I liked the fellow. It was a toss up between him and the one that finally did the work. They both seemed to do a decent job in estimating and telling me pretty much the same thing that I needed up there. He went up on the roof, checked everything out and then came back with the price. I would probably go back to between the two of them. He was there when he said he was going to be there.

He came out promptly and was professional and left us a list of things that needed to be done. We did not have the work done that day. We ended up having other contractors come out to replace the roof.

Showed up on time for all the appointments. They thought it would be a 1, 1 1/2 day job, turned into 2 1/2 (not really a problem, though). I got a little worried at the end of the second day because some areas had not been replaced, but they assured me they would be completed and they were right. Cleaned up most everything, there was some debris they missed that was on the outside railed of our deck enclosure. The only other minor issue was they put their ladders in our flower garden on top of some of the plants. The plants are perennials, so I expect that they will come back next year just fine. After the job it has been a little hard to get responses from them via email, but it is not bad enough to make me call. The roof they installed has a 40 year guarantee, with a full labor warranty for that entire 40 year period, yet their price was the second cheapest of the 4 I got. I would definitely use them again (although I shouldn't have to) and I have already been recommending them to others.

From initial appointment to all my follow up questions, Rick was patient and well versed. The job was completed very close to on time (weather issues) and it looks fabulous. Best warranty around as well.

Rick from Roof Right came out and got the details so an estimate could be done. He asked the right questions and inspected the roof. He provided his analysis of what he thought the problem was. He was very knowledgeable and most of all, honest. Roof Right's estimate was at, or even below, what we expected. I felt comfortable to the point where I cancelled a meeting with another company for a 2nd estimate. We decided to go with Roof Right based on the feedback here and our positive personal interaction with Rick during the initial inspection. Roof Right was punctual with very good communication. It is a very organized business. We waited for 2 months after the install to make sure there were no leaks. Several rainstorms have passed (with no leaks!) and we now feel confident we made the right decision to go with Roof Right. I would encourage everyone to give Roof Right the first crack at their business. There is something to be said about an honest and well run company these days.

I called and set an appointment to come give me an estimate, they showed up on time and immediately diagnosed the problems and wrote me an estimate. They came out within a week and corrected all,the issues for a reasonable price.,I was very satisfied.

Person came and performed all the roof check and it went well. He did not find any thing wrong. It was smooth and good experience.

I scheduled appointment - He checked it and performed repair in timely manner. Price was reasonable.

After moving in to our new house we wanted to get a proper inspection done of the roof and siding to make sure that we did not have any developing problems. We had previously used Roof Right to do some repairs on our previous house and had no complaints. The inspector showed up on time, did a thorough investigation, and reported that everything was in good shape.

Jason Myers came to the house to provide an estimate. He was very thorough in his inspection and explanation of what needed to be done and our options. We had not originally planned on replacing the plywood under the roof, but our house is old and when Jason showed us the damage, we agreed that it needed to be done. Before any work could be done, we first had some chimney work completed. Jason was good about keeping in touch to ensure the roofing project could be scheduled as soon as our chimney work was done. The roofing crew arrived on time and got the work done. The clean-up was very efficient and there was no debris left in our yard. After the work was completed, Jason came back out for a final inspection before we made the final payment. Overall, very thorough and professional.

He did what was advertised.

It went fine. They came out, did the work, gave me an estimate, hired them to do the work and have called them back another time. The price was reasonable.

The insurance adjuster had gotten on the roof and did not mention that some flashing needed replacing but the roofing company did say it needed to be done. I went ahead and let them do it, which increased the price, and only afterward realized that I should have asked them to take some pictures and show me what the problem was. Since I did not get up on the roof myself I really have no way of knowing whether they really needed to do this. Maybe I'm a skeptic and this really did need to be done, but it just gave me pause for thought. I would recommend having them take pictures. That way, at least you can go back to the insurance company if necessary. Other than that, I have had no problems with the roof. They were quick, efficient and go the job done quickly.

I think it was a good deal and it went well. We really only had one, concern which he made a recommendation on. He gave us an estimate for that if its something we want to do.

Odi was a couple hours in arriving at the originally appointed time however he was good about calling to inform that he was running late due to traffic, etc. He replaced the missing shingles and took before and after pictures to show me the work. We also had some issues with the gutters and he provided an estimate for that work plus some other stuff that needed to be addressed on the roof. We have not yet made a decision on the additional work because the cost was a bit higher than anticipated but are trying to work through it. Overall, we are very pleased with the service so far.

I was impressed with the service provided by RoofRight. The worker was efficient, cleaned up, give me a reasonabe bid for additional work, and returned to do it. I know the day will come when our 20+ year old roof will need work, and they will be the first I call.

We contacted Roof Right to get an estimate for roof and siding replacement (as well as three other contractors). Not only did I get a live person when I called (not always easy), but they sent someone out the very same day. The estimate experience was absolutely A+. Craig couldn't have been more professional and helpful. Out of the 4 contractors we had out to give estimates, I can honestly say Roof Right's presentation and thoroughness was the most impressive. Craig didn't miss anything - he noticed things we had never noticed. He was up on the roof and even in the attic (the only one of the four to do that). When Craig had gone over everything and answered our questions and left, my husband and I immediately had agreed if it was within our budget we'd feel really good going with Roof Right. I was surprised when a very thorough and detailed estimate arrived the very next day via email with different options priced out. In the end we did not go with Roof Right, but only because our budget didn't allow. I have every confidence that the work would have been excellent as well as the materials used and would highly encourage them to be included on anyone's list of contractors to interview.

