The salesman was initially great and convinced us he was knowledgeable. However, what he said to me was different than what he ordered the workers to complete. The work was done quick and sloppy. He also contracted out part of the work to a different company without telling us. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I was pleased with the work done by this company. Mr. Odi Sarabia was the supervisor for this project and was my main company contact. The crew was professional, arrived on time did the job they were hired to do and cleaned up all the debris from my property after they completed the work. I got estimates from Roof Right and another company and Roof Right beat the competition by about $70. Overall this was a pleasant experience and I would do business with them again. Highly recommended..

They gave me an estimate and were very thorough in evaluating what I wanted done. I was impressed with their professionalism and detail in scoping out what needed to be done.

They were excellent. They scheduled fairly and quickly. They gave free estimate and did the work within the time frame. They sent photographs of the work they did.

The estimate was very thorough, and went through the 17 checkpoints they use to assess the health of the roof and gutters. There were some minor repairs needed, and they also recommended removing the attic fan (which interferes with modern ventilation configurations). The work was performed quickly and efficiently; the crew was very professional and kept any disturbance to a minimum. They cleaned up after the work was done, and all I was left with was a better roof.

I hired them to fix a hole in my roof in 2013, the next year (2014) the same hole leaked. I assumed that they would have a warranty, but they refused to fix the shoddy job. It was cheap, so I guess you could say that I got what I paid for.

Fantastic, they got up on the roof to get the estimate. They were responsive to all my questions anytime I called. They even were willing to talk about a competitors estimate I sent them. They came out and did a temporary repair of my roof so I wouldn't get water damage inside before they replaced it, for no extra charge. Their estimate was the second lowest , the lowest came in too late. Very good communication. Got the job done in one day

The work was excellent. Jason and Eric took careful measurements of the old deck before beginning the work. They obtained the necessary permits and later handled the final county inspection. Their work was meticulous; they added extra posts for strength. They were attentive to details: for example they placed a finishing piece of wood where the deck meets the house and then caulked. They also made sure all debris was removed from the yard. The final product is both sturdy and beautiful. The project took a little more than 2 days. I definitely recommend them for any type of carpentry work.

Odi from Roof Right arrived on time was very pleasant and professional He unblocked my gutters and pointed out a couple of minor problems -- small holes in several tiles, exposed nail heads, cracked exhaust grommets -- which he was able to repair during this visit. This is the second year that I have used them and will definitely use them in the future.

Roof right completed the roof and gutter replacement job promptly and the roof looks great. The work was completed a little less than 2 years ago and it is holding up really well. The financing options were helpful. I recommended them to my mother in law and she had a great experience as well. They do doors and windows and I am considering them for that upgrade soon.

Their workers did an amazing job on the roof and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. They worked with me when there was a billing question and provided reimbursement for my pet boarding. I also received a discount toward their service since I was a repeat customer.

We got 3 bids, all very close in price and thorough in describing method and materials. We chose Roof Right because they were low bid, their methods for construction and materials used for the roof matched all the recommendations we had researched, and as important to us, their positive and personable attitudes - we felt could work with them. When they first arrived to see the house and talk about the job they put together the bid with us while they were there, showing us physical examples as well as choices from their laptop - we had a complete detailed bid when they left and a strong feeling that they cared a great deal about doing the job right and keeping us informed throughout the whole process. Their crew, anywhere from 4 to 6 men depending on what was being done that day, worked hard and efficiently from dawn to dusk each day. The whole job took 11 days with a couple follow ups to fine tune and add some finishing touches, some gutter work, and a final inspection with the site supervisor with us in tow. The house has multiple roofs that have some complexity to deal with and they also had to locate and repair a leak which required some additional carpentry to add a sister joist and new plywood. The crew was friendly, considerate of us and the property, and appeared to enjoy their work. When issues came up, as they will on any job site, they asked for our guidance and if we had questions about any aspect of the job the crew was very responsive and if they couldn't answer, a quick call to the office got us either an immediate answer and/or a visit from a supervisor soon thereafter that same day - so there were no delays. Communication was excellent. The roof was the first step in bringing the house and grounds up to speed and it looks great. It has been 2 1/2 years now with no issues and it is still looking great. From start to finish it was a great experience. I can't say enough good about Craig Mott and the crew as well as the rest of the Roof Right company we dealt with. Highly recommended. Photos are some in-progress shots to give an idea of the complexity of the roof and to show the 20 yr old cedar vs. the new as well as a couple finished shots taken early Spring after the first Winter.

Delivered one cord of wood same day!

They did a super job. They brought in a crew to deliver the materials the day before and eight guys showed up bright and early the next morning. The job was done efficiently. We had two skylights that needed to be replaced in this process. They scheduled someone to come in the next day to paint inside. We would definitely recommend this company.

The roofers worked extremely hard and the results were more than satisfactory. The owner was very responsive in communicating with us and in providing the estimate. I believe that the job may have taken longer than was expected, but this company is clearly focused on providing quality workmanship.

I guess it went ok. I responded to their request for information asking for an appointment in the afternoon. They ignored my request and scheduled me for 8 AM. They were unwilling to change the time unless I would be willing to wait 3 weeks. Fearing a leak developing, I agreed to do the job without my being there.

I met with Colton to discuss the project scope. He was professional and I received the estimate in a timely manner. Also, the estimate was reasonable and within our budget. Though the community board chose a different vendor for this specific project, we would have no problems in reaching out to Roof Right, Inc for future work.

The job was done perfectly. The technician also performed a full inspection of the roof, found the ridge vent wasn't secured properly and fixed the issue. He was very prompt, professional and friendly and thoroughly explained all the work he completed. There have been no issues with the repairs and several years have since passed.
