We have used Roof Right a number of times, with the most recent time involving repair and shingle replacement on our detached garage. Before that, they replaced the roof on our home. They always do an excellent job! We have also recommended them to clients who need roofing services and all were happy with their work.

Totally positive experience with company. There was a necessary extra charge due to difficult access (trees) which equalled the discount, so I wound up paying the standard price for the job -- same as other estimate. They also checked out the condition of my gutters and rain spouts without being asked to, and left an excellent impression of professionalism. I would definitely recommend them.

We had called Roof Right based on Angies List reviews to address water getting behind our gutters on a portion of the roof approximately 30' from the ground. The workers were prompt for their appointment for an estimate. They examined the roof, took pictures, and described the various issues they encountered while reviewing the photographs. Their estimate was higher than some other companies, but we went with Roof Right due to reviews and our comfort level during the estimate. The workers were on time for the job, worked from morning through afternoon, and completed the job professionally. We've experienced no further issues with the gutters. They were polite and left the work site clean and debris-free.

It took a while for them to come out because of Hurricane Sandy, but that was fine. They came out and got the work done quickly. They did a good job.

On another home that I had owned, the little roof over the back porch was leaking and I asked Roof Right to take a look at it and tell me what they thought. I was very impressed with their entire process, received the estimate and made an appointment for them to come and do the work. They showed up on time, were very professional and did an excellent job. After they were done they cleaned up and discussed what was done. The next day I had to call them back because of an issue I was concerned with. They came out that afternoon and made the adjustment and checked to make sure there were no other problems that could pop up. More than satisified with the person who did the work, he was very nice and professional and did an outstanding job. Would recommend this company to others. They are prompt, committed to solving issues and the price was very good.

They did an excellent job, the estimate was spot on, I received a discount for being a veteran, and I couldn't have been happier with their punctuality and professionalism. They were two very personable men with a great work ethic. In addition to the gutters, they took some pictures of my roof where it meets with a flat rubber roof covering our three story addition. The photos revealed a number of shingles were broken and the quick repair they did for me at no charge. I was very impressed with this, since we both knew this wasn't going to land them a roofing job today or anytime in the next 3 or 4 years. When it is time to get the roof done they will be at the top of the list of contenders.

Craig was very prompt and friendly, asking several questions and suggesting alternatives to the specifications we provided to him. Unfortunately, we never heard from him again, and he did not respond to further attempts to contact him. While I respect their right to decide that they do not want to perform the work or submit a proposal, it is unprofessional of them not to inform us.

They were prompt, polite and thourough. Re., the estimated, I found much better deals elsewhere.

They were outstanding. We had to work with them from a long distance and they supplied before and after photos. They were very respectful and helpful with an elderly father in law. They spent a good deal of extra time to accommodate my father-in-law and us. I would highly recommend them.

Roof Right was courteous in their dealings with us. They protected our shrubs from falling shingles. They cleaned up the area.

They did an amazing job, they worked with me on what I wanted done. they were very patient and professional. They were always on time and clean. They did everything I asked of them and much more. I was so impressed with their service and I HIGHLY recommend them to others!

The estimator was punctual, cordial and professional. The crew came on the day appointed and replaced the slates as requested and as described.After the work was performed the company called me to ask whether I was pleased, which was a very nice touch. The work took care of the roof problems I had.

I called Roof Right to replace two leaking boots around drain vent pipes. I had recently replaced some plumbing, including the vent pipes, myself. I needed the repairs done right away, but they could only schedule my job several weeks out. However, they managed to make the repairs I needed, in addition to re-attaching sever drooping gutters, within a few days of calling.

Purchased their deal of 59.00 for 17 point roof inspection. Spoke with someone at company to get them to come out and check our roof they indicated it would cost 125.00 for inspection which is interesting because their page states they give free estimates. I was informed that if I know what the problem is they check it out and give free estimate, but if I was not sure what my problem is I would have to pay for them to inspect. Secondly, they could not get to us until 12/17/12 or sometime in that range to even inspect, I stated it was too long of a wait, they informed me I could get a refund of the deal I purchased. So that's what I did.

