Replaced Shingles - Offer from Angies List was by far the best deal to replace blown off shingles after a few winter storms. Roof Right was responsive and also provided a quote to replace the existing roof shingles.

Arrival was punctual, and preceded by a telephone call. The employee was always courteous, and clearly explained everything. He also pointed out one or two things that could be improved with respect to the roof. There was no pressure whatsoever to purchase additional services.

It turned out perfectly fine. I didn't spend more than the big deal purchase. They were honest and they are not looking to gallous customers. I had a leak coming out on one of the pipes. I would use them again in the future.

The job was done fine. However, the roofer did leave some nails behind and I found some loose nails in my back yard, and a pack of nails was left in my front yard. He also left an electrical device plugged into my kitchen wall socket. I returned all of these items to their place of business, as it is within 1 mile of my house.

I called Roof RIght, Inc. to have our roof inspected after becoming suspicious about the quality of work done by another company when replacing our roof in December 2011. The roofer who came out was on time. He documented every problem he found on the roof with photographs on his phone, which he showed my wife while clearly explaining what he'd found. Our flashing used a long, solid piece rather than a stair-step pattern. The flashing itself was reused, having holes in it where it had been attached previously. The vent pipe collars were not properly sealed. In some places, instead of scraping away old caulk before applying new, the other roofer had just put a thin bead of new over the old. There were also a couple nails that had been driven in all the way from the top down, which would likely eventually lead to the nail heads corroding and creating roof leaks. He also noted that given the very gentle slope over an addition on the back of our house, shingles might not have been the right choice of material. We should be fine under rain, but if ice dams form during snowy months, it could drive water back up under the shingles. He clearly separated the things that needed fixing right away and those that we could get away with leaving for later if we didn't want to have everything done at once. (For example, we may address the roof over the addition later, but not this year.) I called him back to follow up on a few of the issues he identified and found him very knowledgeable and professional. We decided to have Roof Right correct the issues they found (other than the roof over the addition). All the work was completed as described.

Originally, I had to contact them a couple of times to get an actual date of service. After that, they were extremely responsive and in constant communication. There were a couple of mistakes made, but they accepted responsibility and came back out to fix it at our convenience and on their dime.

They were honest. It wasn't really something that they could repair and they told me that.

The service was fast and profession. Repairs were done correctly. While there, they also inspected the roof, and found a potential issue with moisture around where an old sat dish is mounted. Would use them again.

They fix 3 shingles for $125.00. I didn't know any better just trying to maintain things after my husband passed away. They never called to see if I was satisfy with the job. I was not a happy camper due to money being tight, I thought the price listed was reasonable until I talk to other companies.

After a good 30 year run my roof started to leak and a check in the attic showed that at least one board was rotted. Not good. Called a number of roofers, got prices all over the map, called Roof Right. They showed up, looked in the attic, checked the roof, and gave me a reasonable estimate. They also offered to install a ridge vent which *was* something I always wanted since the attic got super hot and the gable vents are small. So we agreed to the job, and they came by within a week to do the work. They were exceptional. Took off the old shingles in a morning, showed me pictures of the roof, and pointed out that one board on the roof needed to be replaced. Put the exact same wood in as a replacement, no charge. Other roofers were going on about replanking the whole thing.... New roof, vent, and flashing went on, they cleaned up so well I have found one nail in the year since the install. That's amazing, they did an excellent job. Showed me the completed work, went over everything again, and off they went. Since then I waited a year for the review. No leaks, problems, no shingles curling or anything. The new vent keeps the attic cool in the summer, and I can see the difference on the electric bill. I would give them an excellent rating. They did a good job, put on a solid roof, fixed my problems, and charged a fair price. I'll call them again in 30 years when it is time to put a second layer of shingles on.

They were good. They were a little more expensive. After I saw the quality of their work it was worth the extra money.

Provided came when he said he would and completed the job as promised.

It turned out good. They were efficient and professional.

The initial visit for estimate went very well. Professional courteous gentleman. We scheduled the date for installation and the morning of, office called, man was ill, must reschedule. The day of work, they were to arrive at about 8:30 am. When they were not here, I called office looking for them. They said there was traffic and they would be there shortly. It seems to me in this day and age when everyone had phones, when you are an hour late, you should call customer and explain. On top of that, we they men showed up, at 9:30, I went to greet them and they said they would be in in a bit; they were eating breakfast!!! As for how the work went, very quick, neat, and I love the tube The customer service in terms of calls leaves me not thrilled. Also, I think someone from the company, not Angies List should place a follow up call and make sure that everything went ok. It is for the above reasons, that I would rate them a B not an A.

They were professional with the inspection. They were very courteous and came on time for the Big Deal. He did some temporary work until they can come back out.

Odi Sarabia arrived promptly. He evaluated the roof and took pictures. The process took approximately 30 minutes. Upon completion, he reviewed the pictures of what he thought might be potential issues and provided me with a report. He also sent me an e-mail with the pictures attached. He was professional and appeared knowledgeable. He gave me a price of what it would cost to have his company do the work. I will obtain other bids for the work, as I thought the price might be a little high.

Jason was very responsive and friendly. He was able to provide me multiple quotes with various options at my request. We ended up with the company installing the roof and the sky lights / solatubes at the roof surface. this was so that the warranty for everything stays intact as opposed to me installing some of the roof or skylights/tubes. The roof and skylights/tubes were installed all in one day. the team did a good job cleaning up all the debris and used tarps to keep it getting in the bushes. i did find some nails and shingle bits but no more than a few. I later completed all interior work which saved me some money. Jason came out multiple times, before during and after, which was nice considering I am all the way at the top of Harford County. I would do business with Roof Right again.

It went fine. They wrote down the issues and quoted a price to repair.

Needed our roof replaced and got four estimates. Jason from Roof Right was last and the only one to find a spot between gutters and roof above deck where a raccoon had dug through. A big miss for the other guys! We decided that the thoroughness in the inspection and the reasonable price made the decision for us a no brainer. Also, he helped us problem solve issues we had from the construction of the house in which the bathroom fans vented into attic. Put in the appropriate venting as well as a wonderful solar fan for roof that we could use for a tax deduction and kept our house cooler this summer. He also guided us through addressing future wear and tear from our porch roof which has a very slight pitch with materials that will help keep the longevity of that roofing with the rest of the house. We enjoyed working with Jason in every stage of the process and highly recommend him!

They did a thoughtful job at installing this so it would not be seen from the street. The solatube was at a great "big deal" price, and well worth it.

They came out quickly and got the job done I was very pleased. I would recommend them.

The company and associate who prepared out roof was very professional and knowledgable. They took pictures of the before and after which help me see the good results.

This deal was for the repair of one pipe collar. The provider was about half an hour early for the appointment, but was patient while I scrambled to get my son out the door for school. He surveyed the situation from the ground, quoted me a price for the other 2 pipe collars, then got up on the roof. He was done in less than half an hour, and decided not to charge extra for the other 2 pipe collars due to the ease of the repairs. I was also given a rough estimate for roof replacement, which we'll need in a few years. There were no upsells whatsoever, and he even pointed out that some nail pops we thought were an issue really weren't an issue at all. He was friendly, professional, and we'd definitely use Roof Right again.
