When the guy was coming for an estimate, he was running rate but he was nice enough to call and let me know he was running late. I was up on the roof occasionally and I was very impressed with the workmanship. The clean-up was excellent as well. They were always on time, if not early. This is one of the best contractor experiences I have had.

I would absolutely trust Roof Right!! They are professional, polite and knowledgeable!

A tree limb fell and went through the roof leading to the roof leaking. I called and asked for same day service which the company provided. The hole in the roof was repaired within 3 hours of my call. I knew I had to pay more for same day service, but it was well worth it!

They came and replaced the shingles and you can't tell the difference. The price was very cheap with an Angie's list coupon and they came right away once I had called

Showed up for estimate appointment on time (took his shoes off before entering my home), contract promptly delivered, question answered in writing, showed up on time for the 2 -day installation, kept me well informed, cleaned up to perfection, performed quality check, immediately addressed a few corrections I noticed and followed up again. Seamless process.

Roof Right had come out and given me an estimate when they had done another job for me. I scheduled with them to come out again and do the work for which they had provided me the estimate. The man showed up on time, was very professional, and friendly. We discussed the work that needed to be done in more detail. He performed the work thoroughly. I asked that he provide before and after pictures (as I did not want to climb up on the roof) and he did so, showing that he had done a good job and had done what I had asked. I got another estimate while he was there to repair the fascia board that holds up my gutters so I'll likely be having them back out. They do a good job for a reasonable price. They are big enough that they can do all the work needed but they are not trying to price gouge the consumer or oversell. I will use them again.

It went very well. Easy to communicate with and they took pictures of what needed to be done, which made me feel better, since I was able to look at the issues.

Odi and his associate were very professional. He found a few other problems with my roof and he took pictures of them with his phone to show me. Now I feel like my roof is up for the challenge of the storms which are sure to arrive this summer.

They did a great job. They were pleasant and professional. They apologized for leaving some of stuffs out of the gutters. They could have removed that as they had the ladders to do so.

Outstanding. They did the bulk of the work in a day, with the second day being the install of the vent and trimming/clean up work. The workers that showed up were prompt, polite, and very professional. They covered everything outside with tarps to a distance far from the house, and to date I have found one (1) nail from the job. After removing the roof they showed me pictures and verified that the original decking was in perfect shape except for about 1 foor of one board (we have planking underlay, not plywood). They replaced that board and the job looks perfect from the underside. They then installed the new shingles, and even installed new mesh gutter guards that I had bought separately. They re-flashed everything, redid the trim, and made every shingle straight and beautiful. The result was astounding. I have waited 6 months before writing the review, and the roof has had *no* issues. The ridge vent not only works, but it keeps the attic *much* cooler now that summer is here. I can see this in the reduced AC usage on the top and middle levels. It was a good idea. They did an excellent job all the way around. Their sales group were friendly and did not promote add-ons other than the roof vent which I really have to agree was a smart thing. They cleaned up everything extremely well, and their on site performance was spectacular. And their price was quite competitive. I would happily use them again. I told them that in 30 years they can put on another layer of shingles, and in 60 years to contact my descendents as to replacing the roof again.

Oti arrived early and proceeded to prep for the job until I arrived home. They were very quiet and polite and finished in a very reasonable time. They made sure it was being placed exactly where I wanted it (I didnt care) so I left that to the professionals and he picked a great spot for it! I absolutely LOVE the solar tube! It brings SO much light into what was my dark drab bathroom, now we dont even have to turn the light on in there! It has been a great investment and the company was very pleasant to deal with. My calls were always answered (never had to leave a msg) and everyone I spoke with were all so polite and accommodating. The only Con I can think of is they only let you purchase 1! OTI you were beyond GREAT!

I found them on Angie's List and they were excellent. The customer service was excellent. Anytime I call they are wonderful. They are very detailed oriented. They worked probably 16-17 hours every day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Roof right responded immediately to my phone call. The crew was at the house the next day to provide an estimate and completed the work the following week. The initial estimate was based on an inspection of the roof and they took pictures to show me what needed to be done. The crew was very courteous and punctual. The work entailed more material than the original estimate but they honored the price they had quoted me. Thanks to Angies list!

