With all of the crazy storms we had last year, my gutters were in dire need to cleaning. I bought a Big Deal and made an appointment from Roof Right. They came out soon afterwards. They were on time and did a great job and very professional the whole time. I was very pleased with them.

Very professional, showed up on time, did a great job and gave me an estimate of work to be done, if I choose to do it.

The work was performed efficiently and well.

Update: The roofer came back out and patched the patch. He came inside (using "booties" to prevent tar from getting on the floor and rugs) and saw the light coming through the vent. He then when out and applied roofing tar/patch to the area effected. He was courteous and wanted to resolve the issue. Because he came back out and fixed the issue I am raising the scores but still, I should not have had to double check work. --- --- --- --- --- The provider was extremely responsive. He called me to come since he was in the area. We negotiated a time for his and my arrival at the house. Once there, while in the rain, I explained the issue and offered, several times to show him the hole (with sun light showing through) in the attic. He said there was no need because he could take care of it from the roof. Since he knew more about this than I did, I did not say more. The roofer went up on the roof while it was raining and said he saw the problem (and my quick fix) and then added another boot over the old boot which would fix the problem ... The roofer also inspected the roof, took pictures which he later showed me and provided a quote to fix the issues found. He also provided, in the quote, the addition of a solar powered vent fan (he provided literature explaining the fan and options). Later, I went into the attic and found: The same sunlight coming through the same hole which existed earlier. Now will the roofer's fix work? Maybe (thus the "D"), but with the hole and sunlight there, snow possible I don't think so. Needless to say I am not happy and I now have lost faith in the roofer's skill set. I now have to figure out a way to get on roof to see exactly what was done then talk myself into (and take a chance) calling the same roofer again or calling another roofer on Angie's List.

They did an excellent job. They were excellent and everything. They were excellent with the cleanup, job, and prep.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were awesome. They got to it within 24 hours. We originally set up a week later but then they called me back that they can do it that day, right before the storm hit.

They did a great job and I would use again in the future.

We had used this company in the fall on our roof and found out that they recently started doing window service so we gave them a call. They called us back immediately. This work was for my 91 yr old father in law. They owner came out and spent an hour with us. Although my father-in-law did not end up going through with the service I wanted to leave a review because they provided such excellent, professional service. I would absolutely reccomend this company.

The roofing job went excellent. Good cleanup, quality work, good materials, and the process went very smoothly. The insulation process however went a little more roughly.

It went very smooth. They were professional. The clean up was great, they left the area cleaner that what they had found it. They were very easy to deal with. Everything happened on schedule. I would recommend them to anybody.

RoofRight came out to talk with me about the job at a time that was convenient. The representative was knowledgeable and provided a range of options for each repair which allowed me to choose how best to handle the jobs needed within my budget. He was friendly and easy to talk with about the job. Teh repair and installation team just left. They found a way to work around the sporadic showers we have had today and were able to take care of all of the tasks quickly and professionally. I appreciated that they brought a large team to do the work which took what would have been a one to two day project down to a three hour project. I am very satisfied with my interactions and the work that RoofRight completed. I highly recommend them for any roofing work.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was alright. It looks okay but I don't think they did a fabulous job on that. The color they put on for the replacement wasn't exactly the same and he told it was gonna be. It's an alright job, I wouldn't have called back and complain about it. The price was okay. I would euse them again to clean the gutters, but not to do roof repair.

The quality of work was excellent. They had good pricing and they did good work. I was very happy. My overall experience with them was excellent. They were really good and I was very impressed. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The service I got from Roof Right Inc. worked out very well. I liked everything about them. They're very responsive and very professional. It's been so far, so good with the repairs.

It went fine and it was painless. They did quote me for some repairs. They were able to come out the next day. It was fantastic and they were able to fit us in their schedule. I will definitely use them again.

