It went okay. They came about a month, I think after the "Big Deal" it was purchased. They seemed professional. They inspected the roof and I think they did a fine job with them and we got an estimate for some roof repair work and it seemed a little high. Other than that, they seemed professional and good.

The work looks good, but there has not been enough rainfall to test the results. There was no explicit warranty for the work and the price for the work seemed high for the time involved.

4Inspected roof and supplied us with a detailed assessment of the condition of the roof. After assessment, supplied us with a written estimate. We hired the provider to replace shingles/pipes.

Very pleased with their work. Crew showed up on time and took great care to keep the yard clear of debris. Did an excellent job, both before and during the work, of explaining exactly what was going on. Would use again.

These guys are fantastic. Didn't try to oversell me and came in at a very reasonable price. Estimated the job would take one day but wound up working a total of two days at no added expense. Truly, these folks went above and beyond in every way. I've asked them to quote additional work on my house because I was so very impressed with this first job.

It was excellent! He was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and was overall very good.

Although the project got off at a slow start , I was satisfied with the solatube and the quality of the installation. In fact, I'm considering another one for my bathroom in the future.

Odi was a little late - but called to let me know he was running late. First he went into the attic to inspect the ventilation and look for leaks. Then he put up a ladder and inspected the roof/gutters. Afterwards he wrote up an estimate for a new 25 year roof or a new 30 year roof. It went very smoothly - he was in and out in about 90 minutes. Very professional and thorough.

I had to mark him down a bit for being late, but at least he called to say so. When he did arrive, he got to work quickly. Odi was friendly and knowledgeable. He provided me pictures from his smartphone as he explained some of the minor repairs needed for my roof. I ended up having Odi back to do the repairs as well.

They showed up on time the morning of the install and the project manager introduced himself and gave me his card. I wasn't able to stay for the project, but they called when the work was done to let me know. All of the cleanup was done by the time I got home, the work looked great. A day later a worker showed up with a piece of siding to replace one they had accidentally damaged and went up and took care of it. I didn't even know/couldn't tell anything had been damaged. They really did a professional job, very responsive and thorough.

I called Roof Right because I needed an estimate on some roof repairs to a house I was about to purchase. I needed to know asap in case the repairs were too costly, to find out if I wanted to continue with the purchase or not. The day I called they were very busy, but worked with me and squeezed in time for a technician to inspect the roof and create a quote. However, when the tech had time to go out to the house, I was at work and wasn't able to get any of their phone calls....I missed all of them! By the time I saw the voice mail and called back, the tech had gone above and beyond, and already inspected the house, took several pictures, and was formulating an estimate! I received an email the next day with a well put together estimate, pictures and the price. These guys were very accommodating and helpful!

The service they provided and what we needed did not coincide. The work I wanted done and their quote was not in line. They were not overpriced but I didn't want to spend that kind of money on the work. It took them a long time to get me the quote. Once they got engaged it was good but until they got engaged it was a slow response. I was not here when they came out but their professionalism on the phone was good.

It went fine. It took a while to get them. They missed some of the shingles, and they had to come back. They were nice. It was a good deal for what we needed done. They did a good job but they only did one side, and they missed a little bit on the other side. The shingles were scattered where they were missing.

Went well - it was easy to schedule and they arrived on time. Roof inspection was completed quickly. No issues.

It was great. There was very good impressions, no problems, no complaints, he did the work and it was just in time.

Odi did a great job, came on time, and completed the work in a few hours. It took care of a series of persistent leaks in the porch roof. I'll be calling them for future work.

The service was great. He took his time to explain what he was doing. When he saw the flashing problem, he took pictures to help explain exactly what he was doing. The price was very reasonable for the work performed.

They arrived on time, inspected the roof when I was not there, but they took pictures and showed me the areas that needs to be fixed. They also checked the roof from inside, suggested for repair. I was plan to have then fixed the issues they discovered, but the estimate for the repair sounded a bit too much to me. The guys who did the work was very knowledgeable, very professional and very patient. I would definitely refer them to my friends.

Odi Sarabia was the repair specialist who met wiith me to diagnose the problem I was having with the flat roof under a wooden deck and above our family room. He took over an hour looking in the drains and scouting out the possible causes of the leakage. He explained what he thought needed to be done, described it and then sent an estimate, which we thought was fair for the amount of work that would be involved. On the assigned day, Odi called before coming out, explained what they would do first and then coordinated with the plumber so that I could hear first hand if the problem was what he thought it was. The problem was confirmed, and he and his crew began the job. He had estimated the job would be done in a day, but it was more complicated than expected, but we were charged no more than the contract price. He coordinated with City Clean who was power washing the deck, and came back a third day to put the wooden slats back on the deck after they were power washed. This was work outside the contract and they price was ;very reasonable for the men he needed and the time it took. Odi called whenever there was a change of plan, and was very thorough and professional in every way. If you have a problem roof, or a slate roof that needs repair, I would highly recommend Roof Right.

I called to set up a date. They came out quickly, took care of the pipe collar that was leaking and provided good suggestions for other maintenance needs. I had asked them to leave an estimate for roofing, as I knew that was needed, but they didn't do that and subsequent contact got no reply.
