They showed up on time and replaced my sump pump without any issues. Great job! I called them at 9am on a Sunday morning and he arrived around 11am. Very fast! However I do feel that I may have paid a premium to have the pump replaced. In all fairness, the higher costs may have been as a result of the emergency call and the fact that it was a Sunday morning. I paid around $450 to have the sump pump replaced. ($246 for a Myers 1/3 HP cast iron sump pump + $185 labor). He (1 person) was there for about an hour. He left no mess and did a great job!

Jeff came out to evaluate out water and the location to put the unit at in our basement. He was knowlegable without being arrogant about his industry. HIs price was very competitive and the work was done the day he said he would do the install. After installation, he went over the operation of the water unit and made sure we understood that if there were any problems he was available 24 hours a day. I would recommend Jeff and Rick to my friends looking for a water conditioning systems for their home.

The were very prompt (coming out on-time the same day I put in my request to ServiceMagic) and professional. They had all the necessary items on their truck and after confirming the issue, replaced my well pump right away. Even though the well was deeper than I had thought and therefore required a stronger pump, they still charged me very nearly what they had estimated over the phone. They provided a very good service for a fair price. I would happily use them again.

We had no water in the house. R&G came to my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem and installed a new well pump which they had on their truck. We had water again in less than hour. R&G was efficient and got the job done. The price was reasonable, too.

Within a few minutes, R&G was able to disgnose the reason we had no water coming from our well (The well pump had failed). Since they carry well pumps with them on their truck, they were able to remove the old pump and install a new one within about 90 minutes. They are very knowledgable and friendly. I highly recommend R&G Water Systems, Inc.

Came home after work to find no water and my pump clicking on and off. Used the Servicemagic web site to look up contractors in my area. Filled out the project information and while I was reading up on the contractors R & G called and said that they were elsewhere doing emergency calls and should be able to get to me by 9 PM. They showed up shortly after 9 PM, explained to me that the bladder inside the holding tank had ruptured and fortunately for me had the same type on the truck. 45 minutes later everything was working better than it ever had, they cleaned up and took away the old tank. Highly reccomend them.

They were very prompt. When I described the problem they knew exactily what I was talking about. Where the drain buster said we cant say what the problem is till we look at it and to look at it I had to wait 2-3 days. So I justwent with R&J and they came and fixed the problem next day.

LOCAL BUSINESS KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE NOT INTO CHARGING AS MUCH AS THEY COULD GET AWAY WITH FOR A ONE TIME CUSTOMER. THEY WERE INTERESTED IN MAKING A LIFE TIME CUSTOMER. THEY SUCCEEDED. ONE OF THE OTHER COMPANIES CALLED ME TO SEE IF I HAD SELECTED THEM TO DO THE WORK AND I TOLD THEM NO. THEY THEN ASKED ME WHO I WAS USING AND THE PRODUCT INFORMATION I WAS OFFERED AND THE PRICE. THEY THEN OFFERED TO CUT THEIR PRICE BY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO MEET THE PRICE OF R&G. I SAID NO THANK YOU.
