Perfectly.Appointment was for 2:00 pm., called to say he would arriving early. A pleasant surprise. I was very pleased with the outcome. Ten year old berber carpet was brought back to life.This says a lot for a 3 room apartment that gets wear and tear.

Stanley called before the appointment time to confirm he was on his way. He arrived promptly and we discussed the best place for him to park his truck and bring the hoses through the house. We also looked at the carpet to be cleaned and he warned me the carpet may not come 100% clean since it had a lot of ground-in dirt and a sharp line showing between soiled and clean areas where a chair mat had been used under my office chair. I assured him I was not expecting the carpet to look brand new and that I realized it may be so soiled and worn that it would need replacing before I could put my house up for sale. It had never been cleaned in the 15 years since I had had it installed when I moved into the house. He got right to work and did a thorough job. As he had warned, the area where the chair mat had been was lighter in color (cleaner) than the unprotected carpet right next to it. It is clean enough, though, that I do not plan on replacing the carpet. The carpet was also worn and dirty in the doorway into the office and that cleaned up better since it was not as heavily soiled. The wear is still detectable but, again, not so noticeable as to require replacing the carpet. I plan to have Stanley come back to clean the carpeting in the living room and dining room after those rooms are painted. Since it is older than the carpeting in the rest of the house I strongly suspect I will have to replace it no matter what Stanley tries. Overall, I was very pleased with Stanley and Maryland Carpet Cleaning Services LLC and do not hesitate to recommend their services.

Overall they did a great job. Stanley and his associate showed up on time with their truck-mounted unit and went right to work. They were careful not to damage the house as they moved the hoses inside and they efficiently cleaned the carpets, making sure to focus on trouble areas. They also pre-applied an enzyme cleaner to remove proteins. They did a great job, were very friendly, and I would use them again.
