Jason came out to give us the original estimate and make his recommendations and suggestions. We immediately felt comfortable with Jason and their ability to do a good job and awarded him the contract. On a Friday, the roofing materials were delivered and ready for the install on Monday. Monday the workers came and went right to work, working all day and into early evening. It was an extremely hot day and they worked tirelessly keeping up their good humor. This was no small feat as the weather was terrible with high temps and high humidity. They had to hand carry the shingles and other materials up onto the roof as the delivery truck couldn't place them there due to wires and paver driveway. Because we required alot of plywood replacement They had to come back another day to finish the job. We were extremely pleased with the roof and all the employees at Roof Right. Everyone we worked with were courteous and professional and we would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

The crew was polite, and worked assiduously. They started late because of a rain shower. As far as the roofing and vent pipe fixes, we trust that the small repairs were done correctly. We aren't in love with heights enough to check ourselves. Given that, it would have been more professional and customer friendly if the foreman/owner(?), Craig Mott, had come by sometime within the week afterwards to check on the work, even for 5 minutes. That aside, there are some issues we had with the workmanship that we could see at ground level: 1)The caulking around the flashing that was installed under the french door is not a professional job - it is messy and not done by someone who has been trained to know how to do caulking to masonry, nor to clean up any stray mess on adjoining areas. In fact, we had to point out the stray white traces left on the red brick siding and give the crew the solvent to clean it up. They didn't have any. To give one of the workman credit, he did clean up what was visible on the red siding after it was pointed out. But, we shouldn't have had to point this out. Concerning, the messy caulking of the flashing to the uneven stone, we didn't mention it to the crew because from their reaction to the cleanup, it was obvious that they would not know how to remove what had been applied, nor did we think that they knew a better way to create a smoother edge. So, we are stuck with a messy job that will get worse as dirt adheres to the white caulking over time. Perhaps, someone more trained might not have picked white caulking for that area. Maybe a mortar color or grey to match the stone might have been better, but we weren't asked what color. 2) Even after picking up a couple of nails and screws from the ground and giving them to the workmen, it didn't inspire them to do a quick walk around the perimeter looking for detritus. After they left, we found several more, as well as a piece of shingle laying on top of my herbs.

He arrived early and had just finished when I pulled up. He was very professional, the worked looked goog, and he made some suggestions for future repairs to my roof.

Used an Angie's List deal -$199 to have all gutters on my house cleaned. They arrived on time, cleaned the gutters and didn't leave a mess. Would recommend them.

Gilbert called me ahead of time and let me know he could show up early. He was very professional and courteous. After having done a careful inspection, he told me that there is nothing wrong with the roof, no leaks to be found. He also made suggestions on what to do to get rid of the mold. For the honesty, I give this company high marks and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Everything seems to be fine. We haven't had a lot of rain since so it is a little early to tell. They took pictures of everything on the roof. This is also kind of like a roof inspection. They found a number of small issues such as boots that had deteriorated and missing shingles. They took pictures and emailed to me with prices to repair. My only complaint was they took several weeks to get out to the job.

It went well, but they had to return when there was a leak in a gasket. They did return and fix promptly.

These guys did a really nice job. Joe was the project manager and worked hard to please me. I got 6 estimates for the roof and everyone seems to do thing a little different so comparing the prices is a little tricky. Although they were toward the higher end of the estimates I feel they provided the best value. I am very picky and I delve into the details of exactly what my contractors are going to do. These guys don't take short cuts, use very good materials and are careful. I just purchased my home and have a young family so we expect to be here a long time and when I sell the house in 25 years I don't want there to be any roof issues that I have to fix. I waited almost two years to write this review because I wanted to see if there were any problems. So far it's perfect. Thanks for a job well done.

This review is appearing almost 3 years after the work was done. I have just had occasion to have my roof and gutters inspected (by a very reputable company) and their technician was in admiration over the care that had been taken not only to replace my roof but "go the extra mile". He showed me photographs of areas and details that were the mark of true professional workmen, including some things that did not become Code until a year after my roof was replaced. Roof Right had had the foresight to plan ahead and install my roof accordingly. For the layman it is sometimes difficult to assess who is the best provider of a service, and whether a job has been done well. So it was reassuring to have another professional comment so favorably - to the point where there was no additional work for him to do - on the work Roof Right had done.

