They came out to fix a leak around an exhaust fan. The service rep was very professional. He fixed the leak and identified other potential leak. Overall cost was good. They came back out (at no charge) several months later when I thought that the fan was leaking again - it turned out that I was wrong, but the company was great to follow-up with me.

Roof Right came to my residence initially on 4/15 at the designated time to perform the inspection. Odi was very professional and explain in detail what the inspection actually consist of. He immediately was able to point out a couple of areas that would need to be address mainly due to short cuts and/or oversights of the company who originally did the job. He was unable to complete the inspection that same day because the latters he had on hand were a few feet too short to reach the top of the roof but Odi ensured me that someone will be back to complete the inspection as soon as possible. The next day Tim came out and was able to complete the inspection. Again, both specialist were courteous and professional. I do have intentions of having this company correct the deficiency that were identified during the inspection.

It went very smoothly and I will use them again in the future.

The technician was on time and upon inspection found several problems.He used photographs of the roof to explain what needed to be done. In his opinion the roof still had about 2 more years before needing to be replaced. He offered to give an estimate for replacement, but I declined. He returned the next day to complete the repairs. Six months have passed since this work was done, and no additional leaks have been detected.

I had to leave to go to the hospital because of a heart attack. My wife and son told me they were very thorough and quick!

Had alot of damage from Hurricane Sandy on my roof and siding. They were obviously very busy and I was scheduled nearly a month out but that is usually a good sign. The guy who they sent out was great and very knowledgable about older houses and what needed to be done. He took a ton of pictures and sent them to me to explain every detail of his estimate. The estimate was easy to read and gave multiple options, repair and replace. Overall a great company to deal with....

They showed up on time, very professional, I would highly recommend them.

We contacted Roof Right to bid our roof/gutter replacement. Joe Bowers of Roof Right came out to measure the roof, inspect for damage, and discuss several problem areas. After meeting with us, Joe prepared a very detailed written statement of work with his quote. Out of the 9 contractors we interviewed (6 roofers and 3 gutter specialists), the Roof Right proposal was by far the most detailed and professional. They offered an excellent warranty that included periodic re-inspections of the roof. Unfortunately, their quote was the highest of all and they didn't offer the kind of gutter covers that I was looking for. (When I asked, they said they could install the product that I wanted, but they didn't have workman specifically trained in that product). However, the entire process was very satisfactory, and I would not hesitate to call them again for future work.

They did a great job. They were punctual, and competitively priced. My only gripe is they said they would provide an estimate for possible work on my chimney and I never heard back from them. They said they provided me an estimate last year and I don't recall seeing one. The quality of the work was good though, just the follow up on the service needs to improve5

Great! They arrived on time, came in on budget, completed the job on time and cleaned up after themselves.

They called and left me a message on Tuesday. When I called them back, they stated that they were busy and would call me back. I never heard anything so I called them this morning. When I spoke with them this morning, I told them that I had covers on my gutters. When they learned of the covers, they said that they couldn’t do the work.

It went very well. Although this was a very small job, it has been my experience they are more difficult to find a quality provider than for larger jobs. I was most impressed with their communication. It rained the day they were originally scheduled to do the work. I received a call that morning explaining why they wouldn't be doing the work that day and provided a new date. THey showed promptly on that day and quickly did the repairs.

We had a persistent leak around our pipe collars that was causing a drip into our ductwork. Tim came out and did a thorough review of our roof. He replaced our pipe collars, sealed the surrounding area, and even replaced shingles all over the roof. The service was quick and professionally done, and Tim explained everything that needed to be done clearly. We'll gladly use them again!

Because this was described as an inspection, I expected to receive an inspection report for the $60 I paid. The company promised one after I requested it, but I received nothing. Even a couple of photos attached to an email would have been helpful. Instead they quoted me a repair estimate based on what they saw. So essentially I paid $60 for an estimate. The estimate was a bit high compared to the competition, but based on other reviews it sounds like they do good work. However, I did not choose to have the work performed by Roof Right due to the unfulfilled promise of the inspection report. I feel slightly taken advantage of. For anyone else considering this, I would recommend you ask the company how a $60 roof inspection differs from a free repair estimate.

We got a prompt estimate. They left samples. We selected shingles. They came and went in a day. Entire experience was prompt, professional and hassle-free.

My front porch and den roof suffered water damage due to my neighbor's neglect of a 25+ year-old roof. They must be a very busy company. I had to call the office back twice in order to get a response to set up an estimate date.Perhaps this is also why their estimate was fairly expensive compared to others I received. I would consider using them in the future based on their high ratings. I wonder if the price would be more competitive if I lived locally?

Called quite a few roofers to get an estimate on fixing some damage done from Hurricane Sandy. After the storm, we saw bad water stains on the ceiling of one of our upstairs bedrooms. The other roofers we called were either totally booked for months and unable to make room in their schedules to do an estimate for us, or would only do a large job like a reroof, not a small repair. Roof Right squeezed us in between jobs, only a few days after we called them. The gentleman who inspected our roof was very polite, very professional, and very thorough in both the inspection and the information he gave us. He gave us his advice on the overall state of our roof (and some of the issues it has/its lifespan), but he was very sensitive to our desire to quickly fix the problem and not to spend a lot of money right now. He was able to locate the hole that was causing the leak in our bedroom and patch it, and he was also able to patch several other gaps and cracks and secure some loose shingles, enabling us to move forward without a full re-roof for at least another year. Once the gentleman came down from patching the roof, we asked if he could take a look at one other spot we'd forgot to mention and he very obligingly went back up and made sure our concerns were addressed. Excellent experience. Will definitely go with Roof Right for a reroof, if and when we need it, in the future.

Everything went as planned. They showed up when they said they would and performed the job as to the terms of the contract. They were very careful of our plants and did an excellent job of cleaning up. After the job was completed they returned, no questions asked, because one of the gutter downspouts was not where we wanted it and they moved the downspout. A couple of months after the job our storm door was slightly rubbing against the bottom of one of the gutters and once again they returned to adjust the gutter with no charge.

They showed up when expected and did a little more than I expected. They told me my roof was good for the time being, after a few minor repairs. When I need a new roof, they get the job. I have referred the company to neighbors.

I think they were very expensive for what they did. I suppose they cleaned the gutters but they did not clean the downspouts. I had to plug it to my downspouts and had to disconnect the piping to get the stuff out of there. They charged me quite a few hundred dollars to disconnect the downspouts which I had got done for a lot less money.
