This company has set the bar for customer service! They really did a detailed inspection for providing an estimate. They had a sweet deal on a 35-year roof product and a life-time of roofing product guarantee on their workmanship. Their price is reasonable. They kept in contact with me all the way. I have never seen such a customer-focused company in my experience. I totaly recommend them.

They came out and I was impressed by them but they were unable to do the work I needed done. I was very disappointed to not be able to work with them. The two guys were really nice and spent time talking with me about the problem and possible solutions.

The entire process was very quick and efficient. Company representatives were completely professional, explained everything carefully, answered all questions, and did everything they said they would do. There was a one-day delay in the start of work due to thunderstorms on the scheduled day but they were able to do the work the very next day. The roof was in worse condition than we thought, as shown in the photographs taken during the inspection, but we knew that a replacement was in order. The price quoted was very competitive and the work was completed in a single day. Dealing with this complany was a completely pleasant experience. There is no way to know whether the new roof will hold up as advertised; only time and weather can answer that question. However, getting it done was much easier than we expected.

A few days after we called Roof Right, someone came to take a look at the problem. The company submitted a proposal to repair the plywood underlayment, add some waterproofing materials to the roof valley, and re-shingle the entire valley. The work was done less than a week after we accepted the proposal and the repair looks very professional. The job took two men more than one day to complete. Considering the amount of time they spent, the price was quite reasonable. We are very pleased with both the work and the responsiveness of the company, and we would definitely use this company again.

It was great. They were very professional. We enjoyed their service much. I would recommend them. We would definitely use them again.

Matt was very pleasant and more than willing to answer any questions that I had. While his estimate(s) were comparable with other companies, I did not select Roof Right for the job.

We found a leak in our attic. We asked several roofers to take a look. The other estimates came in at $2,000 to $5,000, and most wanted to replace our roof. The person with Roof Right (I'm blanking on the man's name, sorry) took a look and said that while the roof was old, we could just replace the ridge vent and get a few more years out of the roof. And that's what he did. He replaced the ridge vent, put in a new chimney box and a couple pipe collar gaskets,and sealed the chimney flashing. We had to be out of town that weekend, but he and his workers were able to do the repairs without us home. Everything was done quickly, efficiently, and in one day. He also said he guaranteed his work, but since we've had no leaks since (it's been almost a year now) we haven't had to put that to the test. Over this severe winter, our bay windows began to leak. I called Roof Right, and they were very honest with me. They told me they wouldn't suggest sending someone out to try to knock the snow or ice from the roof, because it could cause damage to the shingles. They suggested just waiting it out and seeing if the problem ever happened again, because the quantity of snow and ice was so severe. We intend to use Roof Right for all of our roofing needs from now on and highly recommend this company.

During a wind storm, a tree fell across my back yard, pulling the power line anchor out of the side of my house. I talked with several potential contractors, and Roof Right was the only one which responding positively to addressing this "Minor" problem and had a solution to the problem. Coordination with the power line company was cumbersome. After the second failed attempt to get the power company to move the power line, Roof Right (Craig) told me exactly what to tell them, and even offered to join a conference call to make certain the power company knew what needed to be done. It turned out Craig's wording was all I needed, and the power company moved the lines to the location recommended by Craig. I called Roof Right to schedule the actual work, and the work was done the next day.

They were very efficient. They gave me an estimate. They came out on time. They came back and helped me with a window that was really high. I had a flat roof. So, they had to re-tar it. I chose them because the other companies didn?t work on flat roof. They would only replace the roof and not re-coat it. I will use this company again in the future.

Overall, the experience was good. I had lots of customized work performed. The company was trying to keep water from overrunning the roof. There are areas on my roof where the sunroom meets the main portion of the house that were not covered by gutters. Roof Right made custom made deflectors to redirect the water. They were persistent and tried different things until they got it right. They also recomended having the chimney reflashed and I had that done. The chimney flashing was a very fair price. I've talked to friends who've had that work done and it was more expensive. The downspouts were repositioned closer to the frame of the house. This was done for astethics.

For the estimate Mr. Alexander arrived exactly when he had said he would. The company stood behind its estimate even though there was another roof under the visable one. The job was completed in a timely manner with a crew of 9. The clean up was executed as they went and was perfect. They were very careful about my dogs. I never before thought of a roof as a decorative element of a home. I could not be more pleased.

The weather was awful--cold and freezing rain. We had our doubts as to whether the work could be completed and what quality it would be under those circumstances. Manuel and his crew arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the work in the estimated time frame. They cleaned up thoroughly each day they were here. We are very satisfied with their workmanship. We highly recommend this company, though their price was definitely higher than other estimates.

The initial visit to determine the problem and give us an estimate went very well. Roof Right's roof specialist, Jeff, went into the attic and diagnosed the problem as a cracked vent pipe collar. The solution was to put a gasket over the pipe collar. Since we have 3 pipes on the roof, he recommended putting gaskets on all three. Two days after the initial visit, Roof Right arrived and promptly installed the gaskets. We are very pleased with Roof Right's promptness and professionalism. We will definitely use them again.

Very responsive. Unfortunately, the company had to charge as a minimum set fee, despite the fact that only about 6 or 7 tiles needed to be replaced. The work was well done and the roofer prompt, helpful and courteous.

The job went on pretty well. They did a complete tear off and put in a new roof. They installed special Energy Star-compliant shingles so that I could get qualified for the energy tax rebate. They were very competent and they came out when they said they were going to. They gave me a good estimate. They worked with me when I needed some documentation for the Energy Star qualification. They completed the job quickly and efficiently. I didn't have any problems with them. The price that they charged was half of what another company had quoted. I received 3 to 4 estimates and Roof Right gave me the best estimate of all the companies and they were the most qualified as well. They did the same kind of work and had the same products like other companies. I don't have any complains about the quality of their work, as they did a good job. They came a day early because of the weather and then they came back and followed up. They also installed roof vent, as it was a part of the bid and they did that very quickly. I would use their services in the future if I have to do another roofing job and I would highly recommend them to others.

