Couldn't ask for more! Everything about this company is professional. I was contacted immediately after I sent my email through Angie's List. I received a brochure about the company complete with their liability insurance documentation. Jason was personable, honest, and informative as we went through the inspection and estimate process. A week later I had beautiful new roof and the day after that the gutters and drain pipes were up. The workers showed up on time, ]did a great job and cleaned everything up afterwards. They even ran a large magnet over the yard and driveway to pickup nails and small metal debris. I am thrilled with the work that was done and the courtesy I was shown by all involved!

Roof Right was exceptional. From the first call to discuss an estimate, they impressed me. The estimator asked if we had pets - we do. He said pets can be startled from the roof installation hammering and offered to pay for boarding if desired. I scheduled an appointment and within a couple days received some company information in the mail. Jason was our estimator and he performed a thorough inspection on the roof and in the attic below the roof. I was given options and shown samples of the materials they would use. We received three estimates for the work. Roof Right was not the lowest price we received but we selected them to perform the work. We felt that Jason was an expert that would guide us through the process of selecting products to best meet our needs and properly install the roof and slider. The installation went well and the job foreman checked in with me Mid-day to say all was going well with the installation. Jason, our Sales Representative even returned a couple of weeks later to take pictures of the kick-out flashing they installed after a home inspector reported he did not see it. If a low price is most important, you can probably find a lower price - we did find a slightly lower price. If a quality customer experience is important to you - select this company. We are glad we did and would surely use them again. Rich

Excellent. Tim S. inspected roof leak and at my request also checked condition of roof and attic for estimate of cost of new roof in addition to fabricating new roof of gazebo. Estimate was emailed to me within 2 days. Installation of roof went well with workers coming in early and leaving early evening. I was really impressed how hard working they all were, and how much thought and attention they put into their work particularly in putting the skylights and constructing the new roof on the gazebo. The project manager Giovanni personally attended to my concerns by measuring the gutters so I could purchase new gutter covers in place of the old ones that they had removed. The foreman really went out of his way on the last day by going over our yard for nails and debris after several workers had already done prior to him. I received a thank you card from Tim S.

It was great. They provided great customer service.

Fine although I felt alittle uncomfortable about the additional $150 charge for replacing 7 roof shingles.

This is the second or third time I've used Roof Right for small repairs. Everything went smoothly.

They arrived on time, were very professional, the price was reasonable, and they did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again.

Great work, I was very pleased. The gutters were our main issue, we spoke with Jason and he recommended his opinion about which gutters to choose. We love them, they look so much better than our old gutters. The work was done during the day while we were at work and when we came home everything was clean and beautiful! They were more expensive than other people around but their gutters are a really high quality and the installation job was beautiful. I don't mind paying more for quality labor/materials.

Wonderful! The roof right team was prompt to return my call. They answered all my questions. They were completely transparent with their pricing.

Everyone was nice and friendly. The roof looks great. One thing is the attic was coated with asphalt and shingles. They did tell us this would occur and they were not responsible but we were not prepared. It was a mess but you live and learn. Overall I was very satisfied with the work they did.

High pressure to sell us other things. In one week the shingles blew off. What a waste of money and time.

It went well. I didn't have any problem with his salesmanship or his professionalism. Just one person came out to do the service, and it took less than an hour. They assessed the problem, investigated the surrounding needs, and completed it on a timely basis.

The workers showed up on time and were friendly and professional. I was called to make sure that the work was being done appointments were confirmed.

It was great Odi on a Wednesday came examined the roof first recommended the vent collars as well as repair of the blown off shingles. The guys came the following Monday did a thorough job. I was very happy I took advantage of the Angie's list offer. The team was great. the cost was $139 for the shingles and $475 for the vent collars; totaling $614

They responded on time and answered all my questions. It was too expensive. They had been there on time. I would use them if they gave a good price compared to the competitor.

I submitted an online request for an estimate. I never got any response from this company.

It went great. I started getting estimates in August, and Roof Right worked with me and waited patiently while I received permission from my HOA to change the shingle type. In total it was about a month from when I first got my estimate and they performed the service, but that was because my HOA was the hold up. Once I signed the contract with Roof Right they said the would be able to replace my roof within two weeks. Up to this point Roof Right had been perfect and were very impressive. Once I signed the contract their communication skills diminished a little bit, but they were still very responsive. Rain was forecasted for the day they were supposed to complete the work and I had to called them the day before to see if they were going to come out or if they were going to reschedule it for the following week. I would have liked it if they had called me and opened that line of communication but that was very minor and was my only complaint through the entire process. On the day of the install the crew showed up around 7:30 in the morning and got right to work. They laid tarps in my yard to protect the ground and to assist in the clean up. They did a great job with the clean up, I think in total I have found 2 or 3 nails/staples but other than that they cleaned everything up. I have a townhouse and they were able to complete the entire job including the installation of baffles in the attic in one day. Overall a great experience and I have already recommended them to several friends and family members.

The roof job went well and we believe that the job was done in a professional and quality way. The deck job was not completed to our entire satisfaction, but they came back and redid the job we had requested. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the work and even climbed up onto the roof both before and after the job to inspect and show us pictures. He made us feel secure that the roofing job would be properly done and we believe that it was.

Good. He also conduct a inspection of roof and took pictures of spots that would need address to prevent future problems.

Very fast service but at a cost that was much higher than anticipated.

I am disappointed to write that Roof Right did not have any interest in helping me. Their attitude was that my roof needs to be replaced and therefore, they won't even help me try to resolve my problem in the short term. Honestly, my roof has had very limited problems, and to suggest that I to incur the high expense of replacing my roof before its it really necessary is not good customer service.
