They responded quickly with an estimate and returned within two weeks to do the work. Fast, courteous and good work!

The estimate was done within a week of purchasing the offer. Then things got quiet for a while. with the bad weather in the fall, I let it ride until 2 months had gone by. After I called to question what had happened, they were out here to do the work within a few days. Checked my flashing while they were up there and repaired that. All in all, an excellent job, messed up by their office.

Jason myers, roofing specialist inspected and quoted. The jobs were completed on time to a professional standard. Jason inspected the completed job and made touch up repairs at over request. Prompt service to a high standard.

Although I had the roof re-coated and chimney re-flashed last year, the heavy rains this past year resulted in a water stain on the ceiling around the chimney. I had the original roofer come out to repair it, but the water stain worsened after the summer hurricane. Instead of calling the same roofer I checked Angie's list and found Roof Right. Jeff was very efficient and scheduled a time for technician to inspect and provide and estimate within the next few days. The technician, Doug, was right on time and pointed out problems with the flashing around the chimney as well as a crack at the front parapet. He was very personable and knowledgeable. The work was scheduled about three weeks out, and on the appointed day Doug came out, made the repairs and took photos for me. The photos show a thorough and need work, but I'll have to wait until the next hurricane to know for sure!

When I called Jeff answered the phone which was a lovely surprise since I had left a message with another roofer that had not been returned after a week. He scheduled an estimate for one week out between 7 and 8 am. Joe arrived at 7:30 am on the scheduled date after calling to let me know he was on the way. He climbed around the roof and took pictures so that when he explained the repairs I could see exactly what he was talking about. I called later to arrange to have the repairs done. They accepted the Angie's List coupon even though I hadn't known about it at the time of the estimate. Although the price was higher than we had anticipated, we felt that the company was very professional and decided not to get other quotes. The repair was scheduled for the one week later in the afternoon and to our surprise the workers arrived at 8:00 am. Not a bad surprise of course. They left the roof and chimney looking as though no work had been done even though I had been warned that there might be some damage to our siding. The yard was also totally clean when they left.

They did a fine job. He did more than I expected.

Still waiting for them to show up to perform the agreed upon work.

The guys showed up a little early and gave an estimate. They came back later and completed the work. Everything was really handled well. The staff were also very friendly.

Generally, I clean the gutters myself. It was great to have someone else do it for such a reasonable price. All I had to do was leave the outside water on and provide a hose. I didn't even have to be home as all work was outside. Regarding gutter repitching: The vendor couldn't help with this. As the house is about 30 years old, the gutters are attached using the old style pegs, rather than the newer inner hangers. Ops Manager Jeff Quante thought this would cause damage. I appreciated his forthright answer.

We have had a persistent leak which 4 different roofers (including Roof Right) have not been able to locate. However, all the roofers including Roof Right have said that our roof was not put on right. The shingles were not laid properly, the flashing was not done right, the ridge vent was not functioning well and weather guard was not used near the eves. We asked Roof Right to provide an estimate to replace the lower portion of one side of the roof (we are in a row home). We also asked to estimate for a new roof. The repair came in at $1,250 and the new roof estimate was $4000 for a 30 year roof. We selected the new roof. They had a delay due to weather the week before Christmas. We asked them not to leave the material on our property over Christmas. The company was in the process of dropping them but Roof Right had them take the material back. We were happy with the installation process. The team finished in one day and worked very hard into the dark to get finished. They did a pretty good job cleaning up. A few nails an trash, but not much. So far so good with the roof. We also had a follow up visit, a phone call and a second visit inspection by the company to make sure we are happy. We also got an Angie's List discount of $300!

The pipe collars were replaced and the main vent pipe was reflashed. Jed did an excellent job of explaining what had to be done and he took before, during, and after photographs so we could see what had been done. The work was done quickly and cleaned up properly. The pipe has not leaked since the repair.

