I called a late Saturday evening on a holiday weekend and got Georgina on the phone. Her associate, Rick, took the time to talk to me and explain the scope of the repairs, as well as a very reasonable estimate. They came out Monday, made the necessary repair and didn't try to sell me on any services that were not needed. The repair was fantastic, and the customer service was even better. I would continually refer my friends and family to R&G Water Systems, INC.

Rick called shortly after I spoke with Home Advisor (late Friday afternoon) and was able to come over Saturday morning. They came in, found and fixed the problem quickly, and even took care of another small but very necessary repair that popped up just before they left. I'd definitely recommend and use them again.

They arrived on time then diagnosed my Well Pump issue in less than 30 minutes. Soon thereafter my Well Water motor was repaired. came out in a few hours and informed me that the pump and line up to the pitless adapter were fine and that i probably had a frozen line where it entered the house. i decided to do this part myself. after several hours i had the problem fixed. the line had frozen where it came thru the wall ito the house which i thawed with a heat gun. would not have taken so long if the line in the house were not so hard to follow. i had to cut a few holes in the sheetrock to see where it turned. i first tried using a space heater, but this did not work because the line coming in was no where near i thought it was.

They came out and diagnosed a broken float valve on sump pump. They had a replacement on hand and replaced the unit, and went the extra mile to clean out sediment in the sump well. Friendly guys, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Excellent, prompt, and honest service. Top quality for a reasonable price. Our well pump died on at 2am on Sat night and Rick was returning my request with a phone call 730am Sunday. They did the job on Monday and saved the day. The personal attention from Rick the owner was phenomenal!

They responded to my call at 6:30am and arrivied to my home within three hours. I was extremely pleased with the service as well as the friendly but professional manner in which they handled my problem. They were very informative and made sure I understood what repairs I needed and then made them.

This is an amazing small family business. They tried to repair our R/O filter system however it would not be repaired. They offered to replace it and worked with us to make it happen given the repair did not go well. Very professional, helpful, caring people from the scheduling to the repairmen. Thanks R&G!