This was a great roofing experience. Gary came out on a Sunday right away to look at our problem and diagnose whether we needed work done that day or if it could wait. In the rain, he was up looking at the roof and being careful not to break any other shingles. He took care of us even for a small job. His guy came right on time, fixed the problem and was done within the hour.

The salesman advised that Roof Right would be the company installing the new roof and that it would not be a subcontractor. However, when they showed up to do the work it was a subcontractor. They began work at 8AM and were completely finished by 3PM. (Entirely too quickly). Shortly after the new roof was on many of the ridge cap shingles split down the middle. I contacted Roof Right and was told they would call me back. Several days later I called again and was told they would call me back. Several days later I called again and they finally agreed to send the installing contractor out to replace the caps. When they arrived they replaced all the split caps except for the ones on the porch. Before they had pulled out of my driveway I called Roof Right and informed them they had forgotten the porch caps. According to them they were going to have the people turn around and complete the job, THEY NEVER SHOWED. Several phone calls later and I had still gotten no further with the caps on the porch roof being replaced. Then one day I noticed Roof Right had, at some point, come out to the house and replaced the porch caps with regular 3 tab shingles. Once again I had to call at which point they came out and fixed it. Shortly after that the roof began to leak and we got water in our laundry room. Roof Right sent out a service tech that rather than finding the source of the leak, decided to do a nail over, which means they basically put another roof on over the leaking area. Almost one year later, 10/16/2009, the roof began leaking again in the same spot. Closer examination revealed the sheathing was soaked. I called them and informed them I needed the sheathing and shingles (50 year shingles) replaced and the source of the leak located. I was told they would be at my house on 10/21/2009 at 8AM. As of 9AM they had not showed. When I called them they advised they were not sure what time they were suppose to have been here but they would try to have the service tech here by 9:30AM. When he arrived I looked in the back of his truck and he had a stack of 30 year Landmark shingles. According to the tech, he was told by his boss to bring 30 year shingles out to fix the problem. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY TRIED TO PUT SOMETHING CHEAPER ON THE ROOF THAN WHAT I PAID FOR. After yet another phone call they agreed to replace everything that needed to be replaced. In the process of tearing everything off it was revealed the much of the flashing was done incorrectly. During the process Mr. Mott arrived. According to him, the roof was leaking due to a nearby window that was not caulked correctly. When asked why they had tried to put cheaper shingles on my roof again, he advised that he does not rip people off???? Now that the job is done, it does not appear that the roof is leaking any longer. However, it appears as though a group of amateurs did the job not a professional roofing company. I now have a corner piece of siding that is messed up. The valley on one side of the roof lays differently than the valley on the other side of the roof. The rows of shingles do not even line up with the portion of the roof that they did not tear off. I would be more than happy to show my roof to anyone prior to you deciding to go with this company. If you were to go with this company I would highly recommend that you do not allow them to put anything on your roof unless it is in a package identifying what it is. Otherwise, you may have them putting 30 year shingles on a 50 year roof.

Due to the magnitude of this project, we went through a rigorous bidding process. Not only was Roof Right the low bidder, they were totally responsive throughout the process. Very willing to answer questions and ensuring that we had all of the information necessary for us to make an informed decision. There was a small snafu in scheduling the work. The crew arrived a day early. They swarmed over the job. It was truly fascinating to watch the efficient and professional manner of working. The attention they paid to ensuring a complete cleanup was comforting.

They called me back within two hours with a quote. Because the work was minor, they said I didn't need to be there, so I didn't have to take any more time off work.

Eric came for the estimate at the scheduled time, explained the proposal and his suggestions, took photos on the roof, highlighting certain potential problem areas. The crew came when scheduled, they worked quickly, efficiently and professionally. Eric came back when work was done to be sure we were satisfied.

Despite having the gutters cleaned recently (not by a company on Angie's List), water continued to pore down the back wall of our house. Each company I called on Angie's List said they knew what the problem was just from the description - gutters pulled away from the house. They all quoted the same price and would come out within a day or two. I selected Roof Right over companies that just did gutters because I wanted them to inspect the skylights and seal them if necessary. Roof Right sent two polite and knowledgeable young men. They didn't just fix the gutters and run. They explained the problem and showed me the hardware they used to replace the too short nails that caused the problem. They inspected the flashing around skylights and chimney. They found a problem I wasn't aware of above a bay window and applied sealant. I was very satisfied with their work.

It was a simple job - replace the shingles and reattach the fascia. They were out within a couple of days. We have a pretty steep roof so they had to come back with their special equipment but everything was resolved within a couple of days.

Very professional and pleasant. They came to give us an estimate within 1 business day of my call. In that same week they came to do the work which took one day. They seemed very knowledgeable, worked fast but thoroughly and cleaned up perfectly. We can see their work from various upstairs windows of our home. New tiles are a perfect match and the work looks impeccable. They also cleared some gutters and fixed a few minor patches which were not part of the deal. You get what you pay for :-) I would definitely use Roof Right again AND recommend them.

The roofer came on an agreed-to date while I was at work. He was done at the agreed-to time and price quoted on the phone. The worker was pleasant and professional.

Roof Right was fantastic. He took plenty of time with me to answer any questions that I might have had and he also told me that gutter covers on my home would be a waste of money. I appreciate how honest they were and I would use them again in the future.