From start to finish first rate. They responded immediately and set up an appointment. They confirmed the appointment and Dan showed up on time and was very professional and pleasant. He climbed on the roof made the repair and also inspected the general roof condition. I highly recommend Roof Right and will use them again in the future.

The estimator was prompt, professional, thorough and courteous. They provided pictures of my old roof, samples of proposed shingles as well as a myriad of brochures. Roof Right was one of 5 estimates I attained and was the most costly by about $2,000. We did not go with this roofer as the increase in cost was not justified. If money is of no concern I may have used them, but I am wholeheartedly happy with my new roof and have an extra $2,000 in my pocket.

The experience was fine, while they did come by and looked over the roof, they did not go up into the attic. The estimate was low, considering the state that our roof is in, but there was no high pressure sales spiel, which we appreciated. While we opted to go with a different company they were on-time for the appointment and were professional.

They were on time and professional. They cleaned up. I like their being responsive to me.

We were very satisfied with the work performed by Roof Right. Odi Sarabia, who performed the initial inspection and estimate was very courteous and took the time to explain in detail what our roof needed. There was no sales pressure. The initial estimate for the roof work came in at $2,825 -- and at the time, Roof Right was offering a 10% discount on jobs costing $3,000 or more, so Odi agreed to clean the gutters on the garage as well, bringing the bill to $3,000 - 10%, or $2,700. It's been several months since the work was done, and the roof seems to be holding up well.

I went really well. They were very reasonably priced.

They just are professional, they're courteous, they were responsive. They were knowledgeable. They got the roof done way before they said they would get it done. They gave me discounts when I requested for it. They are more expensive than a lot of people but they're guarantee and warantee is better than anybody else's too.

Very pleased with work completed. Roof pitch was too steep to take advantage of Angie's list big deal (required more than one person) so they provided a quote to complete the work.

The $59 inspection was okay. I was expecting a more thorough inspection, but he seemed to be honest. He was only in my attic for about ten minutes. I'm not sure it was a thorough inspection. I didn't end up using them to repair my roof. They indicated it was flashing around my chimney, but it ended up being faulty shingles on the roof itself lifting up and allowing water under it to flow into my house. Roof was replaced by another contractor and the problem was resolved.

Things went great! I really felt that he was honest and genuine. He didn't scare me to death or lie to me. He told me my roof was sound, no missing/loose shingles, etc. He said it was a minor issue. One of the roof stacks (I guess that's what you call it) needed the rubber ring around it replaced and sealed. He said over time, the rubber degrades and cracks; when it rains, you start to get water inside. That's all it was...much to my relief! He told me that he felt my roof was in good shape and gave me a ballpark on when I should start to plan for replacing the roof. Thank goodness I still have a few years left But you can believe that when it is time to replace, I will call them again. As long as I feel they are still honest and genuine, they will get the job. Since I live in a townhouse community, we all of our systems are about the same age, materials, etc. We tend to share info and contractors, so you can believe that I will recommend them to my neighbors which will likely result in more work for the company.

Roof Right was totally professional from beginning to end. No pressure whatsoever from Jason, the sales rep, when he came over to inspect my roof. Not only did he get up on the roof, but he looked at the leaks inside, and went up in my attic to get a really good view (the only one of all of the roofers I had come by that day). Took lots of pictures to show me what was happening. Then showed us all of the materials they were going to use, and took the time to explain why they used what they did. They were very accommodating to give me a date that would work in my schedule. On the roofing day, the team were very professional. They were done very quickly! Not only did they do a terrific job (despite a very windy day) of getting all of the old materials, loose nails etcetera from my yard, they also went to my neighbors on either side to clean up as well. Jason even stopped by a couple of times to make certain everything was going great and answer any questions. I love my new roof, and absolutely would recommend Roof Right!

There were no complaints with the work.

They came out and gave me an estimate very quickly. They were able to come out and do the work within a few days. They did a real nice job. I'm very happy. They're fast and professional and reasonably priced.