I purchased a coupon for Gutter Cleaning. From the start I was impressed with the folks at Roof Right and it kept getting better. The same day I purchased the Big Deal, I received a voice message from Roof Right - thanking me for my purchase, scheduling a date for cleaning, providing me with the name of the person who would be cleaning my gutters and supplying me with contact information if this date was not good for me. Odi, the roofer, arrived on time ... listened to what I needed to be done, including fielding a request to examine a section of the garage roof where a cupola had fallen off ... gave me a most reasonable price to have the section repaired ... and was able to do the repair on the spot ... advised after cleaing the gutters as to any future service needed ... and suggested where to go to get the damaged cupola replaced ... finally, I received a follow-up call from the company two days later. In all, a totally professional job. I would definitely seek the services of Roof Right again. Thank you!!

This is a re-review as I initially graded this company with an F for no response. However, as soon as I posted my review, I received a phone call and an email from Jeff stating they had tried to contact me right away. I let Jeff know I had never received a message on my phone, but to make it up to me, he offered to clean my gutters at no cost to me with no strings attached. Of course I agreed - you can't ask for better business practices than that. That phone call was yesterday. This morning, two guys were here right around 8 to do the job. Our house is not easy for gutter cleaning, but they got up the ladders and took care of business. They spent a good hour here and even advised me of some gutter issues we are having where they are not pitched quite right. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again, Jeff. I will be calling you all in the future.

I was very impressed with this company from the minute I called them. They were professional, responsive and the quality of serverice was A PLUS! I had a whole new roof put on (right down to the rafters) and they were done in one day. They cleaned up so well when they were done you didn't even know they were there! The gentlemen that replaced the insulation were also professional, friendly and quick! I would recommend Roof Right in a heartbeat!

Odi from Roof Right showed up on time as promised. He patiently listened to our concerns and then went into the attic to inspect roof. My wife went with him and he pointed out a few issues. He then went onto the roof, performed his inspection, and reported his findings to my wife and me. He snapped a few photos with his smartphone and showed us. That was a good touch as we didn't go on the roof with him. He gave us a written estimate and performed the work the same day.

All of us were very pleased with the work and the price. They were very personable and explained exactly what needed to be done. It is to Roof Right's credit that they did not take advantage of 3 female home owners. We were at their mercy for knowing what needed to be done. I was amazed at how many local contractors were not insured nor bonded. Obviously, I did not want someone like that doing the work, especially since they would be on the roof. I am very pleased with Roof Right's work and will definitely use them in the future!

The entire process went fabulously well. I got prompt responses to my calls, and while the repairs were delayed a bit because of a huge backlog of work after the hurricane, Jed and his crew did a great job, and I had good communication from the head office about scheduling. The work was done quickly, and I've had no problems from either part of the roof. I would call them again in a heartbeat, and am going to get a quote from them for a new roof when that comes up in the next couple of years.

After I purchased this firm's inspection promotion, they schedule the service promptly and arrived on time. Technician Doug was friendly, professional, and informative. He and his assistant spent quite a bit of time inspecting the roof and presented me with a written report as well as digital photos of several minor issues they identified. I hired the firm to address those issues. Doug arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. He cleaned up well after himself and provided me with digital pictures of the work he completed. Once again, he was friendly and professional. I will definitely use this company again.

Doug Mott and his assistant from Roof Right arrived slightly early for the appointment. He explained what he was going to do, including an inspection of our roof. Our gutters were actually quite clean, but he did find an end rubber piece from the ridge vent in the gutter, so he put it back where it belonged. He made some recommendations that we will take into consideration. He also provided advice of what to look for as our roof age. We asked about an annual inspection, so he told us about their Roof Shield program, so we will definitely sign up for that next season when we have them come out again to inspect. The Shield program does include gutter cleaning. Anyway, this is the second time we have used Roof Right and we are quite pleased with their service. We will definitely used them again.

After evaluating several other roofing companies, I decided to use Roof Right and it was overwhelmingly the right decison. I would use them again and will tell friends and family to do the same. The experience was painless. They exhibited professionalism from start to finish. The overall experience was wonderful!
