day. They offered a coupon.

The company's website lists a free 17 point roof inspection that includes attic and insulation inspection. I called and arranged an appointment for that. Derrick--who was very nice-- came out to the house and thoroughly inspected the roof and looked at the attic. He could not inspect the insulation because he said he didn't do that sort of work, he just dealt with the roofing. He told me my roof looked fine for the next couple of years and that he would not recommend any unnecessary repairs, he only recommended flashing repair around the chimney. I had him add resealing the gutters because I was aware of them leaking. He quoted the price and I agreed to have the work done. I was called to schedule the work and two other guys came and did it. Everyone I spoke with during the process was nice. I'm just not sure how competitive the prices are. The work seems fine, although I'm not actually going to go to the roof to check it out.

The estimator was very good, showed me pictures of the roof and pipe ring with a digital camera and inspected the inside of the house for the leakage problem. Scheduling was a problem. The original date for the work was Nov. 12. The tech called to cancel because of rain and wanted to do the work on Nov. 13. I took time off from work to be home on Nov. 12, and couldn't ask for more time off, so I rescheduled for Nov. 19, when I would be home. The tech came on Nov. 14 to complete the work and I found this out when I arrived home from my job. The work, however, was very good. New gutter looks nice.

Mr. Mott visited my home for an estimate on replacing a troublesome flat roof. He was punctual, friendly and professional. He seemed to have expertise about all areas of flat roof problems, including skylights, drainage and durability. Unfortunately, his estimate was more than double any other estimate received for the same services.

The guy was very nice and I was initially pleased and expecting I'd have them do the work until I found out that they were trying to take me for $1,000 on a relatively inexpensive repair. I did not trust them to do the work after they so quickly agreed to drop the price so much. If they really had thought it would 'cost' $1,600 to begin with -what would they provide for me for only $679? I just felt like they were trying to swindle me. I'm a single girl, what would I know?

I feel the work went very well. The repair person that came out was very polite and professional. The work estimate was in line with the other estimates. He actually pointed out another area in the roof that needed repair so we had him do that as well. We had four vendors go up on the roof and somehow during the process the vent for my heating system had been disturbed and caused problems with our heating system. The Roof Rite people came out around the same time the heating company came out and ended up recaulking around the heating vent at no charge.

It was a great experience. Craig Mott arrived on time and was very helpful, especially considering that neither my husband nor I knew exactly what the problem was or what we needed. We were able to schedule the work to be done that same week. And the team who did the work did a great job of cleaning up afterwards.

promises, promises, promises! Seemed very promising, but...

Don arrived early as discussed, made an inspection, gave the estimate and was ready willing and able to do the repair right now. Job was done in no time, blended in, and looks great.

It went great. He came immediately and put our worst fears to rest. He charged us for the visit since we were moving and would not actually be paying for the work. But the estimate came quickly and was reasonable and enabled us to move on in the sale process.

With that price I asked for my Angie's List discount which was advertised in the publication. The representative refused to honor it.

Craig Mott, one of the roofers from Roof Right, returned my call within 24 hours & squeezed my estimate appointment in despite his booked schedule. When he came out, he was not only pleasant, polite, & friendly, but also up to the challenge to fix my soffit, fascia, & gutters when other roofing companies clearly didn't want to be bothered. He explained in detail with a positive/upbeat attitude how he would replace & reattach everything, making the repair seem effortless. Within one week, he came back out to do the work & finished the job within a day, despite the difficulty & precarious position of the job (next to utility lines & high above my back patio- hard to safely position ladders or scaffolding). In addition, Craig shoveled & swept up the old debris & left everything, including my neighbors patio (since the job involved both our houses), clean as a whistle. Craig & Roof Right rock! Best customer service experience I've had in... well, I can't tell you when!

Roof Right, originally selected from Angie's List, was the most punctual, professional, and responsive of roofing companies that provided an estimate. While a slight bit higher in costs, it was well worth it in light of their thorough inspection and estimate, followed-up by phone calls, and prompt work. They expertly repaired and installed new roof, leaving zero clean-up issues. We found not one roof nail or slightest debris field in the yard after they left.

The whole process with Roof Right has been superb. I called other roofers, and they got back to me weeks later. Roof Right had someone out in under two hours! The phone service was prompt and the actual process and work done were all topnotch. I can recommend them wholeheartedly. For any future roof needs I will call them first. Great work, prompt, and professional.

They were very responsive and did the work timely. When there was an issue they took care of it right away. They were easy to work with.

Even though this contractor was not selected do the work, I felt that the guy who answered the phone was trying to help. For whatever reason though, he forgot about my call and did not call back. This company is probably understaffed and it may reflect in the type of work they would have ultimately performed.