The service turned out pretty good. I thought he was going all the way into the attic but because it was not stable enough. He could not find a good sitting so that is why he did not go all the way up into the attic to check for molds. That was a little disappointing, but he was able to just look from a distance to see if there are any molds under the roof. He got up on the roof and found one shingle that was off. He also noticed that there were three things he said the builder did not do correctly. He showed me some pictures, but I was not quite sure. The estimate he gave me was for over $600. I thought that was pretty high for one shingle off and for those three things that needed to be redone. I thought that was pretty high so I have not done anything since then. The big deal cost was great. I just thought the estimate was pretty high for the other work that they said to be done right away especially for one shingle off. I like the certificate they handed me, the poor, fair, and good, on the scale of one to five. I think they did a pretty good job overall. It is just a little disappointing that he could not go all the way up into the attic. He just shone a flashlight from the access panel door. There is the safety issue so I can understand that. He was not quite sure how the ceiling will hold him up I guess. I did e-mail them later. I had a question for them. They responded right away. They showed up on time I believe, or I think they may have called to say that they were going to be late, but that was okay. At least, they called. I think I would use them in the future. I am still going to get some more estimates. Eventually I would near the end. They are at the top right now because theirs is the only estimate I have so far.

I knew my home needed a roof replacement when I first bought the home, so Rick came out & verified that it was time for a new roof. Although I had estimates from 3 other roofing companies--I picked Roof Right because of the level of professionalism during the initial consultation. He explained everything thoroughly and accurately, and answered all of my concerns. While waiting for the HOA's approval for structural changes to the property, he sent me an email to reiterate that I can contact him with any questions and/or concerns. I appreciated that as a customer--it's the small details that really mean a lot. A representative from the company called to reschedule due to the change in weather. The roof was put on without any issues, and I will be using them again to insulate my attic. Very impressed with Roof Right & will recommend to family and friends!

Roof Right was good. The service was satisfactory, nothing was unsatisfactory. The inspection was good but then the additional expense for the gutter cover was my own call. The quality of the inspection was good but for the gutters I didn't go on the roof so I have no way to tell.

I received the inspection report and the experience was satisfactory.

I purchased one of the Angies List big deals for a pipe collar repair because I had water coming into the house during the last batch of rain storms. A couple of days after making the purchase, I received an email from Roof Right saying that I had been scheduled for my service the next day or if this time was not good for me, to call and reschedule. My email indicated that someone would be by my house between 2:00 and 3:00pm. Tim, one of the Repair Specialists, showed up at my house approximately two hours ahead of schedule. After his arrival, I showed Tim where the water was entering my house and within five minutes, he was up on the roof. A few minutes later, Tim came back down the ladder to tell me that the pipe collar was in good shape, but that he would re-seal it just to make sure there wasn't anywhere for the rain to get in. Since the pipe collar wasn't damaged, Tim kept looking for reasons why the water was getting in the house and ended up finding a small gap in the sealant that was used on the vent pipe. Tim re-sealed the gap on the pipe and the job was done in less than a half hour. Tim was prompt, professional, and extremely friendly. I would not hesitate calling Roof Right for any future work that I may need on my roof and will make sure to request Tim if possible.

All good. Relieved there was nothing wrong with my new(er) roof.

Roof Right, Inc., suggested that I purchase more things from them but that was it. Everything went fine. There were no problems.

Excellent service! They replaces two pipe collars and he also tacked a flapping piece of siding back up for no extra charge. I was willing to pay extra for the extra work, as its a 3 story townhouse and I didn't want to get up on the roof. I was hoping to get an estimate on fixing some flashing, but at 19 years old, the whole roof needs replacement. I plan to call them back for a estimate on a new roof sometime in the near future. I was so happy, I recommended them to a friend a week or two later.

Roof Right Inc showed up right on time and was very thorough. They got up on the roof which is what I wanted because a lot of inspectors won't do that and they were able to pin-point one or two minor issues at the roof that we can fix. They also kind of put us at ease letting us know there were no major problems with the roof. It was money well spent.
