Fixed a well problem that two other well companies thought was likely to be a different problem with a more expensive fix - on a cold, rainy holiday weekend no less - I'd recommend them and would definitely use them again

R&G came out an took care of business quickly and efficiently for a great price. My situation wasn't black and white and they still got my water up and running the same day

This is the nicest company I have ever worked with. I spoke to 4 different people during my project and all were kind and helpful. No one tried to make me spend a dime more than necessary to fix my issue. These are my guys from here on out!

Very dishonest company. They overcharged me and threatened to pull out the pump they had installed if I did not pay. I was about ready to call the police. I am not getting good water flow after their work. Water supply is still very dirty. They had given me one year written warranty for materials and labor. I called them last Saturday to solve the problem under warranty. Owner Rick refused to honor the warrant and said he would charge me $75 more to handle the item and told me that they will call me on Monday(yesterday). So far,I have not heard from them. Very disappointed.

My wife and myself were amazed by the quality of service we received on a Sunday. I put a request in to Home Advisor around 8:30 am, I received a call from R & G around 9:00 am Quoted me a worst case price, said they could get to me early afternoon, I got a call back around 11:00 saying they be here in 45 min, Well pump was dead, they replace with new wire. This kind of service is rare theses days. If you need well service , R&G should be your first call. Thanks R& G for great service.

If you are in the Frederick, MD area and need well pump repair or service, call R & G Water Systems. We have been without water for 2 days and the first "professional" we worked with not only ripped us off but told us that we would have to wait until Monday for him to fix our pump (which would have been a week without water.) I called R & G Water Systems TODAY and they came right out and replaced my water pump in the dark in 15 degree weather. They were also HALF the price of what the other guy wanted to charge me. These guys are my heroes and have earned my business for as long as they are in business.

Highly recommended! Working in the dark, they freed the pump, diagnosed the problem as a break in the electrical line down to pump, fixed that, and I was good to go

We called R&G around 5:30 pm one weeknight after my husband couldn't fix our water/well pump issue. They were very responsive and by 7:00 pm they arrived at our house and started diagnosing the problem. After confirming our 15 year old well pump needed replacing they went straight to work. Within a few hours we had water again. They came right away and did a great job! We've had our new pump for over a month now without any issues. I wholeheartedly recommend R&G!
