Arrived without proper equipment to complete the project, asked for additional work, which was priced and agreed to but was unable to get a schedule. Gutter cleaning did not get completed either.

This company was very fast, and incredibly nice. I spoke the the owner (or was it the manager?) - either way, he was very responsive and kind, despite the fact that he was dealing with damage to his own home from the storm. They made temporary repairs on the day of the estimate - then came out timely to complete the full repair. They also took pictures of the damage to my neighbors roof while they were up there and I was able to email them to her (it's a rental) so she could have her roof repaired too. While I realize that this is a form of marketing, it made me very happy because I live in a townhouse, so her leak could end up being my leak.

It was a pretty extensive and an expensive job. They were good. They did what we asked them to do. They communicated really well with my husband. They pretty much cleaned up after themselves and I don’t think there is any roofing job where you don’t find nails and stuff but we went around and found few of those. They were reasonable and it was a big job.

They guy came out and whined and complained, and said the drains were in wrong and that he didn’t want to do the job.

He tried to upsell before even looking at my roof. He did not respond after I called twice to follow up on how my roof looked after the repairs they performed.

Contacted Roof Right to schedule appointment for an estimate on shingle repairs and vent pipe sealing. Company dispatched repair specialist to my home within a couple of hours. Estimate received seemed fair, I agreed to service, and company scheduled worked to be done same day. A two man crew arrived within another few hours and completed work by end of day. Very professional and seemingly honest workers. I was very pleased with response time, process, and service.

I'm really pleased with them. They were here when they said they would be. They worked continuously for most of the morning & explained really well to me what they were doing. They were very responsive - I liked them a lot.

After noticing a stain form on the ceiling of a second floor bedroom, I went into the attic during a rain storm and located where the water was getting in and placed drip pans to prevent further damage. It seemed that the leaks were at or near the ridge vent, and also the furnace flue penetrations. I also suspected a leak into the wall where the morning room roof meets the kitchen wall. Based on Angie's List recommendations, I purchased a 17 point roof inspection from Roof Right for $59. They came and I took them into the attic to point out the leaks, they took pictures there and outside on the roof. They gave me an estimate for minor repairs that included "Tighten and seal wall flashing as needed. Tighten and seal ridge vent as needed. Seal B-Vents. Fix wall flashing at gutter line on back room. Install new pipe gaskets (2). Fix nail pop on back room." This cost of this was an additional $500. I was supposed to get before and after pictures too. The soonest we could get this scheduled was while we were away on vacation. When we returned, I could easily see the MR gutter line fix from a small ladder, so I presumed everything had been fixed. I'd left the drip pans in the attic and proceeded not to worry about it until September, when I went back into the attic to begin re-insulating (I?d waited for the leak to be ?fixed?) and saw water in the pans. At great peril to myself, I went out on the roof (2 story with 45 degree pitch) and could not find sealant on many of the ridge vent nails which was one of the original suspected areas for the leaks. I contacted the company and was told " I should have contacted them immediately upon noticing the leak....." and "repairs are not covered under warranty". I did contact them when I noticed the leak was not fixed. Yet they were certainly glad to come out and give me another estimate to replace the ridge vent....that was scheduled for a month later. At that time, the technician went back into the attic and I again pointed out that you could see daylight thru holes in the ridge vent. He did give me an estimate for another $1550 to replace the ridge vent and promised to come back "on his own" to fix those leaks. Really? These are <$30 each?.I need to retire and go into the roofing business and no one ever came back to fix the leaks. Bottom line: this is ridiculous in that here it is over 8 months later and my roof still leaks, and they won't entertain fixing it again, unless I spend a lot more money. How?s that for ?customer service?? As far as I?m concerned, this was their audition for getting the job to replace my roof when it comes to that (it is almost 15 years old), but they will not get that contract.. Nor have they followed up after my original complaint..... If you use them, I hope your experience is better than mine......

Highly recommended; we are very happy with their work. We got 5 estimates and Roof Rite was the best price. Rick was very helpful explaining our options and he always got back to us quickly with answers to our questions. The shingles were delivered when scheduled and after a 2 day delay due to rain, installation took place in one day as promised. Rick was onsite to supervise and let us know how things were progressing. They ran into some rotted boards and replaced them. The friendly crew did a great job. As far as clean up, we have not found ONE nail or ONE piece of shingle. They did the best clean up job ever! We don?t want to replace a roof again ever, but if we do we?ll use Roof Rite. Their clean up was immaculate.

My experience was great and I liked everything about them. They showed up a little bit early and apologized for not calling first. They introduced themselves. They did the work that they were supposed to do. They checked my skylights, called me at the office, and explained things to me. If my wife had not been here when they started, I would not have known they had been here, they left it that clean. The gutters looked almost brand new. They were super professional. The price was good; they had a coupon.

They were running late and had to come the next day.