They were informative and helpful. They did a great job.

From the first visit of the company representative who gave me the estimate to his final visit to check the job, he was clear and open. I did call to ask about the 5% discount offered by Angie's list, and although he had not known about that, he checked and got back to me very quickly to say that I was correct. He warned me in both speech and writing that extra plywood might be needed, at extra expense, and he explained why that decision could not be made before the old shingles were stripped. The workers were extraordinarily efficient, finishing the job in one day. I was left feeling that I had made a wise investment and received excellent treatment (and with tropical storm Sandy due just a few weeks later, that feeling was intensified).

After a major storm, we had a roof leak. I called the roofing we had used a few years before, and they weren't making appointments - too busy. I found Roof Rite on Angie's list. Someone came to the house within a couple of days, found the problem, and fixed it. I was extremely pleased.

Not sure how to answer this. I will call Tim one more time and then will have to check Angie's List for another roofer.

Did a great job on the flashing. Thought the pricing was a bit on the higher side but work quality was great and the workers were very helpful.

If it were possible to give this company a grade higher than an A I would have done so. First, responsiveness. After seeing the storm damage on Tuesday, October 30 (when the storm was still affecting the area and when I still had no power) I called the company based on Angie's List reviews. Jeff answered the call and took down my info, promising to call me back later that afternoon to schedule an estimate. It took him about four hours to call back (reasonable given the volume of calls he must have received) and was able to schedule me for an estimate the next day, sending me an emailed confirmation. The next day I met with the estimator, Odi. He was througouhly professional and courtesy, walking the entire roof and going into the attic in search of the source of the leak. He took pictures and showed me all of the various issues (most were as a result of sloppy work from the builder) and gave me a written estimate. I asked to be put on their calendar for the fix; next available timeslot was November 27th. I took it and asked to be contacted if they had an earlier opening. The next day I received a call letting me know that they could do the work the following day, Friday, November 2nd. That morning, I took a closer look at the emailed version of the estimate and noticed that the request to re-nail all of the flashing (not just the part that had blown off) was not specifically listed. I emailed the company back about this question and got a call back from Odi. He noted that he would add it to the estimate (I guess I hadn't been clear enough that I wanted it down at the time of the repair) and would not charge anything extra. On Friday, November 2nd the repairman came and spent what looked to be about six hours working to fix the entire list of problems from the estimate. I received a second call from Odi letting me know that, after he had spoken to the repairman himself, he asked that the repairman return to my house to add some addition sealing to one of the vent stacks. This man drove up to my house just as I was returning from work so I had a chance to meet him-again, extremely courteous. He spent another 45 minutes or so on the roof, taking pictures of the work that he had done. So, I noticed the problem from Sandy on Tuesday, and by Friday afternoon the problem was corrected completely to my satisfaction. A wonderful, almost amazing experience given the scope of the storm.

The repairmen arrived on time & finished the job quickly. They even came back the next day & gave us a free estimate for whenever we're ready to replace the roof.

I called for an estimate and was contacted the next day by Jason (a very nice young man). He arrived at least 10 minutes early for our appointment. He did a very thorough inspection - went on the roof, into the attic and looked at the roof from a distance. He prepared an estimate on the spot, sat down with me and explained the whole process and showed me samples of the products they would be using. The price was comparable to my other estimates, so I decided to sign the contract that day.He took a deposit and told me they would contact me to schedule the job. The schedule date was 17 days later, which turned out to be two days before Hurricane Sandy arrived ( a very good time to have a new roof!) The crew arrived at daybreak and got right to work. They were friendly and courteous.The whole job took about 5 hours and when they left, there was no evidence that they had been there (except on the roof!) Great clean up and great all around experience. I highly recommend these people. They have restored my opinion of contractors.Thanks, Roof Right team!!

a good job, and now that my parents no longer have the covers i would happliy hire them again...
