At approximately 11:30pm on 8/20/16 I discovered that I had a problem with no water pressure. I self diagnosed the problem to be pump failure. At 12:30am I got on line with Home Advisor. I called R @ G Water Systems at 1am Sunday morning. The phone was answered very professionally and politely even at this hour of the night. A time window was given to me for Sunday morning. Rick called me to let me know they were on their way and met the time window perfectly. After only a few minutes he confirmed my findings that pump was defective. Rick and his helper pulled the pump, then gave me an estimate on the spot. I okayed the work to proceed. It poured rain while they were replacing the pump, but it didn't phase their progress. The pump was replaced very expediently and professionally and I was again with water for my household in a short time. The price for the job was a little higher than what Home Advisor says what the average costs are, but for it being a Sunday morning, I thought it be reasonable and less than I expected. I would hire R @ G Water Systems again and will, should the need arise. It's hard to find quality contractors with a good friendly attitude these days, but I did thanks to Home Advisor.

These folks are no nonsense professionals. Not only did they diagnose and complete the work as stated, but they also took the time to thoroughly check the entire well water system and offered recommendations for improving periodic homeowner maintenance.

We got a fair price and the install of our water softener was fast and efficient. Jeff from R&G was straight forward and made an effort to reduce the cost to us. Jeff was willing to explain the system in detail and discuss other projects that weren't making him any money. We will be repeat customers.

After replacing the well pump, they shocked the water for contamination. I waited a day and cleared the water out of the house according to the county instructions. When the water was tested by the county a week later, it failed miserably. I then shocked the water myself and it passed. Also they either didn't notice it was broken or they broke the PVC pipe to the well lid. In either case, they did not repair it. This also would have resulted in well contamination later. When I called them about all of this, they didn't bother to call back.

I would definitely hire them. Dave, the technician knew exactly what needed to be done. In addition, he was able to explain to me what filters I needed to purchase, how I can upgrade my system and I was impressed that he took pictures of my house purification system and well system so that they had the information in their system should I need service in the future. The price was the best ever!!

Rick was a busy man. Late the couple times he came by, but always made sure to get to me by the end of the day. Very nice and informative, a pleasure to work with

They came out the same day. Excellent service with warranty. My husband and I were extremely pleased. The problem was solved and everyone happy within 2 hours. Very friendly customer service.

Hire this company and you will not go wrong. Prompt friendly service and they did an excellent job. My water has not been cleaner and the water pressure has not been better. And all this for a very reasonable and fair price.

rick repaired my unit instead of replacing as most these days will do

I stumbled upon Home Advisor while looking for looking for someone to repair my well because the person I normally call was not available. I received a call from R & G Water Systems shortly after putting my information into Home Advisor and set up an appointment with them. They arrived to my home when they said they would and had my well repaired quickly. The price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. My opinion is that they are professional, honest and reliable.

I found this Company very efficient and economical replacing well pump. Overall good experience.