We had to have our 87 year old copper gutters replaced. We had 6 companies look at it and give us estimates. RoofRight was not only the cheapest, but they also were the most professional of them when doing the estimate. Several companies didn't bother taking a ladder to get up to the old gutters to see what shape they are in. But Odi from RoofRight not only checked the gutters all around but also the roof. He made photos of all the issues we had with gutters, missing/broken slates, loose pieces of wood, you name it. He even gave me a count of slates that needed fixing. Initially he offered doing K-style gutters, which is way cheaper than half-rounds, but after consulting with their gutter subcontractor In & Out Seamless Gutters, he said that, with our fancy crown moldings, we'd run into problems down the road, so he suggested doing half-rounds after all while using the old, operable shanks. At the end he included fixing the roof and doing the chimney in the total and even deducted 5%, so his price for way more services was lower than everybody else's. They did the job well (as far as we can tell a few days later), and in time, in spite of bad weather conditions. Update, 5 months after installation: One of the newly installed gutters wasn't draining, as it had a slope away from the downspout. Roof Right had a chap come out and fix it at no charge. Thanks!

Jeff was extremely reponsive via email. Got a message from him just a day or two after purchasing the big deal (actually noted the wrong phone number, and Jeff was on top of it letting me know that he tried to reach out). I was able to schedule the visit as well as get a deal on getting the pipe gaskets replaced. The repair/service was done as indicated. No issues. When we start to look at getting the entire roof replaced, Roof Right will definitely be considered.

The specialist, Tim, was here on time and explained the repairs very well. I am happy with his work. He was very friendly and did excellent job. I will contact him again if I need other services.

Contractor called and asked if he could come ahead of schedule. He was professional, courteous and performed the repair quickly and efficiently. Well worth the price due to the location of the repair being at one of the highest points of the roof. Job well done.

Ecellent service. Had me send a picture of my shingles so they could bring matching shingles out if I wnted the work completed. The roofer dia great job, on-time and for a reasonable price. I had roof work done a couple of years go (from another vendor) and this wa 180 degrees from that experience. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service, showed up on time, climbed on the roof, took pictures of what needed to be fixed (plastic pieces that fit around vents) and explained the service to me.

Roof Right did a thorough inspection of the roof before providing the estimate. My roof has a chimney next to a valley that has given me repeated trouble over the 17 years we have owned our home. After looking at the roof, they recomended that I have a mason check the chimney before proceeding to insure that it was not a souce of leakage. They did not give me an estimate on the spot, but instead thought carefully about the best solution and then provided the estimate. Communication was good throughout from the scheduling of the delivery of the materials, to the scheduling of the work, to the completion of the work. The work was done over three days, and cleanup each day was excellent. At the completion of the job, I was shown photos of the work, and was very impressed with the special care taken to seal the area around the chimney as well as the flashing on the chimney itself. I am confident that the roof will solve the recurring problems we have had with the roof.

It went well, the roof was inspected and trouble spots and recommended fixes were written up complete with prices for each trouble spots.

The service was fantastic. We received 3 quotes total from various companies. Roof Right was the only company of the 3 to actually bring a ladder and look at the gutters closely, giving us a detailed description of what needed done. We drug our feet for quite a while before finally approving the quote and work but, once we contacted Roof Right, they had no problem with the delay and were able to schedule our installation the following week. The work was done quickly, all in one day, and cleaned up the area nicely. We had an issue after the fact with one of the gutters sliding and they came to fix the issue promptly and at no additional cost. As a result of their great work, we've asked them to provide other quotes on various projects. We're currently dragging our feet on those, as well, but will definitely use Roof Right once we're ready to spend the money.

Roof Right was the third contractor that we called concerning a replacement for our roof. The service technician, Doug Mott, came out to our home and he was the only representative that actually went up on our roof to inspect it. The other two companies had what I believed to be salesmen come to our home and try to 'scare' us into signing a contract with them after offering us a grossly overpriced contract (more than double what we paid Roof Right) with an on the spot %25 discount that we had to act on immediately. We were able to get the same materials offered by these contractors from Roof Right. The job was completed in one day as promised and it appears to have been done is a satisfactory manner. We have experienced several storms since the job was completed and I have been up in the attic and I have not noticed any leakage. The only thing I could not verify was if any nails had been collected with a magnetic roller but I have not observed any nails on the lawn. I have already recommended Roof RIght to one of my neighbors and would have no issue recommending them to others. Whether or not you choose not to go with Roof Right your first question to any contractor representative should be are you a roofer or a salesman. Be careful if the representative offers you an on the spot 25% discount.

The home inspector and several contractors agreed that the attic ventilation in the home was inadequate. The home inspector and I preferred a passive system but several bidders wanted to install additional power vents because the home has a ridge pole. Roof right provided by active (solar powered vents) and passive (snow country ridge vent). The price was a push and we decided on the passive system. Roof Right completed the work in a timely manner, cleaned up and went on their way. The difference in the humidity level in the attic is unbelievable. A good job, at a fair price, done right the first time
