They came out and did a good job and I have used them again. They also came back for some gutter work for me.

Roof Right Inc were great. Even though they were backed up they managed to squeeze me in and they did a great job. To my knowledge I haven't had any more problems with the roof.

Tim was terrific. He called to say he would be a little late and when he arrived he got right to work. He didn't try to pressure me into a new roof but gave me a realistic picture of how much time was left on the current one and a rough ballpark figure for replacement. Great service from Tim and Roof Right. Will certainly be calling them back when we get in gear to replace the roof.

I contacted several different companies to install a new roof & attic insulation. Roof Right sent out Joe Bowers to give us the estimate for the work we needed. Joe was great, he did a thorough inspection of the roof and in the attic to see what was going to be needed and then sat down with us and laid out all our options. He really took the time to answer all of our questions and explain how the job would be performed. Doug Mott contacted us when the materials were to be delivered and set up the date for the work to begin. The crew that did the work was on time and got right to work. They were very professional and were very well organized. They took care not to damage the shrubs & lawn and kept things neat while doing the work. The insulation crew did a great job as well and was very quick. The entire job was completed in a little over six hours and they did a very good job cleaning up before leaving. They only snag, if you want to call it that, was that the technician that was to install the bathroom vents only had one kit with him so he had to come back on another day to install them which Doug did. This was no inconvenience for us at all. My Wife and I were very very pleased with the job and would gladly recommend to anyone to use Roof Right. Thanks to Joe, Doug, and all of the guys who were involved with our new roof! It was worth every penny.

Fast - within week avaiabilty. Professional - I had to push date several times because of settlement slips and they were very cool about it. Clean - I wasn't even sure they had been there as it was so clean around my house.

I had a problem with a leak in one spot which continued after I had the roof replaced. He went to the exact spot, took a picture, and showed me what the problem was. There was some additional work required to fix the leak but Odie fixed the leak, took before and after pictures, and I haven't had a problem with it since! It was wonderful! While he was up there, he also took some pictures of problems on the neighbors roofs and emailed them to me so I could forward them to the neighbors. They are so good! I continue to recommend them to others!

I did not choose them. Their price was approx. 125% higher than the 2 other quotes.

Signed up for one of Angie's "specials". Contacted within 2 days and appointment set. Repairman arrived early, completed task in very short order. Inspected the remainder of the roof for further damage and found none. Very professional. Job well done.

They were able to come over earlier than expected and completed the job on time and cleaned up quite nicely.

They were really great. I talked to other roofing companies to get estimates and I was super thrilled with the way they talked to me. They did not try to sell me a bunch of other things that I did not ask for.

Overall the experience was pretty good and their price was reasonable. They came on time and did their job. I would like to recommend them.

Great. The company was very attentive to my need to fix a leaky pipe on my roof. All seems well and the leak is gone.

So i called on Friday, August 9th and explained that i needed someone to inspect my roof as after the last rain storm, water had leaked into my bedroom and hallway. The woman i spoke with proceeded to ask me all the standard information, name, address, county where i live, home phone, cell phone, email etc. It took about 5 minutes (seemed longer). Then she said, OK someone will call you to schedule a time to come out. I said you just took all this information, but now you can't schedule me an appointment? She said "no, the person who needs to schedule the appointment is busy but you should hear back from someone by Monday". I said today is Friday, and i won't hear from anyone until Monday? Well when do expect someone will be able to come over, as i am concerned that it may rain again. She said' we are really busy and it will be at least a week!!!' I said, it will be at least a week just to inspect the roof and then i have to wait more time to have the work done. She said that's right- we are really busy . I said i have called 3 roofing companies for estimates and you are the first to tell me that i can't be seen for at least a week. CLEARLY YOU DON'T NEED MY BUSINESS

I was very pleased with the whole process from the initial contact right through the follow up after the job was completed. Every thing was explained thoroughly and all questions were answered.

The estimator was right on time when he said he would be there. Spent plenty of time to understand what I was looking for and did a thorough job in evaluating the current condition. Estimate was a little slow in coming - a little more than a week. I will consider them again when I'm ready for the other work to be done.

The entire experience was very professional, from the technician, Rick, to large crew that performed the work. They were very organized, completed the job in one day, and left the property exactly as they found it. Not even a stray nail on the ground. The materials used were of very high quality, and the appearance of the roof is more than expected. I'd recommend Roof Right to anyone needing roofing services.

Doug Mott, the repair specialist, did a great job. He was very professional and clearly has mastered his craft. Everything went well and would not hesitate to obtain his services in the future.

On 6/18 requested an inspection for roof repair or replacement. Very responsive and received a repair estimate by 6/20. Afterwards everything went down hill. On 6/21 I requested a replacement quote since the company suggested the roof only had 2-3 years left on it. They said they would get back to me. On 7/3 I sent a follow-up inquiry, reiterating what I requested on 6/21 and heard back that day that they would get back to me. Today is 8/1 and I still haven't heard back. I have a leak in my roof that is dripping water into the kitchen so I would have liked to have had this repaired by now. To me this is another instance of a contractor turning down a small job to go after a larger job since the roof I need replaced is a secondary roof. If it was a $7K job versus a $1K job I doubt my requests would be falling on deaf ears. Since in the end, I still have leaky roof and no response I have no other choice but to grade them with a D. The reason I'm not giving them an F is initially things were off to a good start and I believe based on interaction that they are not into performing work that doesn't need to be done which is admirable. However, it is going on 7 weeks since I initially contacted them, I've followed up multiple times, and they still haven't come out to give me a replacement quote. I was going to use them for sure, I just wanted to make an educated decision between plugging a hole that will last for 2-3 years or replacing the entire secondary roof. My advise is not to bother calling them if you need anything done timely. I'm back to square one in looking for a roofing company and will not recommend to anybody.

I initially chose Roof Right for a roof repair (leak) because they seemed to be the most thorough and honest of the companies I solicited bids from (they were not the cheapest, but were in the same general range of the others). Once it became clear after the initial repair was completed that the whole roof should be replaced, they were very fair about crediting most of the cost of the repair to the roof replacement even though some of the work had to be redone.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. When they came, they did a good job. What happened was that there wasn't any shingles but they found out that there was a couple ready to go and they took care of that so it saved me from happening. The lady across the street told me that my shingles were loose because she's directly across me and I have a 2-storey house that's why I got a hold of them. They weren't loose but they were getting ready to be loose and they took care of it. There were no extra charges. They came when they said they were going to. They're in the business that do roofs and they could have said that my roof is bad and do this and this but they came, took care of business, did not charge me an extra nickel and I was very happy.

Very good experience. Professional and thorough. I had 3 estimates, Roof Right was in the middle. I chose them because I felt they were the most thorough when giving an estimate. Everything went like clockwork and they cleaned up really well.