I would highly recommend Roof Right. The salesman, Joe Bowers was very professional and courteous. He even took samples up on the roof so I could see how they would look. The crew arrived promptly and were very efficient. Clean up was excellent. The roof looks beautiful. They even painted an old looking woodstove chimney so it would look good with the new roof. I am so happy that I went with this company. I would recommend them to anyone.

The company and representative, Odi, were great to deal with. I had purchased an Angie's deal back in October for a roof inspection. Odi came out promptly did a really full inspection, including crawling in some tight uncomfortable spots in my attic. I was really impressed with his knowledge about roofing options (things like ridge vents versus attic fans, insulation, etc.). Odi indicated there were a few minor things that should be taken care of before they became major things. He also had a few suggestions about upgrades I could do if interested (like improving insulation material). He also took digital pictures of the trouble spots to show me his concerns. I know my roof is old, but Odi also felt that I could still get another 2 or 3 years before it had to be replaced. I was impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and particularly with the fact that he did not try to push any unnecessary services. Flash forward several months. For a variety of reasons, I kept forgetting to schedule RoofRite for the repair work. When I called them a few weeks ago, they were still able to find Odi's contract and give me the same price on the work. They were able to schedule service within 10 days. Odi arrived with another technician on-time, went over with me what the project would involved, and then got to work. Again, I was really impressed with his knowledge and how he was willing to spend additional time answering any questions I had. Sometimes it's the little touches that make a difference too, like the fact he put on booties before entering the house to do work in the attic or calling my cell-phone a few minutes prior to his arrival. I would absolutely recommend RoofRite to anyone needing roof repair or inspection work done. Big piece of mind about the roof and I feel they provided high quality service. I had to give an N/A for pricing only because I didn't have another service to compare this with, but after checking around with a few other folks that have had related work done, this seemed perfectly reasonable.

Overall I would use Roof Right again and keep them in mind for other jobs in the future.

I was contacted within two days and they came out the following week. Tim was very nice. He said he checked the entire roof and explained that when the builders put up the siding, they did it backwards. In order to clip the siding with the roof already in place, they had to use a jack which is attached to the roof by drilling holes. They are suppose to repair those holes with a sealant. Apparently some got missed (though I don't know why it took 9 years to develop a leak). He gave me a quote to seal the jack holes (there were only two that he saw), and the nail pops, plus he would replace IPS pipe gaskets to vent pipe boots. He says they need to be replaced every 8 to 10 years. Nice to know. He explained that because of the extreme slope of the roof, he would have to use tethers for safety, which adds to the cost. Because they had a job scheduled in my area two days later, they set me up with a 3:00 appointment. I asked if that was going to be enough daylight for Tim to get this all done. The gentleman hesitated, but said he should be able to complete it in one visit. Tim showed up at around 11:00 am. He said he would do mine first because it was on the way to the other home. He did not use tethers. He did not have any special safety equipment. He was dressed in tennis shoes and shorts. He, I assume, went up on the roof and made the repairs and handed me the $450.00 bill to pay...all within 30 MINUTES. Now, I looked up how much gaskets cost today. It's somewhere around 67 cents. The entire flashing and boot (which i didn't need) only costs around $10.00.) I don't know how many vents I have, but the receipt says one. I can't really say that the work was excellent unless I actually go up on the roof and look, which I don't think I'll do, thank you. Tim said that the sealant he used to fix the hole will last 50 years. So bottom line. I thought that the price was unreasonable for 30 minutes worth of work and maybe $10.00 worth of materials. Hopefully the quality is good. I liked Tim, but he needs to be more careful. If I'm paying that much extra for his safety, he should at least work safely. Because he choose to not take the extra time to tether (and thank goodness didn't fall off the roof) and it apparently wasn't as involved as he had anticipated and estimated, I think my bill should have been adjusted. So what did i learn? Get more estimates before hiring someone to make sure you are getting the right price. I just assumed if they are rated so well on Angie's list, I would be taken care of fairly. Not a bad company, just not for small jobs I guess. UPDATE about owners comment: I just saw your comment and feel that I need to explain. Your estimator gave me an estimate based on a stated fact that The worker would need special equipment for this high of a roof, at my expense. I agreed to the price because the estimator said the worker needed a harness and that "special" equipment would be needed for harness. No trees around my house. However, the worker did not show up with anything "special" and did not use the harness. So my point is, why did I pay $450.00 for something he didn't end up needing or using? If it was decided later that he didn't need this "special equipment and harness" he should have adjusted my bill accordingly. That was about $12.00 worth of parts and less than 30 minutes of labor. The rest of the $450.00 estimate was for "special equipment for harness" that was later determined that it was not needed or used. When he showed up and just jumped up onto my roof I assumed that he would naturally adjust my cost. I did ask him about the equipment and harness and he said he wouldn't need it. I got significantly overcharged with no effort by worker or company to correct it. If you don't see the unethical problem in this, shame on you. I'm sorry this is so late, but I just saw your note when I was reviewing another company, who btw was wonderful and fair. I don't normally give bad reviews. However, this was so over the top with no effort to resolve our differences or even understand the problem, I had to rate your company poorly.

After purchasing big deal response was very fast. Work was scheduled and performed quickly. Very happy.

The technician Odi was on time and very professional. Not only he pointed out what the problem was, but also he explained it in the detail with the photographs of the roof. Overall a great company to deal with....
