Roof right responded quickly, and made an appointment to come out and fix my roof. They showed up on time when indicated and were ready to go. Tim was very professional and knew his business. He fixed the roof quickly and stuck to the Angie's list agreed price, even though I believe he did a little more work than the agreement called for.I Would recommend Roof Right to anyone with the need. Very good experience, which is unusual with contractors. A+

We had a ventilation issue with our attic due to the age of the home, and not having soffit vents. We contacted Roof Right to discuss the issue, and to get a proposal on fixing the issue. Roof Right recommended installing Smart Vent on the width of the front/back of the roof to fix the ventilation issue. We worked with Odi Sarabia, and it was a great experience. Odi came out quickly to look at the issue, and provide a proposal. Odi also worked with us on the price. He was punctual, cleaned up great, and provided pictures of all the work completed. We have since hired Roof Right for two additional roof related jobs due to this pleasant experience (replacing flashing/caulking around a vent pipe & venting a bathroom fan to the roof).

I needed repair or replacement for a rather old roof after damage from an ice storm. From the time I called through the final follow-up email, I was impressed with the responsiveness of Roof Right. Rick responded quickly to my initial call and followed up with a visit to discuss the work to be done and provide an estimate. He was patient in answering all my questions and provided recommendations for high quality products and service that met my needs and my budget. I was grateful for the quick turnaround time. Roof Right was able to complete the new roof and gutters in between snowstorms. Everything looks great and it is such a relief to have this work done, and done well.

I purchased the Big Deal for shingle blow off repair from Roof Right. Sean replied right way and scheduled the service appointment. They came out as promised and discovered that I had a larger shingle which they had no replacements for. I supplied them with my shingle's model info and they were able to locate these particular shingles and came back out to do the repairs. I am extremely happy with the amazing customer service Roof Right provided. All the guys I dealt with (Sean, Luis and Joe) were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Roof Right offers other services as well (Siding, Gutters, Landscaping, etc) and I will definitely go to them in the future for these needs. I highly recommend Roof Right !

They were very good. The best part was I believe that they did it all in one day and they cleaned up after themselves. I had no problems. They were a pleasure. I had referred them to a friend of mine who is interested in getting a new roof.

They let me know that I did not need a new roof. They did not try to sell me something that I did not need. I did have a flat section that needed a coating and they came back a week later and did that. He showed up on time everyday and did a good job. I will use them again.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It was okay. Their person stepped on our sheetrock in our ceiling and made a hole in it when they did the roof inspection. We called them back out and they sent someone to basically come and fix the hole and re-paint it. The person who they sent was a professional, it wasn't a guy on their staff. They ended up losing money on us. We did have them come back and put in some vents based upon their recommendations. They were knowledgeable and did honor the fact that they made the hole and fixed it which is good.

They gave us an estimate. They came to do the job and found two holes in our roof in addition to the prior issue. They performed the work and did a great job for the price originally given. They did a great job and we would definitely use them again.

Very well. I had a new metal roof put on my porch by another contractor. I was not happy with the job and contracted to see if the new roof was correctly installed. I was told Right Roof would not grade another contractors job, however they would do one of their standard roof inspections. They did the standard inspection and there were only 5 areas that would apply to my new metal porch roof. Out of the 5 areas the new roof had 3 areas of less than satisfactory and 1 area poor condition (new roof !). There was not fail a failed area - poor was the worst you could do. Some areas I had already identified which caused the concern. It does feel nice to know that in fact I was correct. I have a job that takes me out of town, the downstairs tenant confirmed the roof was less than perfect as it leaks during heavy rain fall. This is more amazing because the new roof was laid over a perfectly functioning non leaking roof that had an old one & one half inch internal drain system. Because of holly trees leaves blocking the old systems small pipe, the water would back up on to the roof but not leak. It drained slowly unless the pipe was cleaned. The new roof has gutters and a 2&1/2 inch external drains. Right Roofs inspection confirmed my feeling and allowed me to finally turn off the installing contractors babble about how my satisfaction was his only concern, after his continuous inability to get the job right after at least 6 months. By the way the reason I joined Angies list was looking for someone to inspect this roof. I did not look at my records the cost was $125 plus or minus and the date could be off by a couple weeks. However the service was excellent.

They were detailed enough. They explained the risk to my property and they provided me with solutions. They gave me an in-depth quote.

Original provider did not complete the job Roof Right was responsive to my needs and got the job finished so that my gutter job could be fixed.

It went very well. Their price was right and their service was fantastic. We actually ended up using them twice. I had also used a coupon worth about $100 for a roof inspection with them in June.

I was very happy with them. They came out right away and did an excellent job.

The service was okay. However, they did not follow up with the report of the inspection like I was expecting.

Roof Right was one of three companies to assess the roof and give an estimate. Of the other two one gave a cursory assessment and we did not pursue the matter further, and the other company also slacked on assessing the condition of the roof and gave an estimate higher than Roof Right. Odi Sarabia from Roof Right was very thorough in identifying all the problems and unlike the other two representatives he searched the attic to spot the leaks and look for other issues that might need attention. He explained what his team would do very clearly and was helpful in saving us extra costs by repairing the gutters rather than replacing them entirely, which was what the second company said must be done. Odi was always punctual and kept in touch with us when bad weather prevented his team from completing the work. Office staff were also very helpful. We will ask Roof Right to check the condition of the roof regularly and do further repairs when necessary - we live under a canopy of mature trees and damage to slates is inevitable. There have been NO leaks since RR completed the work, and the team was reliable and left hardly a trace of their presence. We recommend RR highly to other members in this area.

They came out, and we chose to go with someone else. We thought the were high. They were responsive. We just thought that the information that they gave us was higher than the person we went with. They did what they said they were going to do, and the price of the big deal was okay for the service. I would use them in the future for an estimate.

I like that they are local, come out and would an estimate, and they they were close and it's good for me. I had my problem corrected and they did stop the leaking that was coming through my ceiling into bathroom. Their pricing is very good and the quality of the work done was very good too.

the men did The workmen did a great job and cleaned after they finished the work. They also explained what they were doing to stop the leak in the bay window and why it was leaking.

I was very impressed with their estimate because they gave us four different detailed options. It helped us decide what to do given our budget and the condition of our roof. We chose to replace the valleys and slate.The cost of the work we choose was in the middle of bids we received from other roofing companies. I was not home when the work was completed, but my neighbor was and he was pleased and impressed by the work of the crew. Everything was completed in a timely manner. We have lived in our house for over 20 years and have used all the usual companies that repair/maintain slate roofs in our area. We weren't always 100% satisfied and the prices seemed high. I'm glad we decided to go with a new company that we found on Angie's list.

weather delays kept pushing the project out but communication was excellent. roof no longer leaks and they did a really good job matching the color of the new shingles to my old faded ones.

I had purchased the inspection from Roof Right and the guy who had come, I think his name was Jason, was very polite and by his answers was very honest. He mentioned that my roof is not that great but can go for a little longer. I could tell that he was not there to just sell me a roof if I didn't need one. I am giving them "B" for responsiveness as I did not get the estimate that the guy who performed the service promised to send through e-mail. I have not received the pictures of my roof and the estimate he promised.

It was very fine. I called them to come back to look at another problem of my roof. The last time was last April, they did any work but I want them to come back again and look at my roof. I have used them and I will use them again.

Roof Right was professional and punctual, did an excellent job fixing the roof, and did it for a fair amount less than several other offers. I was very pleased.