12/27/2011 I chose this roofing company based on the great reviews. I wish I had passed on this deal. During the hurricane and as a results had a few shingles blown off. I purchased the Shingle Blow off for $125.00. The company was so booked , I was scheduled about a month away before they could do the repairs. But because I was impressed with Jason, and I really didn't have any emergencies, I thought they were worth the wait. They were scheduled to come out to for repairs on 12/22. They called that late afternoon to inform me that couldn't make it and would be there first thing on Monday (12/26) morning. It rained either that night or over the weekend. I had no leaks. 12/26 They showed up as promised. I head someone going up on the roof. Then, the second person came to the door to inform me there were here to do the work. I saw the black company truck with Roof Right's name on it parked across the street (blocking my neighbor's driveway a little). 12/27 The next day it rained. I returned home yesterday evening (12/27) to the sounds of plopping in the kitchen. I discovered a puddle on the kitchen floor. I located the drip from the ceiling and placed a bucket under it. I have never had that problem prior to the work. I ran upstairs, I heard a drip, but could not see where the sounds were coming from. I immediately tried to call Jason at Roof Right on his cell. When I received no response, I called the office. To my surprise, they had no answering service/machine. There was no emergency number. I was shocked and highly upset at this point. I took a picture and emailed it to Jason that evening. 12/28 I tried calling them this morning at 6:30am, no one was there. Jason finally called me at 8:33 am. I explained I hadn't had a leak since the hurricane and even then I didn't have a puddle on my floor. He tried to tell me this was the worst rain we had since the hurricane, and I had a leak prior. He also claimed it was a 24 hour rain that we hadn't had. I corrected him, we have had rain like this prior, and I did not have a leak other than the hurricane rain and heavy winds. ( It only rained here 11 hours, not 24 hours) . He said the best he could do was send someone out in a a day or two. They will take a look at the roof and see where we go from there. I explained to him my dissatisfaction with the work. He said he was just giving me a courtesy call. When I continued to push the issue to have someone come out, he then offered the option to speak to the Production manager. I spoke with the Production manager. He is sending someone out today to take a look at the roof within two hours. I can't believe I had to fight so hard to get someone out to check out the roof after having a leak that created a puddle on my newly installed floor. I just had the floors gutted, so needless to say I am not a happy camper. When they replaced the shingles, it started leaking the next day. I never had a drip in the kitchen other than the hurricane with wind nor since the hurricane until they repaired the roof ..but even so, they were supposed to repair it. I tried to contact them after 5pm, there was no answer. They had no answering machine/service. There is no emergency number when I needed to get in contact with someone right away. I will update the post as we see how the follow up goes.

Great job ....found the leak and fixed it the same day....would use again.

Contacted Jason in mid-November. He explained that the company usually begins a repair (unless it's an emergency) in about 5-10 days, but they've been backlogged since the summer. He also explained that they have working teams for repair and replacement. I received an estimate within a day or two and work was scheduled about 30 days out. The company went to some lengths to locate the type of slate (shipped from Vermont in this case) I needed for an 80yr old highly pitched roof. I was impressed they could match the size and color. Roof Right's crew showed up on the date promised and finished work (180 tiles plus repair of a badly mangled copper gutter) in 1 day. No surprises, what a relief! Highly recommend this company for it's professionalism, craftsmanship and friendly, helpful attitude toward their customers.

I was pleased with the job Roof Right did in cleaning my gutters. They arrived on time, did the work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. My one caveat is that they told my husband that the roof needed additional work because of squirrel damage and they left an estimate for that work. But my regular roofer had been there earlier in the day and had confirmed that nothing needed to be done. I did not appreciate the sales pitch.

Showed up on time -completed the job quickly and reported on the condition of the roof.

This was EASY from start to finish. They were not only prompt, they were early! These guys showed up early so they could be there right on time, did the installation, explained everything to my husband, even made a small repair to our roof while they were up there, and then went home. We are still amazed at how good they are.

