It went really well. the sales manager came out and met with me- went over everything that they were planning to do- gave me an estimate- once we agreed, they came out and put in the roof. workmen were pleasant and kept a clean workspace. in 2012 they came out and performed a warranty check. they called and scheduled it came out and made some minor repairs. After hurrcane sandy, i had some leakage in my sunroom. I was not sure if it was a roof issue. They came out on the day scheduled went through the entire area and was able to show me where the water was coming in- not through the roof. After he was done, he went up on the roof, since he was out, he thought that he would see if there were any issues. He then made some minor adjustments. I have been very happy with everything about the company

I purchased an Angie's deal to have my roof inspected for $59.00. The technician came to my home to perform the roof inspection. He was punctual & professional. He got right to work. He did a thorough job. He took pictures of all the roofing issues and explained what was going on. He told me what needed to be done to solve the problems. I currently have an estimate of the work that needs to be done and am in the process of scheduling the job. I'll report back after completion.

Roof Right arrived on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up completely when they were done. The workmanship was first class, and their estimator kept us informed before, during, and after the job. I have dealt with four other local roofing companies for other properties we own, and Roof Right is at the top of my list. They are really outstanding in terms of their workmanship and the quality of their materials. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Roof Right handled my roofing repair issues professionally and punctually. I would use them again. It's hard to find reasonalble rates for slate roof repair and they did a good job.

Based upon their high reviews on Angie's List I enlisted these guys to go to my house (a rental) in Canton, Baltimore, to check the roof. Someone from RoofRight went to my house and did the inspection. The problems started there. They never filed a report. When my tenant asked about 3 weeks later, I checked with RR and was told that there was no report filed by the "technician" and that they'd have to ask him about his findings. Fast forward 2 weeks and again, my tenant asks the status, I again contacted RR to be told that they were working on it and would have the technician contact me. Finally, in late December, I sent an email via A"s List and told them I'd have to leave a less than favorable review if they did not get in touch with me. Someone did get in touch with me only to tell me that "corporate" had made a decision to stop doing flat roofs (so apparently, they are no longer working in Baltimore which has ALL flat roofs). I understand that it takes a more highly skilled roofer to do a flat roof. I thought, based upon the reivews, that was what RR was. I was, obviously, wrong. So, if you live in Baltimore or elsewhere with a flat roof, you need to look elsewhere for service. Also, if you have a pitched roof, I'd look elsewhere because these guys are basically admitting that they can't do the more difficult roofs. UPDATE***** My roof in fact did NOT need to be replaced. All it needed was to be covered in an acrylic "rubberized" product. I got the whole thing done for less than $1000 and, nearly 3 years later, no leaks. This is really a warning to those with water issues, roofers are basically ALL untrustworthy. They rely on the fact that you can't get up there and see things for yourself. Do the research and find a trustworthy one and stick with him/her. It will save you in the long run.

I felt very comfortable with Roof Right. Miguel answered all of my questions and went out of his way to match the tile color for me. I felt very comfortable with his roofing knowledge and ability. All of the gentlemen I spoke to on the phone were equally helpful and polite. I would have given them an A but I had a couple of administrative issues. Because they were so busy after the storm, I had to wait a little over a month for an appointment. They called when they saw that I had purchased their Angie's List deal to schedule with me. I explained that I had set up an appointment over a month earlier and that they were coming out the next week. They didn't have me on the schedule. I was worried about another long wait, but they were able to come out the same day due to a cancellation so they made good on the appointment. The other issue was that I had to call and request an estimate on some additional work because they forgot to send it to me. Overall, the administrative issues were inconvenient, but they corrected them in a timely manner, and they did a good job on the actual work. I would use them again.

They did a great job. They were very professional and prompt and had very good follow up to make sure that the job was done to our satisfaction.

Called Roof Right and made an appointment. My first contact was via the internet-Angies list. The appointment was early and the contractor showed up ready to work...love that. He inspected the roof and gave me a written repair proposal/agreement. I presented a $50 discounted coupon and it was accepted. I accepted the agreement, and he began the repair on my roof. The contractor was very professional. Hopefully since the roof has been repaired, there won't be any more water on my ceiling.

My husband was emphatic and he wanted to use them no matter what. I thought they were expensive. Overall, the experience was good. I had real problems with them because they kept rescheduling us and they kept putting everybody ahead of us. They would schedule us and then we had a lot of bad rains and everything. Instead of keeping us on schedule and the people would have postponed, they kept bumping us back and putting people ahead of us. I didn't think it was fair.

I would recommend Roof Right for roof replacement, but I would be careful when evaluating their roof inspection estimates. I received two competitive estimates for the roof replacement, and I saved about 15% with Roof Right

The estimate was complete and comprehensive. My husband and I felt no pressure to have everything estimated done. The representative Joe was very nice, polite and answered all of our questions and explained all of our options. After the work was done there was not a need to replace the plywood as originally estimated and the company gladly processed a credit back for the materials in the estimate that were not used. Very nice experience. Hope I can afford all of what they suggested to get done to have my roof and gutters in tip top shape one day. Until then I feel my house is protected as far as the roof is concerned.

I used them because of an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased to have them clean my gutters. They came a day ahead of the time we had arranged. Fortunately, I was home because we had gutter guards on the gutters which they ended up removing and not replacing because it would have cost me more money. The only complaint I have is that they definitely use the Big Deal as an opportunity to try to upsell you into other repairs and services for your roof and gutters. Other than that they did a fine job.

The final ending remains to be seen.

They were honest that they had a backlog of work due to a recent storm. They estimated about three weeks before they could start the work. They were exactly on time and completed the work promptly. I would gladly recommend their services and would use their services again.

Our gutters where clogged with leaves and pine needles. Roof Right were very professional to deal with on the phone, came out promptly and cleaned the gutters. They advised the gutters were in good shape.

Representative climbed onto of roof and spent about 25 minutes examining the roof shingles, caulking and seals. He was professional and easy to talk with. He prepared a detailed report of what he observed. I think his analysis was correct, but did not hire as I thought his proposed price was a little to high. I would engage them in the future for roof work and try to negotiate a better price.

I was completly satisfied with RoofRight from the initial meeting with their representative to the end of the job.

Jeff was professional in the manner he handled my phone inquiry and was more than helpful in scheduling my service date/time. Tim arrived at the time requested, was friendly and professional as well. The gutter cleaning was performed quickly and efficiently. I would definately use this company in the future. Thanks sooooo much!

I had someone come to give an estimate on roof repair. He was suppose to be at my place between 7-8am, but did not arrive until 8:30. I had to leave for work at that time and he was able to look at the roof when I was gone. I asked him to email me the estimate, but never heard back from him even after calling multiple times.
