It was fine. Scheduling was very good and they were excellent. They were halfway into the job when they realized that they had put on the wrong shingles. However, they admitted the mistake and fixed it at their own cost.

My pipes froze a couple of weeks ago so I had to have a plumber do a lot of work on my house which included installing a 2 inch pipe through the roof with a vent. I had Roof Right come out to my house to assess the roof while the plumbers were working. They gave me a proposal for the work priced at $600 and a $50 discount for being a member of Angle's List (The final price being $550) This seemed quite expensive given the size of the job. They were willing to do the work on Friday which was two days later. Over the weekend we were expecting rain/ice/snow so I really wasn't able to get a 2nd estimate for work. I felt like I needed to go with Roof Right. The roofer came on Friday and spent between 30-45 minutes on the roof doing the work. Ultimately I felt like I was taken advantage of because we were expecting bad weather and I was desperate for a roofer.

Supervisor and workers very communicative, kept us in the loop every step of the way. Good materials, they clearly knew what they were doing.

My gutter cleaner had said two gutter guards were missing and wood around chimney was rotting. Odi inspected and showed me photos. The guards were not missing, the cleaner had mistaken my neighboring townhouse roof for mine where there was overlap. The wood was soft but wouldn't need replacement for a couple years. There was no charge, but it's nice to know that there was no pressure to get something I didn't really need.

The worksmanship was excellent in regards to the removal and installation of the new gutters. The price was competitive and they even replaced some new gutters we previously had installed at no charge, as they found they were not up to the quality required.

Met with Tim. He was quick, friendly, and professional. He was easy to work with over email and we quickly scheduled the job. The roofer arrived early and did the work very professionally. It even started to snow on him, but he kept on going! He finished and everything looked great. No more leak!

The technician showed up on time and did a complete inspection of the roof. He was very professional and answered any questions I had. About a week later, I received the recommendations and the price for a total roof replacement via email. After i get a few more estimates, I will make a decision whether or not I will use this company.

They had to reschedule the first appointment because there was icing on the roof, so they came out the next week. It took them less than 1/2 hour with 2 people. They were very thorough and very friendly. I would recommend them.

402013I called them because of a leak in the roof. During a heavy rain after the repairs, the same leak occurred. The original repair person came out right away and we traced it to a tiny, obscure spot that he immediately sealed and the repair was complete. They were responsive, thorough, and very professional. I would use them again and have recommended them to a friend.

Roof Right was excellent to deal with. They were responsive to my initial inquiry and were able to schedule the small job within a couple of days. I purchased a deal on Angie's List for Roof Right for replacement of up to 10 shingles. The repairman, Odi arrived promptly and I explained what I needed repaired. He was on the roof within minutes assessing the job. He returned after about 15 minutes with digital pictures on his phone of the areas that needed attention. In addition to the blown-off shingles, Odi showed me pictures of some other areas that were in desperate need of attention - the ridge vent was loose and one of the pipe collars from an exhaust pipe had deteriorated. I asked Odi to price-out the repairs for the additional work. He provided an estimate and I chose to have Odi go ahead and complete the work while he was already here. I went back inside and called the shop to pay for the additional repairs while he worked. Once he finished, he took some after photos of all the work he completed and he showed me the repairs. That was a nice touch considering I wasn't going up on the roof to look for myself. He then e-mailed both the before and after pics to me so I could share with my wife later. I'm very satisfied with Roof Right and I won't hesitate to call them next time!

I originally purchased a big deal replacement one collar for $75.00. Scheduling was a breeze and convenient. They agreed to replace the collar on Wednesday the 26th (day before Thanksgiving), Some bad weather was forcasted for the 26th so they came a day early. The quote in quote "problem" with coming early was, I was not home to tell them which collar to replace. Both collars needed replacement so they replaced both for the same price! I was very happy with this, as they replaced them before, I was able to give them payment for the second one. In my experience, a lot of other contractors would have either A. not replaced either, until they got a hold of me or B. would have picked one, hoping "their" choice was the one that I wanted. Long story short, both collars replaced at the discounted price, couldn't be an easier transaction. I would not hesitate to using their services again.

I was immediately contacted by a representative from the company to obtain my information and details of what I needed. She recommended a Angie's List deal and that I send a picture of the area on the roof that was in question. I then scheduled an appointment over the phone. The repairman arrived on time, came to the door and introduced himself. He then fixed the area in question and made some recommendations. He took a picture of the work that was completed and took the time to show me what had been done. I was extremely please with their customer service and the work done on the roof. Will definitely use Roof Right again in the future.

Roof Right replaced shingles that had blown off during high winds. They matched the shingle color and style. The service was quick and good quality. They looked over the entire roof and advised on s different issue I was concerned about with a ridge cap.

I think the crew that showed up were there on time. They were very polite. They did an excellent job. They were there all day. The salesperson that came out, his name was Jason, he was very knowledgeable about everything that the company provided. They left me samples of the shingles so I could choose what I wanted and answered any detailed questions. He was kind of what made me choose the company. I was very pleased with the work. They cleaned up the yard. They moved all the little things sitting in the yard so nothing would get damaged. They put everything back.

I have mixed feelings about this review. I used the company online contact form to request an assessment. Due to travel, I kept checking email to look for their reply with dates/times to come out. On the fourth day, I was able to call them only to learn they have ceased doing my type of roof in my location. Somehow, I was owed the courtesy of that response more promptly. This seems such a simple task for any company to do well and right.

went great, bought the Angie's list Big Deal for one pipe cap, when they got there they found another which needed replacement and they gave us the same discounted price on the 2nd one.

The estimator, Doug, showed up at the appointed time and we went over the 2 jobs I wanted to have done. He broke the contract down into 2 distinctive categories so I could do both jobs at once or have them done separately. The roofing job was scheduled and the guys came on time to do the work. The men were very professional and really nice. I enjoyed working with both of them. They explained everything and even came inside to look at my ceiling leak to make sure that they paid special attention to that area to try to pinpoint where the metal was failing. I was afraid the silver coating they were going to put on might by ugly, but I was pleasantly surprised when it looked clean and neat. They sealed around my chimney where the tar had cracked, put on new gaskets around the vent pipes and secured and closed the ends of my roof vents. I was really impressed by how conscientious they were about doing a good job. They took great care with my property and cleaned up after themselves taking everything away with them. Good Job Men! I will definitely call Roof Right back when I'm ready for the second half of the job to be performed.

The provider advised me that my roof was beyond the scope of the Big Deal and would require a more thorough repair. I have contacted Angie's List in order to get a refund of the Big Deal. We are awaiting a bid on the full repair from Roof Right.

I had water leaking from the boots around several vents on the roof. Roof Right resolved the problem quickly and in a professional manner. They also gave an assessment of the entire roof, but didn't push for the hard sell. Would definitely use them again.
