Everything turned out well. They were very responsive to my calls when I wanted to schedule the appointment. They were able to come out within a couple of weeks after I purchased the big deal There was one person that came to clean the gutters and it took a couple of hours to complete.

They did an exceptional job, actually called and asked if they could do the work before the anticipated start date knowing I was seeking a quick installation. The roof looks great, the crew did a wonderful job with the installation and clean up of my property. The project manager was on site and ensured I was happy multiple times during the project. I have recommended them to friends and would recommend them to you.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and did what they were supposed to do. The work they did turned out very well.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. I don't recall any scheduling problems. There were no extra charges. Regarding the quality of the work, it hasn't leaked so far. I think they just came and went up on the roof when I wasn't there.

The price was little higher than what I was expecting. They came and did work at the scheduled time. They seem to fairly good at like putting the copper themes on because we have a lot of roof leaks and it was a historic house. There were roof leaks that we have specified for them to fix neither one was fixed in the first time through. So they had to come back and they charged us another $1700 or something and they got those leaks solved one of which was having to tear the bricks on the ventilator tower in front of the house. We weren't expecting second major bill. The two of the major leaks that we wanted them to solve were not solved in the first time that they were here when they worked on the first contract, second one in order to pick up those leaks. They were very responsive initially in coming down and assessing the job and coming up with the estimate. I would not use them again.

Great service from beginning to the end. Jason Myers inspected the roof from inside and outside and very clearly explained the differences on the material quality and warranty and etc and then he gave me an estimate which included all the material and labor and lifetime warranty. The replacement attic fan which I thought they are going to do it themselves actually was installed by a certified electrician at no extra charge to me. The installation crew did a fantastic job they even repaired a loose siding panel which was great. Jason stopped by few days after the installation and inspected the roof again from inside and outside . I think the company is great and Jason is such a wonderful gentleman. Thanks,

My gutters were over flowing first contact they were very responsive . They came out gave me a estimate and returned maybe two weeks later for the job which was ok. The next heavy storm the gutters seemed ok but I was getting water coming in from the side of the house so I called them the following day on Monday . I spoke with the lady who answered the phone and explained about the water coming in she replied who gave you the original estimate on the work you had done and I told her Odi which she replied that she would have him called me asap. Never to be heard from again after four days I called Tension Seal of Ellicott City they came out in a day and made the repairs. I realize it was around the holidays but I was very shocked for no one to call me considering the emergency situation.

Arrived on time, inspected roof, gutters, etc. Discussed the repair - some shingles had blown off during a wind storm. This was an Angie's List special, so the price was very good. Repair went quickly and looks great. They will be sending me information on some proposed repairs to gutters.

Never showed up on time. Always late. I had to have them return to replace it. The cost for the temporary roof repair was too expensive for what they did ($850) plus $56 for the roof inspection.

Roof Right was quick to respond to my voicemail about a roof leak. We scheduled an appointment for them to inspect the roof. They were right on time and did a very thorough job inspecting the roof. They took pictures to show me and explain the problem. We scheduled the repair and ordered an attic fan for installation when they did the repair. Team showed up right on time for repair and did a great job. Phone calls to office for coordination were either answered or promptly returned. Great experience. Already recommended to a friend wanting a new roof.

I purchased a shingle replacement package from Roof Right through Angie's list and I also asked them to give me an estimate of what it would cost to replace the roof. Rich came out and did the estimate and replaced two shingles. He said he thought the roof still had a few good years on it, which I appreciated since many contractors try to convince you to order work as soon as possible.

I found my vent pipe was leaking when it rained, so I called Roof Right because they had a deal for a $75.00 pipe collar repair. Tim showed up early for our appointment. He climbed on the roof and took pictures of the vent pipe and collar to show me where the leak was coming from. He answered all my questions and was very honest about what my options were with regard to fixing the problem and how much each option would cost. Money is an issue right now, and Tim was able to work with me to find the best solution that would alleviate my vent pipe leaking but not break the bank. He even fixed a few popped nails as he climbed over the roof ridge. He was able to fix the leak with a repair, and I will be replacing the entire pipe collar in the future.

We only used them once and they were very good. It was for roofing. They did last few weeks ago. I do not remember the exact number, the price went up because we had several quotes from different people and this was very reasonable. It was a complete roof. There were many people who came to give us quote and a lot more. And they also check the whole roof that had to be change a lot. These people said, this roof and that is good. They care of more except the which has to be replaced. We were happy. They were very prompt and not bulking us for the money either, that was also complete strangers for sales, and they did not come up price worth of money.

We used them through a big deal on Angie's List. They were great. They were prompt. He actually came earlier than he said he would. I didn’t even know he was here until I started hearing some hammering. He came back down and said that he cleaned the gutter and inspected the roof. He also said that he there were some things that were loose and that he just hammered them back into place without even coming to tell. He said that eventually we may want to replace those and that he just tightened everything up for us. I thought that was awesome. I liked that he saw a problem and addressed it without charging us extra or saying that we need to get all that replaced or that we need to have somebody come back and do that. It was something that he could do easily, so he just went ahead and did it for us. With regard to price, I think that my husband was happy with it. We haven't paid for gutter cleaning a lot, so I'm not really sure how that price compares.

The tech. spent about 5 minutes on the roof and could not go into the attic due to his size. He gave me an estimate of repairs he thought were needed. When he left I contacted the company and spoke to a supervisor/manager. I stated that I was not satisfied with the service. The manager was very professional and helpful. He sent a different tech. out who spent about an hour and was able to go up in the attic where he did find a contributing problem. His findings were totally different from the first person and I felt very confident that he knew what he was doing. However, we did not use Roof Right for our repairs.

Odi came by to do a roof inspection on 11/26 based on the recommendation of our home inspector when we bought the house a month earlier. He came back proposing $2,525 in repairs, which was a surprise to us since we didn't get the impression the roof was that bad (based on the home inspector). He had pictures to show me of where there were a lot of broken tiles that were literally crumbling and we decided to go with it. The job got delayed a couple of times due to the weather, but finally got done by a crew of 3 guys in one day. I am very happy with the professionalism demonstrated by the workers and everyone at the company, but only gave quality a B because I have not been able to go up on the roof to inspect the work that was done (I don't have a ladder high enough) and they did not provide "after" pictures so I am taking their word for it. I will likely use them again, but will go up myself to witness the before & after work. (Sorry, I'm a bit jaded).

We were so happy with it, we had another installed about 2 weeks later. The second one didn't make as big a difference, but it was in a large room. The store staff and the installers were all very helpful and tried hard to stay in touch and make sure that our order was completed by returning a third time to replace a part that was broken in shipment.
