R & G is a Class "A" Number 1 company . Rick was straight forward and totally honest with us and really expedited the service so that it was as painless as possible. Also, this happened on a Sunday . I went to Home Adviser site and stated the problem and had a call from R&G literally within minutes. Rick actually walked me through the solution over the phone. Are you kidding me? Nobody does that these days. Rick and his wife are top professionals in the business. Both dedicated to customer service.

After running my well water through a hose for 2 hours I had no water. Inside or outside. R & G sent 2 men who tested the amps for the pump and determined it was fine. They had no idea what was wrong and charged me $125 for 15 or 20 minutes of their time.They were courteous and pleasant, but I still have the problem. UPDATE: Pleased to have the owner visit our home and more thouroughly evaluate our problem. As a result, he did uncover 2 issues which I did correct and as far as I know, I am not continuing to have the problem I did initally.

Rick from R&G did an excellent professional job on replacing our faulty well pump! Very honest and competent in his field of work. Cost of the repair was reasonable and fair. I will definitely be using R&G for all future water system needs!

Our well pump went out on us Saturday night, so Sunday morning I called R&G. They came the same day! And they didn't charge us an up-charge for emergency service. Rick and Georgina are very customer oriented and a pleasure to work with. The final bill was $30 less than the phone estimate. I was very pleased with R&G and would definitely recommend them.

This family-owned business was very responsive; they consulted over the phone and, once they arrived on site, they recommended only replacing a faulty valve rather than selling me an entirely new sump pump unit that I didn't need.

About 4:30 AM, I awoke to learn that I did not have any water. My husband called this company (at 4:45 AM) to leave a message that we would like to schedule a service call. To our amazement, we received a return call from them at 4:50 AM. I was very impressed with the quick response. They arrived later that morning and our Well Pump was repaired. (no emergency service charges). The customer service is excellent and their price was fair. I will always use R & G Water Systems, Inc. for any of Well service needs and HIGHLY recommend them.

R&G was excellent. Came out on the weekend and did not charge any uprate. The work was great, the service was fantastic, and he was always available for follow-up calls and questions. Highly recommended.

Seem to be available at any time for help. Took their time placing our system, doing it right. Very thorough. Replaced some old filters, cleaned our well, secured it. Above and beyond!

I had contacted R&G through Home Advisor because the company we had been using recommended replacing our neutralizer rather than repairing it. R&G was able to repair the unit by rebuilding the control unit and replacing some of the piping. We saved about $1,400. R&G will now be servicing our water treatment system. This the way service should be.

I cannot rate these guys high enough. My sump pump broke last night and this morning I used Home Advisor to find them. R&G had the 2nd highest rating on Home Advisor for plumbing services. They also quoted me a price lower than anyone else could match, plus they did the job in 1/4 of the time everyone else quoted. No extra charges for a same day job. It's a family run business and their products have just as high a quality as do their service people. I'm usually a DIY-er, but their prices and flexibility made this decision a no brainer. I will definitely recommend R&G to family and friends.

Both Rick (the plumber) and Georgina (his wife) were amazingly nice, helpful and competent. We lost power during Hurricane Sandy and had no water (and 100 waterless sheep) even though our generator was working, so we went looking on Home Advisor for a plumber. the first plumber that called me back suggested, when he heard what had happened, that I really needed an electrician, and I was just calling one when Georgina called. Turns out that Rick knows electric as well as plumbing and he had us fixed in no time at all. I cannot rate them highly enough, and will certainly be calling them when we have bigger jobs to do. they're GREAT!
