We noticed some leaking on our bathroom ceiling. We weren't sure what the leaking was from, but during a conversation with a neighbor, he thought it might be our Vent Pipes (b/c he experienced the same thing). I called Roof Right b/c of their Superior rating and reviews. I told Roof Right what I thought the problem was and asked about how much they would charge to fix the 3 Vent Pipes. He told me they had a special for Angie's List members in the "Buy Now" if I were interested in that. I did not even know they offer a "Buy Now" when I called, so needless to say, I was very impressed that he offered this information. He could have charged me a lot more (without the coupon), but he did not. The "Buy Now" was for 1 vent pipe, so I asked for a phone quote for the other two. He gave me a phone quote and then, within 5 minutes, emailed me a written invoice with my appointment time and the quote on it. The roofer showed up on time. He went up and took photos with his phone camera prior to doing any work. He then came down to show my husband the condition of the vent pipes (all 3 were visibly cracked ~ thus the reason for our leaking). He fixed them and then did a visual inspection of our roof (he did this on his own ~ we did not ask him to). He caulked a couple of places (free of charge) and also told my husband that we were missing a couple of shingles. My husband asked how much it would be to replace the missing shingles. He gave a reasonable quote to my husband and my hasband asked him to do it. Upon looking in his truck, he did not have any shingles that matched the color of our roof, but he said he would be back in our area within a couple of weeks and since the missing shingles were not causing any problems, could he come back then with the shingles that would match to our roof. My husband said that would be fine. This roofer seemed to go above and beyond! We were VERY happy with his service. We would definitely recommend him to our neighbors and friends. I can see why this company got a Superior rating!

What I received was a scheduled visit and a telephone report - no written report and was told that needed a complete makeover using the product they distribute. That repairs were not what they really do. Felt the whole thing was a sales ploy to sell the product they distribute. Had the work done later by another contractor who repaired the problem as I originally intended.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Miguel and the office staff at Roof Right. They provided detailed quotes and did a great job. There were some issues with the product dis coloring and Miguel came out to correct the issue without any problems. It's been great since. I would recommend using them .

Odi came out at the specified time and did a thorough job of inspecting the roof and the interior ceiling where the damage was being done. He was up and down off the roof several times explaining what was happening and what issues should be addressed. Odi was the 3rd of 3 recommended Angie's list roofers that I had consulted. After the first two, I had expressed to a tenant my frustration on not hearing anything new. This roof situation has been ongoing for years. Sometimes, in the past, it had seemed like the roof had been fixed, but that was only because rains had not been heavy and substantial enough to travel through layers of bad roofing. I vowed not to get the interior ceiling fixed again before I was certain the roof was no longer an issue. Roof Right got the job because I heard what I had been waiting for...his assessment of the issue was greater than anyone else's. The day after the roof was fixed, we had 1-2" of heavy rain. I think I can safely say after that deluge and a bone dry interior that the roof was done right. Thank you Odi and Roof Right and the angie's list community that directed me to them.

We originally had Roof Right coming out to determine where the leak was in the bathroom ceiling. While we had some chimney work being looked at it was discovered the flashing round the chimney was faulty. The Roof Right repair specialist was prompt and professional. He determined the roof vents were faulty along with the vent pipe gasket was worn. He checked the chimney flashing and determined that was also in need of repair. He also recommended a Whirley Bird Vent either be replaced or removed. We were giving a fair estimate. We were able to set up an appointment the next week. The repairs were made, there was a little more damage in the vent area then first thought. The specialist took care of it. Great job on clean-up. We have had some showers, haven't seen any additional signs of leaking in the bathroom. Waiting for a heavy rain fall to see about the repairs on the chimney flashing. We would use Roof Right again and would recommend this company.

Overall I was pleased with their perfomance and noticed that a neighbor has since used this company on my recommendation.

The roof tech and did a thorough roof inspection. He took pictures and spent time going over the issues he found and detailed my options. He was punctual, quick, and efficient which was much appreciated as I'd taken time off from work to be home for this. I was happy enough with the inspection to go ahead and book Roof Right for the needed repairs. I've had no problems and unless something changes will continue to use Roof Right.