I contacted this company after receiving a 'big deal' from the list for gutter cleaning. My house was built in 1995, is a 2-story colonial with all siding and has a very steep pitched roof. Only the gutters on the back of the house had ever been cleaned out each spring (partially because I have an awning that goes up over one section of my deck, and also because in the center of the gutter over that same section, the rain was overflowing the gutter this past spring before the awning was put up for the summer season). I received an e-mail with the date for this service to be done. They arrived, right on time and as scheduled. Jed looked over the gutters, and he told me they were clean, and therefore, there was nothing for them to do for the gutters. I inquired if he hammered in some of the nails I saw sticking out -- I was told no, because it wasn't (like gaskets) properly -- including making sure those things are sealed, so that there is no leaking from what they replaced.'included in the deal'. For that, I was really disappointed. But he did take a picture of one of my vent pipes and said the gaskets were cracked, and I'd have roof leaks if not replaced. He assured me my roof was NOT wet, so there was no need for roofing repairs. He also told me those things last about 15-years, and since this winter would be the 17th winter for the roof, I figured I'd let him replace them, and hopefully avoid future problems from those pipe areas. Since I had already paid the price for the gutter cleaning, he was nice enough to take that pre-paid amount as a discount for being an Angie's list member, so in essence he gave me a fair price for replacing the gaskets. so -- up-front office confirmation of appointment and keeping their appointment: A. Pricing: A. Repair job: ??? A ??? I cannot see it, and I did not have any leaks, and it was a preventive service....ok , I'll give him an A for customer service! I do have to agree with one past reviewer -- we are at the mercy that they really do replace things and make sure they are sealed properly, as we cannot get onto the roof to see what they have done! I'd also like to be able to have referrals to prior customers whose roofs this company has replaced. I'd want to speak with them, and see the finished job. I know I will be in need of a new roof in the next 5-10 years, and it would be nice to know I have a roofer with whom I can rely on and trust 10000000% before spending thousands of dollars!!. I've noticed the reviews of full roofing jobs are 50-50 (A or F) and the smaller jobs are pretty much all A's. So, yes, I would re-hire him / that company, but for larger jobs, I'd need to see prior work -- of customers who were happy as well as those who were not, just to 'play fair'.

We found on Angie's List. I will grade them A across the board.

Jason the sales person was outstanding. He helped me select appropriate roofing materials for a very complex job. He stayed with the job the entire time via email, phone, and site visits. His estimate was not the least expensive or the most but it ended up being the best price for the service and products received. I highly recommend using Jason as a salesperson, he is knowledgable and available and a great problem solver. He made sure I was satisfied with the complete job and this was not an easy job, it was very complicated. Daniel the job foreman was very good. He worked with the sales person and with me the home owner. He solved and resolved difficult problems on a house that had roofing systems and additions from 1870 to 1960 to 1990. The workers were always busy and knowledgable and effectively worked without and with direct supervision and/or directions.

I am assuming OK.. Original date 10/28 - I was home but appointment was scrubbed due to rain & snow. They came out Wednesday of following week Nov 2 but I was at work so no chance to interface with crew or see what they replaced. Received no follow up report indicating what they did or suggesting any additional work that they recommended be performed. Have to assume they replaced all missing shingles and glued down any ones that had become untacked from the shingle beneath (two story house and my eyesight isn't good).

We had a leak in our roof after Hurricane Irene hit. Odi came out to find the issue. He found the problem with our ridge vents and also some leaky boots on our roof. He gave us an estimate. We also requested he check on some other issues we were having with our insulation and bathroom venting. He gave us estimates for those as well. We decided to have the vents and boots fixed first on the roof. Odi came out within a few weeks of the original estimate, exactly at the time he said he would be here, and fixed it all in as little as an hour. We no longer have any issues. While he was on the roof, he made sure each nail was caulked and that everything was sealed tightly. We will definitely be calling this company back to deal with our insulation and venting issues at a later date. Excellent company - Odi is very professional and knowledgeable.

I was nervous because my roof was replaced the day before the snow storm in October. I received several calls from the office assuring me the roof would be finished that day. The workers started at 8AM and didn't leave until the roof was finished (around 6:30PM) Everything went like clockwork and I watched the snow fall under a brand new roof. These guys are pros!

Our previous roofer was so backed up that it would have taken months to get our repair done. Roof Right was exceptionally friendly and professional when I called them (from Angie's List). They were also backed up, but found an opening only two weeks away. Odi was about 15 minutes late for our scheduled appointment, but had the courtesy to call and let us know. After a quick examination, he was confident that he knew the source of our leaks and made the necessary repairs. He found other potential problems and fixed them too. The quote was $525, less the $50 Angie's List discount. That seemed a little high for about two hours work; but we were glad to have the repair done; and Roof Right was a pleasure to deal with.

When I called to set up an appt for an estimate, I was informed that it would be a couple of weeks before someone could come out. I still set the appt and called the day of to make sure that someone was still coming out. Odi showed up between the alloted time. He was very pleasant and kind. He went up on the roof and looked it over and took pictures. When Odi came back down he showed me the pictures and explained in detail what was good on the roof and what exactly needed to be done. I asked what the price would be and he went to the truck to write it up and when he came back he explained again in detail what needed to be done and how much each part was going to cost. I hired them on the spot and set up an appt for the near future for him to come and repair my roof.
