This company called back as soon as I hit submit in the evening. They spoke with my husband, listen to the issue and said they would be there the next morning. Some how there was a mix up but they did come. Fixed the problem in minutes. Great job!

My well pump of 22 years went bad. Called R andG at 11 AM on a Saturday morning and they had a crew at my place by 2 PM. They replaced my well pump but there were some issues. The first pump they put in they wired improperly and so it would not push water. They thought at first that the pipe from the pump to the well top was clogged (was not), and then the first pump they put in was no good (was not). They then installed and wired a second pump improperly. Finally, they got it right (rewiring the second pump). All of the extra work added about 2 hours to what should have been a 2-hour job. They were also very expensive. The pump they put in can be purchased online with free shipping for about $900. My total bill was $2,350. Total labor was 2 persons for 4 hrs and 2 of those hours were due to mistakes they made. Their labor charge was therefore was about $350 per person per hour assuming a 2 hr job. Seems very expensive.

I was desperate, we were without water for a week and were getting the run around. Got a call within 5 minutes and they came an hour later and found the problem and fixed it. Awesome company from the top down to the technicians. I am a R&G customer for life!

All of the guys were very knowledgeable and professional and got the job done. Also they beat the estimate I received from another company by over $1000. I would recommend them without reservation.

This company contacted me within 10 minutes of receiving my inquiry. It was 10:30 at night. They were at my house by 9:30 the next morning and had my water back on before noon. 45 years of experience. Rick arrived on a Friday afternoon about 2 PM with assistant Dave. He tested the well pump and found it still worked. He asked if I wanted to replace it. The well pump was 31 years old so I had him replace it. The holding tank was also 31 years old but it was bad. They replaced both in about 2 hours . Outstanding job! Everything worked right the first time it was installed. I was charged about $150.00 less than the estimate of $3000.00. I give R&G the highest recommendation. They are honest, highly knowledgeable, and very hard workers. They are the best!