When having a company work on your home, you hope for true professionalism. Today's work standards, even materials are not what they were in days gone by. Well; I found a Roofing Company, that must be second to none. Professionalism from the first call to get an estimate. Absolute promptness and courtesy with every step. From meeting the sales representative (Jason) for an estimate. Meeting Jason entailed a full sample of materials that would be used, explanation of all questions. Friendly and willing to show, draw, and treat myself and my daughter as if we were family. The full estimate was divided into 2 contracts showing the materials and work we had asked for, and divided to allow us the opportunity to extend our plans further. These estimates were furnished to me by end of day. Jason; thanks! And not to forget Shaun in the office setting everything up; and the same professionalism. The materials were neatly delivered on the date promised. The work was started on the date promised and completed the when promise. inspected, cleaned up beyond my own expectations. The crew doing the actual roofing were courteous and detailed. Everything is excellent! And again; thank you Roof Right. I hope that if you are looking for roof repair or replacement; that you take the time to read this and understand...professionalism still exists. Sharon

Responded to special for roof shingle blow off. Provided inspection and outlined several other repairs needed. work was done so quickly I wondered if he did anything at all. But upon inspection he did do what he said he was going to do. mentioned that the gaskets on two vent pipes were bad and needed to be replaced. I agreed as I was having water leaking along the pipes. after looking at the repair couldn't really determine what was replaced, but leaking seemed to stop. Quote for other work seemed high to me and I didn't have that done.(wanted to get other bids) the contractor was located almost 2 hours from my property and perhaps had to factor in driving time etc. Seemed honest and knowledgeable.

Cleaned gutters as advertised in the "Big Deal" - prompt and professional. Inspected roof and made recommendations for maintanence. This company does not specialize in slate, so they did not do the repairs. Their honesty is appreciated.

Everything went very well. Easy to set up an appointment for the repair. The roofer arrived on time, was very professional and did a good job. Very pleased with the service.

They were very professional and generally punctual. The same person that did the estimate also performed the repairs which is comforting so nothing gets lost from the inspector to the repairman.

We were satisfied with the work. We’ll maybe use them again this coming fall once the leaves start falling.

Purchased the gutter cleaning online. Booked the appointment. Gutters were cleaned. Estimate and photos were provided for pressing issues with needed roof repairs. Booked the roof repairs. Roof repairs were made. An additional estimate was provided for roof replacement, roof vent, and attic insulation.

Tim was very proficient at his job. I explained to him exactly what I wanted and he wrote up a quote very promptly. They are definitely in the top 5 of the companies I am researching right now. And if all goes well, I may have them do my roof when it's time.

They did a great job.I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days and they showed up perfectly on time .They recommended some minor roof repairs that they did on the spot. I will us them again and I highly recommend them!!!

The salesman was professional. He was somewhat knowledgeable, but lacked a little bit of experience. However, I was impressed with his company. The only catch was that I was also impressed with another company. However, I would seriously consider Roof Right to do other projects around my house.

Roof Right was one of the three companies I contacted about replacing the roof on my home. My existing roof was 26 years old, and I was having trouble with water leaking around the chimney. Jason came to my home to make an assessment. After making a thorough evaluation, he sent me a very fair bid on the job. Daniel and his crew completed the job in one day and did a thorough clean up afterwards. Bottom line: I was very impressed with Roof Right and their very professional staff.

They were very responsive - they actually reached out to me after I bought the Big Deal. They showed up on time on the day of, and were very professional. They also helped me by pointing out few other things that I needed, including tightening my gutters and caulking/sealing around a window, and nailing down some loose siding. They also replaced two additional vents/pipe collars on the roof, one for the kitchen and the other for the furnace. Very pleased and would highly recommend!

We had minor leaks in the upstairs ceilings in two rooms and a hallway. Roof Right did initial inspection for $59 (Angie's List) and then we had to wait about 6 weeks before they could do the repairs - they showed us pictures taken during the inpection of what had to be done. They came when they said they would and did the work; were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves - since I know nothing about roofs, and was not about to traipse up to the roof, the only way I can tell that the work was done is that the leaks have now stopped and we have developed no new leaks since then - 8 months later, despite the big storms we've had of late. The only issue we had was that during the next heavy rain a few days after the work was completed, the upstairs hallway leak was still a significant issue. I called Roof Right, and they had somebody out within 3 days to fix an area of the ridge vent that had not been properly sealed the first time - this resolved the last remaining leak. I do think they are pricy and they did not give me credit for the inspection, but I'm glad that the repairs did the trick!

Tech was courteous and professional. When he finished he advised that he did an inspection of my roof and offered me a discounted price to do the repairs at that time. I felt it was a little expensive without having the benefit of other estimates but I was comfortable that the work was necessary. I would recommend.

Odi did an excellent job cleaning the gutters of our 2 story colonial. He reworked the gutter covers so that the most hard to reach part was fully covered. Removing and reinstalling the covers was extra charge which was spelled out in advance. The gutters now actually work rather than just watching sheets of water pour off the back of the house. Highly recommended.
