It went great, it took a week for the provider to get there. (Longer than I wanted to wait because there was another rain coming) But the provider was punctual, professional and fast. There have been heavy rains and snow since and I do not see/feel any leaks/moisture in the affected area. I would use them again, I gave a B rating instead of an A becuase I would have liked a more itemized receipt and pitcures of the damage of the roof as proof for my insurance company. But those are minor, definitely a great company.

I initially contacted Roof Right to have the bath vent vented to the outside in my new house, since the seller just vented it to the attic. I have had them perform work for me in the past on my old house, and was very satisfied with the work. However, when Odi arrived, he only gave me an estimate for the requested work, and said that the work would have to be done another day, which disappointed me. At the same time, he also gave me a verbal estimate of the cost to replace the roof as well as the cost to add additional insulation to the attic. A week later, another person form Roof Right arrived and performed the work, which was well done. I am hoping that the roof itself will last until spring, at which point I will get a detailed, written estimate of the work before proceeding.

Fast and efficient. No more leaks.

Everything was great. Tim showed up as scheduled and fixed the leak on the roof and cleaned everything up, even finding some nails that someone else had dropped in the driveway. All in all, a great experience and I would highly recommend this company.

I had a water leak problem that was not going away even after replacing windows and getting walls waterproofed. Turns out their was a nail pop in the roof ( which happens to be new as well) which roof right's inspector discovered and fixed. I can not say thanks enough.

Generally quite well. The repairs took longer than originally projected, I belleve in part because fewer workers were put on the job than initially projected.

Miguel ran into traffic and called to let me know that he would be late. He repaired the pipe collar and the attached slate tile. Miguel also inspected the entire slate roof. He said that there were no problems with the roof. Miguel was very professional and personable and his repair job is holding up well. No leaks.

The gentleman who came did a through examination of the roof and the attic to see if there was any damage- someone else had come and didn't even bother to check the attic for damage- and there was some. They showed me the problem and fixed what was necessary and didn't push me for extra work. I have recommend them to several of my friends. Unfortunately they weren't working in Baltimore City then, don't know if that is still the case.

The quoted price was about$1,900. I am researching other companies because Roof Right seemed a little pricey. However, the person who came out seemed extraordinarily competent in what he would do. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and was prepared to take a look at what needed to be done with the roof. He seemed to have a ton of experience and knew how to attack the problem immediately. I am very happy with Roof Right, but they just seemed a little high to me. I am going to interview one other roofer to compare prices. He was very punctual and I told him I would follow up with him.

Work completed looks great from where I stand. The estimates for additional work are quite costly and probably beyond our reach at present. The contractor was responsive by phone and come on the appointed day/time.

They fixed a leak. They had to come back out to fix it, but they didn't charge us for the second trip.

Repaired missing/loose shingles & inspected roof.

Scheduling was really smooth. The employees were professional. They got on the roof, took pictures of the possible causes of the leak. I am going to get other estimates as well.

I noticed a wet spot in the ceiling of a spare room and wanted to a**** the overall condition of the roof. I am also in the beginning stages of planning a home renovation for next year so this helped to come up with a realistic budget. I was provided with options and good advice which I appreciated. I have decided to wait until next year to begin repairs and renovation on my home but will definitely keep Roof Right in mind.

It went fine. It was exactly what I needed and I got what I needed. I appreciated the experience. They accepted the coupon. In fact, actually they suggested that I use the coupon.

Initial stripping went well. Damaged downspout extension by parking the trash cart too close to the house. This was replaced at their cost. Once on the roof, they did a very good job with the replacement of the shingles and the installation of the new cooper flashing. Worked long days and completed the job in 2 1/2 days. Part of the job included trimming of limbs that overhung the garage roof. Instead of cutting these limbs, they broke them off. The clean up process was, in my opinion, below average. I found numerous nails and small pieces of cooper flashing in and on the edges of the driveway and around the house.

They came immediately and were as professional as could be. They were also courteous, I couldn't have asked for anything more.

So far our experience with them turned out okay. The company that put in the gutters had gone out of business. Otherwise I would have called them to come out. The guy from Roof Right said that he couldn’t take the gutter covers off because of the way they were put on. But he did his best. There were some best nest and stuff up in there. I haven’t had really hard rain since then. The water would just cascade over like a water fall. He said that he got it all but I don’t know it for sure. There were no additional charges. I have used them before several years go to put on our roof. They were good. The guy was actually supposed to be coming out to assess it. But it turned out that he did the work right then. I tried to sign up for another one and it was only $79. Somebody said that I had couple of days after it expired and somebody was supposed to get back to us from Angie's List. But no one ever did and that was why I signed up with these guys.

Purchased the 17-point roof inspection deal off Angie's List for a house we just purchased. It has a slate roof and the general house inspector didn't feel he was very qualified to give a strong opinion on it, other than that "it looks good from the ground." However, there were no signs of recent seepage in the attic, so we thought we were in good shape when he made the purchase. Odi came out to do the inspection and did not have good news. It doesn't appear the roof has been well maintained, the corners have to be re-sealed and over 50 broken slate tiles should be replaced (they've all been patched together with sealant cement up to this point). We have a lower roof of shingles that (I thought) looked fine, but he stated the roof was "old" and pointed to several holes in the shingles where it appears some one had put a ladder before. Underneath those shingles the nails were rusty, so water was getting through. This was all unexpected, but I know enough not to shoot the messenger when things like this happen, so I am not faulting Roof Right. To the contrary, I have agreed to have them come out and do the work (although we agreed that only the damaged shingles needed to be replaced, the rest of the shingled roof could wait).

Everything turned out fine and I have no complaints.

Went very well. He went up into attic. He climbed up on the roof and checked the work done by the insurance company vendor.

Odi arrived at our townhouse in a timely manner, and gave one of the most thorough roof inspections we've seen. The only reason we didn't hire Roof Right to install the new roof was the estimate: the original estimate to replace our townhouse roof using Certainteed 25-year shingles and a new skylight was $6100. I mentioned that we were Angie's list members, and that brought it down to $5800. |That seemed high to me, so we contacted another company that had done some roofs in our community, using the same materials. Their estimate was considerably more reasonable, so we hired them instead. When we are done with all the details, I will post a review of that company as well. |Again, the only factor that prevented us from hiring Roof Right was their price.

There were some issues in the beginning but they addressed it. They have been very good and very professional. The price was reasonable. We were happy with them. I would use them in the future.

Replaced Shingles - Offer from Angies List was by far the best deal to replace blown off shingles after a few winter storms. Roof Right was responsive and also provided a quote to replace the existing roof shingles.
